Hello *** Thank you for placing an order with us and we apologize about any issues you are having with this purchase! At this time we have not received the Of Mice & Men Blanket from the manufacturer and have been told those will be arriving to sometime next week.
Because of this we are having the blankets shipped separately from bundle orders in order to prevent any further delayOnce they arrive in house we'll be shipping those out to customers right away! You should of also received an email about this matter as well. I'll be glad to have your shipping refunded for the inconvience of this allPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!

Although some of the statements within the business's response are and this being the worst customer service I've ever had, I have reviewed the response made by the business, in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Hello, Thank you for getting in touch regarding your order. There was a delay in shipments for this preorder due to a delay in receiving the CDs from the labelThe preorder delay section of our website was updated, digital copies were sent on the release date and an email about this
delay was sent out, but there is a chance the email may have been filtered as spam so I do apologize for the confusionUnfortunately these sort of delays are our of our hands and we often don't receive updates regularly from the labels, and we pass along these updates as we receive them from the label. I did speak with our preorder manager today and she did confirm the CDs did arrive this morning and orders are currently being packed for shipment.You should receive an email with your tracking information shortly. We processed the refund back on March 17th for the full amount of $Attached is a copy of this credit card transaction. I am incredible sorry for the hassle with your orderRight now we are hosting our MerchNow sale which does cause some significant back up in our warehouseThis is no excuse for the long wait and lack of proper customer service handling thoughI personally went over to our customer service
team this morning to find out why your order hadn't shippedIt turns out one of the LPs did oversell so your order needed adjusting. The delay in processing this adjustment has taken much longer than it ever should so that is being addressed with the team now as well.
