I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
On a sidenote to the companies shady practice, they can't even read or type what the shirt they are selling says. As for the shirts, the were ALWAYS advertised as black. When I did a reverse image search on the shirt for sale all the results stated it was blue; nowhere did I find a black version of the shirt. A quick look into the reviews of Merchnow shows constantly 1 star or 2. The reason for me adding this additional information is me trying to show and tell Merchnow that they need to change, hire more customer support (I was told by Jordan they have three) and to overall get a better grip on what they put out there and publish on their site.

We unfortunately never received any emails from this customer so we were unaware of the issue. I have been in direct contact with the customer to reach resolution. A refund for the 2 missing items was issued this afternoon and customer was notified

I never received an email from the business, I checked my spam mail and there is nothing there from merchnow. This is outrageous that they can pretty much abuse the "subject to change" ruling and ship out a special Christmas item AFTER Christmas especially after they already received my money. I feel like this is a scam, false advertising and would like the socks still shipped to me but I also would like a refund for my troubles on this matter.

We understand you are unhappy with the way the item did turn out and we understand the original hats did not match the mock up due to a manufacturing issue. Because you purchased the items in a bundle you were charged a discounted price for each. The t-shirt was $12.00 and the hat was $14.00. Your invoice is attached for reference. You have been refunded for both of these items ($26.00) in full + $5 partial shipping refund. Ordered a preorder item, was told it would be delivered on the date it came out. Date was constantly pushed back until it didn't have a date anymore. This was in January. I want my money back.
