replaced under the manufacturer’s 1 year warranty which would allow you to
continue to have your 1 year Accidental Service Plan in case any accidents
occur for you in the future while the plan remains active. For a buyout under your accidental damage plan to occur, you would have to
check the unit in and the tablet would have to be determined that it is damaged beyond economical
repair (the cost of repair exceeds the value of the product).  I hope this

can take those home. To give Micro Center the benefit of the doubt, it is possible that it was a misprint on the Acers'. When you look at the [paper advertisement] it reads: "Windows 10 Home" but on the card at the store, it did not have "Home." It is possible that the card may of read Windows 10 Office, and then someone caught the mistake too late, while people like me bought it thinking office came with it. Still, the in store attempt to rectify the situation by offering a discount on the purchase price at the rate everyone else sells it for at normally was in bad form. For the $80.00 I lose, Micro Center loses a good customer and the future sales that goes with it. resolution is satisfactory to me.  Micro Center management reached out to me and offered me a fantastic solution to my problem, going above and beyond to make sure that they kept my patronage and made me happy. I'm very grateful to the store manager, Evan, for helping me out. When he called he was very polite, understanding and definitely wanted to make things right. Micro Center will continue to be my favorite computer super store.

containing windows 10 was a boot disk not an upgrade disk as had been sent out by microsoft. I want $119 to have a tech in my area upgrade my system. Instead of me spending another day reistalling all my programs to a clean boot drive. Or a guarentee that they can intalled all my programs to a windows 10 installation at no charge to me. The tech I originally spoke to related that they would NOT make the situation right.

Mr. H[redacted] was very patient with me, and I most likely stepped on some toes, unintentionally. My H[redacted] explained the policies and we discussed my concerns regarding out of policy returns covered by TWG plans. I will continue to shop at Microcenter.

Attached is the repair order for [redacted] in 2014. Per my last phone conversation with [redacted] on 05/02/16, I explained the parts that were used were Apple Parts. I am unable to reproduce the terms and conditions signed by the customer from this far back at this time. Regardless of the signed Terms of service, we recognize the customer is not happy with the repair and that there must have been a miscommunication at the time the unit was checked in in 2014. We will refund the customer the total amount of the repair in 2014, $495.00, that took place in 2014 if the customer agrees to this as a resolution.The customer will need to visit the store to receive this refund and speak with service manager Yonas Hailemariam who will process the refund since the transaction was done on a debit card.

As an example. The bundle price says $109( in the picture) but when you go to the store the price is about 139. You have to include a disclaimer in the advertised price. Not add the real cost at checkout.
