At this time we have not been given a date of arrival or if stock will be available to us again. Hello, I would just like to let you know that my complaint has not been resolved. They company replied back to my complaint a week ago saying they sent my product to me and that I should receive a tracking number and they also said they would refund me what I paid for shipping, they haven't sent me a tracking number, a refund, or my product and I'm very fed up because this is exactly what they said to me in January when I first called them about my missing product, they are liars and scammers and something needs to be done about it, thanks.

placed for Acceptance was originally scheduled to begin shipping around 2/17 for the pre-order packages. However, it was brought to our attention by their record label that there was a delay in production of the vinyl. Once we were made aware of the delay, we emailed customers who've purchased the record to let them know that their order would be held in full until the vinyl arrived which we expected to happen around March 3rd. As of this morning we were still waiting on the vinyl to arrive, the good news is they were delivered moments ago and our team is working on getting those orders out now.
