For one reason, they need to respind through the Revdex.com site to address me.  Secondly, they removed the...

tradeline, but my credit score now suffers as a result of the negligence of IC Systems and Sprint for causing this problem from the start and not working with me to resolve he issue before sending the account to collections.  I demand that IC Systens and Sprint work with the CBR's directly to amend my credit report to reflect a proper score.  I will NOT consider this closed until they do so and I will keep my complaint open with the Ohio AG as well.

This information was sent to those agencies electronically on November 28, 2016. Ms. [redacted] may want to check with her local credit bureau in 30 days to ensure they have updated her credit record accordingly. Any further questions can be directed to our Consumer Affairs department at ###-###-####.

company's very polite and helpful representative today and they are removing the information from all bureau reports.  However, my wife called yesterday and spent quite some time on the phone without result and apparently was never referred to the person actually working the case.  The result is good, but the process is horrible.As previously noted, two collection agencies - including this one - were claiming they were collecting a $208 debt on behalf of AT&T, but AT&T has no record of either of them.  I am happy with the result, but (1) it should not require contacting the Revdex.com and the CFPB to get things resolved and (2) I continue to wonder/worry about the legitimacy of this debt in the first place.  In other words, did they really purchase it from AT&T or were they going "rogue" trying to collect money on their own.I'm not going to think about it any more - the person I spoke to was quite nice and I'm happy - assuming the items come off my credit report as requested.  Again - I emphasize that I started this process back in March. thank you!!

We have already completed this information. We did everything we were asked to do... everything. We sent in every single document required over 2 years ago. We have explained this to IC Systems in depth, but no one on their end wants to do the leg work; just want to have us sending in the same documents over and over again. [redacted] is over 60 years old and has been at the same address for almost 27 years... have been with AT&T for all cable, phone, Internet and cell phone for many years. Why would he possibly try to get cable somewhere else? We did not do this! This is so exhausting. People please do your own legwork and look at the information that has already been sent. You all just do not care and feel you can just do what you want to people. This fraud packet was completed in detail, filed police report, completed Identify Theft Report on Government website over 2 years ago. IC System is just trying to take advantage of a situation and collect monies for their own pockets. But, it's the wrong one. We are not going to continued to be bullied. Please just simply contact [redacted].. .do whatever you need to do. Just please end this matter. Thanks so much for all you help Revdex.com.
