Michael & Sons takes care of all my plumbing needs and it was a pleasure to work with Dwayne. He was right on time, took care of problem quickly, was proactive and super nice. Recommend Dwayne and his company highly!!

Thank you for allowing us to respond to this concern.  There appears to be some misunderstanding of this job.  We did all we could do that the customer and her son-in-law were willing to pay.  Michael & Son Services’ HVAC Manager, Brandon, sent our technician to do other repairs for this customer at no cost.  We have done all that could be done and have answered this concern.  We are satisfied that we did the best we could do based on the customer’s available resources.  They declined to pay more to complete the job.

I had the pleasure of Dean and Corey from Michael & Son Norfolk arrived to replace the furnace and Air Conditioning unit in my home. They were professional, cordial and explained what they were going to do. They cared for the property and cleaned the work areas when the installations were complete. They were in and out within 4 hours. I am enjoying the new A/C. I think Dean and Corey are very skilled technicians. They answered all of my inquiries. I am a Naval Engineering officer and I appreciate their top A+ performance. I highly recommend Michael & Son; especially Dean and Corey.

My experience with your electrician Corey P., was excellent. He was professional in appearance and manner. He diagnosed my problem in a short period of time and then discussed several approaches to solving it, on both a short-term and long-term basis. Before he left he made sure the work area was put back in place and cleaned up

Very satisfied with the work done by Chris P of Michael & Sons plumbing. Evaluated the problem, knew how to correct the plumbing problem, did so and did an excellent job fixing it. Clean up was great too.

If anyone has a repair needed, and you are assigned Jon P[redacted] - You won the plumber lottery my friend.
Jon P[redacted] was the most thorough, honest, hardworking, perfectionist at everything he did. He worked till 8:00 at night, and was back in the morning before 8:45am to finish the job. It was ALOT of work and he did it solely on his own. He removed old steel pipes from my kitchen, behind the wall under the sink and behind drawers (having to cut out the drawer slats) all the way down to the basement floor. He removed a 60 year old cement laundry sink and replaced it with a new one, as well as new fixtures to that sink. He was absolutely amazing. He left our house looking better than when he came. He repaired the kitchen drawer slats and did such a nice job you'd never know he had to remove them. He made our laundry room look better than it probably ever has. He did all of that, with a great attitude, all the while being kind to our loving crazy dog who wanted to follow him around half the time! There aren't enough words to compliment Jon!
I called his supervisor the day he finished and left a message to let him know how wonderful Jon is, what a fantastic job he did. Unfortunately I didn't hear back from the supervisor.

Its is very simple the unit  did not need to be replaced and is working correctly now. The work that was performed by Micheal &Sons was done incorrectly and moreover, the parts to replace the problem caused by them were and are readily available. If the stance is the unit needs to be replaced then the wonderment is why it has been working correclty and is working correctly once the work performed by them was undone.  The enclosed photo is factual evidence, of the defective wiring done by Micheal and sons. Moreover, the part they charged a enormous amount of money for listed on their invoice is a $25 item. It is clear the push was to sell a new unit not repair correctly a working unit that works fine today after a simple rewire of the defective wiring done by them. This should conclude the theory of needing a new unit. Heat worked great ! the rest of the long winter we had and into the spring after a simple rewire.

Dustin F. with Michael & Son Services Baltimore arrived on time, was professional, friendly and courteous. He quickly solved my electrical issues and offered options for solutions. He fixed everything that I needed and stayed to fix an additional problem that was not on my initial order request. He was even kind enough to pet and comfort my nervous barking dog.

I was very pleased with the service from the Michael & Sons staff. The job was to clean our ducts after a new furnace and air conditioner were installed by the company last summer. Kevin and Timothy called as promised to tell us when they'd arrive, arrived on time, did the job within the promised time, explained everything, and answered all our We've used Michael & Sons for several jobs over the years, and have always been satisfied..

**. [redacted] understands this, and is really just trying at this point to get us to refund money to hire another company in hopes that they will find more concerns with his duct work.
This concern has taken new heights as he reported to all parties including the local license board, news stations and department of consumer affairs, and they all agreed with our response and closed the cases.
Michael & Son cares about all of our customers and we made every effort to do the same with **. [redacted]. Plumbing work was done and the duct cleaning crew went back twice and cleaned the ducts. 
We have no further action that we can offer to satisfy this concern and we asked that we close the matter as satisfied.
