I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Even though they say they marked my order as fraudulent, I have not received my money back. Just checked my bank account and the full payment I made for my order still appears as blocked. If I don't get my shirt at least I need my money back. Regards, [redacted]

I've looked into your account and see that on 3/17/your order was flagged as a fraudulent order and was cancelled in full on that day We've had a high volume of orders coming through recently that were fraudulent and because of this our IT department has implement a system to check questionable order I apologize about any inconvenience this has caused you! I am so sorry for the delay. I spoke with our Presale Manager today and he indicated there was an issue with the print off of your order so it was never seen when they processed these shipments. We pushed it through and were able to get a shipment prepared for you, so your order will be... shipping today. You should have received the digital copy via email on street date, if you haven't received that portion please let us know and I will have it resent. Your tracking number for your CD is: [redacted] You can use this at USPS.com This tracking information should be updated later this evening around 6pm+ Eastern time once USPS updates their daily shipment log. Please don't be alarmed if you can't pull anything up right away, that is normal as it does take them a while to update their system after the pick up scan. I checked on order number *** as providedAccording to your tracking information your package was delivered to the address supplied on November 6, at 1:14pm To speak on the delay in vinyl manufacturing I would like to explain that we do not manufacture the vinyl in house, the
product is supplied to us by the band's labelIn some cases the manufacturer that the labels use have some issues that cause delays in manufacturing due to the complexity of the processIn these cases we do not have any control over those delaysWe are informed by the label once they are aware of the delay and we pass this information on to our customersWe keep our customers updated as we receive updates from the label via the manufacturer and ship the product immediately once it arrivesUnfortunately there is no way for us to compensate these delays as they are not caused by our company and the decision to apply any discount is that of each individual label selling the items, but we do honor requests to cancel / refund orders when they are made by our customers.You also chose MEDIA mail shipment, which does not carry the same - day delivery time that Priority mail does or - day delivery that First Class mail doesMEDIA mail shipping is a less expensive shipping option and therefore can take a bit longer than the previous mentioned shipping methods. I do apologize that you have experienced vinyl delays in the past,
but unfortunately as I explained this is not something we can compensate
for as it is an issue caused by the vinyl manufacturer and the goods
have been delivered although it may be a bit later than anticipated.Please keep in mind when pre-ordering vinyl in the future, due to the nature of manufacturing there is a potential for delay and digital copies when available are sent on street date to help alleviate the frustration delayed vinyl can causeHappy Holidays

Hi ***, I'm so sorry for the trouble you've had with this orderUnfortunately the information you received is correctYour shipment does look to have been lost in transit and we have filed a claim with the US Postal Service to attempt to locate and retrieve the original shipment
Under circumstances we would be able to provide a second shipment to replace the lost shipment, but in this case it is more difficult because we do not have any more of the VOL variant cover. While the claim is in processing we will be shipping the VOL comic we do have in stock and the signed print out today because we do have those on hand. We will also now be providing tracking information for each subsequent shipment for the remainder of the subscriptionYou will get an email for VOL 3, but I will be providing that here as well. issue by them and the package was never returned to us.
