I'm very much regretting ever ordering from this companyI wish I would have researched first now that I'm finding tons of negative feedbackI placed an order on December 13, and they charged my credit card on December 14, They say the shipping schedule is for when I ordered to be shipped out on December (which dont make sense who is working on Holiday??) Naomi did her job, but the shipping department had an issue with printing a label to shipI had to contact to find this outI was never notified that there was an issue with printing my label and I dont understand why they have to be notified to print a new oneAlso I never received any $credit to my accountNow 24hrs later still no sign of shipment Personally I feel that this company should not be billing anyone until they physically print a label and shipThat's how a majority of companies run their business Canceled my membership so maybe that's why I'm being treated this way

I ordered a box of merchandise from them item was damaged and one item missing called and they were suppose to fix never have and refusing to fix it I have spoken to via chat [redacted] and [redacted] via phone they just say we are shipping my corrected item I've given them sufficient amount of time yet when I call I get the same answer

Fab Fit Fun sent and charged me for the wrong productIt was supposed to be the seasonal summer box instead got a starter box I was a new customer to fab fit fun and ordered the summer box I saw promoted When I received the box in the mail it was not the summer seasonal box I had ordered that was supposed to come with itewas a starter box that had items and was not what I ordered I tried contacting customer service multiple times to let them know of the situation and no one was helpful and instead told I had no options when all I was trying to do is explain they charged me for something they did not follow through and sendI could not believe this customer service experience as a new customer when they are at fault My order date was May and my invoice # was XXXXXXX Some of the customer service reps were [redacted] and [redacted] I also had asked to speak to manager and never heard from a manager

Denied cancellation I contacted the company to request expedited shipping, asked that they charge it to my card on file, as I am leaving town and wanted my product in a timely manner Was denied, was told it just isn't possible I then requested my shipment to be cancelled and refunded to my card on file They refused, regardless of the fact that the box is not even going to ship for at least another weekUnacceptable customer service

I think this company has great customer service! I signed up for one of their FabFitFun boxesWas so excited to get itWhen I opened it I could smell a perfume smell immediatelyStarted pulling the items out of the boxI picked up the pillow spray and I found the perfume culpritThe bottle was leakingThe cap was not screwed on tight enoughIt was all over my hands and some of the other item in the boxAfter reviewing any damage to the items I sent a FB message to FFFThey responded within a couple of hoursTold them my experienceGave them a list of the damaged items and they immediately said they would replace all those items plus a new pillow spray!! I wasn't expecting that! I just wanted to let them know there was a problem with one of the containers I was very happy with their promptness in returning my messageTheir message was very sincereAnd the offer to replace the items was far above what I expectedHassle free!! I will continue to use this company because of their customer service and I LOVED everything I got in my box!!

Fab Fit Fun has committed theft via charging a debit rather than debit without authorization and now refusing to correct and/or own liability On 05/14/Fab Fit Fun ran my debit card on a new order without confirming card prior to completing a purchase (per my bank whom I immediately contacted this is unethical at best and, depending on the specifics of the process possibly illegal) and then pushed the order through rather than simply dropping it from pending (as my bank informed me they CAN do) and have now effectively stolen $which will cause overdrafts tonightIn the mean time, they were informed, in writing of the situation prior to their unethical/illegal acts and chose to continue anyway....despite an email that they sent to me this morning indicating "refund" has occurred "to the card on file." I cancelled my subscription to the service due to level of quality service and products; illegal billing services months prior to receiving product I cancelled the service, the business then claimed to have mailed a product to me; it was never received I demanded my money back but the company refused They filed a claim with the shipper received the funds and refused to return the money and never resent a product My credit card company also tried to receive my funds and the company refused to do so and I am still being billed for a product I did not receive

They charged my CC after I sent them a email canceling my subscription since I've only got two boxes in two years, when I should have got a year I've subscribed to fab fit fun years agoand was supposed to get boxes a year I only got two boxes so I emailed them numerous times, never heard back from them I cancelled and today they charged my CC $for a product I for one never received for two cancelled

I ordered a product and was charged close to 400$after calling customer service they informed me I was charge for everything I looked at 3/15/ [redacted] @yahoo.com 383$ they helped them self to my visa

scam, over charged me $200.00 .

No product received, no replies to customer inquiries and negative feedback online describing similar complaints No product delivered and no communication despite numerous attempts on my part
