Hello ***, First and foremost I want to apologize for the delay in shipping your orderI do see your order came through on December 19th with rush processingI spoke
with our warehouse manager and he explained he was informed this morning that there was a glitch in the order processing system that caused a batch of rush orders to get locked up in the system and he has our IT department investigating. I went ahead and canceled your order for you as requestedYour card has been refunded in full and you should see the credit appear in your account within 3-business days. We apologize again for the trouble you had with your order and wish you a very happy new year!

To whom it may concern: We have investigated this matter on more than one occasion as we have received multiple complaints from this particular customer regarding a lack of reply to his emails. Our wholesale representative has states he has been replying to the emails he's received
and has attempted to call the customer on more than one occasion leaving voicemail messages when he was unable to reach him. He eventually reached out using his personal email and it seems he was able to get through to the customer that wayHe is working to resolve this issue directly with the customer using his own personal email accountI have attached copies of examples of email replies including the most recent emails from his personal account. I believe this issue has been resolved and request this case be closed If any further information is needed we can provide upon request Thank you
