As of October 30, 2017, I am still waiting on the Fall box that I was charged for September 1, I first contacted customer service Oct10th to find out what was going on as it appeared to be stuck in a warehouse The rep said they would inquire and offered a $credit toward my next box Contacted again on Oct18th, after being prompted by a survey to review the box THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE - and asked for a refund and cancellation of my membership They again said they would look into it and offered an additional $credit toward my next box Today two different people contacted me - one to tell me that the box was lost in transit but a replacement was on the way Another to tell me that it's their policy NOT to provide refunds even though they're beyond their own standard shipping policy of 8-days by days I finally gave up and just cancelled my membership - just hoping I actually get the box I paid for and that I don't get charged for the next season Save yourself the aggravation

Horrible companyI've been a customer for a year and only the first box was sent on timeThe last three have been way after everyone else I knew had received their boxIn fact, the summer box was only sent AFTER I had inquired many times about why I had not received a shipping labelI also had to cancel my edit sale purchase because AGAIN weeks with out it being sentThe items are great but the hassle of dealing with ill informed customer service and months of waiting after being charged is a scam and not worth it

Is it true that this company can refuse to not refund your money when you never received the item, through no fault of the consumer>
I never received my Summer orderAfter multiple contacts with Customer Service there is still no resolution other than to show my next order, the Fall 2018, box as prepaid I want to cancel this subscription and don't want the next box, but didn't want to cancel until I have this resolvedThe co sent my order to an address they incorrectly entered as my mailing address, when it was only an address for an order for a one time shipment as a gift to my niece My niece doesn't live at that address any longer so they shipped this to whoever now lives in the apartment

ADVERTISING!! Company keeps advertising their FALL box and when you go to order it at the end it shows a small box that says they are sold out
I get emails daily about their FALL box soliciting ordersThey are running Facebook ads about their FALL boxBut when you order it shows the fall box is sold out and you are automatically going to be put on the list to receive the Winter boxThis is misleading and advertising

they charge you immediately, but then never ship the products, and customer service just keeps lieing and giving you the run around
I ordered the winter box on November 30th, it was charged to my credit card that dayIts is now December 19th and it still has not shippedI have live chatted with customer service times and each time I get the run around or just plain lied tooThe first time I was told it had only been business days with that day being the 9th and tomorrow a friday was the 10th day so thats why it hadn't shippedso I chatted on following monday and was told there just so sorry she will take care of it and tracking will update within the week but because they are over the ten days NO WORRIES she will follow up with an update that same day or the next at the lastest.and she just can't apologize enough so I get $off of the next one add-ons well now I chat again the next day and my package is in shipping queue and I ask what that means and she never answers me

FFF has sent two boxes to a wrong addressThe first was returned to them and the second is still in transit
I ordered two boxes from FFF, one approximately one month ago (5/11/18), and the other auto ordered about two weeks later (6/1/18)The first box was shipped to a wrong address, one that does not even exist, and returned to sender, but they never offered a solution to thisI double checked with FFF that they had my actual address on file, to which they stated they did, and I confirmed on my account page onlineThe second box shipped late last week, and again the address is wrongI have contacted them through email and phone and refuse to refund me for the first box even though it was returned to sender, and told me that they would send me another boxI explained that I do not want another box, only a refundIn terms of the second box, they told me to contact FedEx to change my address, so I contacted FedEx who told me that only the shipper can change and address

Fab Fit Fun has committed theft via charging a debit rather than debit without authorization and now refusing to correct and/or own liability
On 05/14/Fab Fit Fun ran my debit card on a new order without confirming card prior to completing a purchase (per my bank whom I immediately contacted this is unethical at best and, depending on the specifics of the process possibly illegal) and then pushed the order through rather than simply dropping it from pending (as my bank informed me they CAN do) and have now effectively stolen $which will cause overdrafts tonightIn the mean time, they were informed, in writing of the situation prior to their unethical/illegal acts and chose to continue anyway....despite an email that they sent to me this morning indicating "refund" has occurred "to the card on file." Charged for items I did not order
FabFitFun charged me for two items that I did not purchase, choose from their asection, or request in general In the past, their computer system has had issues where I DID choose an item but it did NOT order it The two items equaled $ I was charged approximately two-three weeks ago from today's date but received the items today I did not even know I was charged until I opened the box and saw the unexpected cosmetics The cosmetics, an eye palette and lip palette, are unknown to me, therefore, how could I have ordered them I was also watching my finances

Only after threatening to cancel my subscription was the customer service representative willing to process half of my requested refundI applied a coupon to receive a free mystery bundle but was billed for one at full priceAlthough they said I would receive bundles which is why I was billed the additional dollars, the point of the coupon was to keep my additional dollars and only receive one bundle for FREEOn top of that, when I checked out the bundle said $and my total cart amount was $which is only the price of a winter boxHad I accidentally ordered mystery bundles, why was it not represented in my cart at the time of checkout? I ordered a box of merchandise from them item was damaged and one item missing called and they were suppose to fix never have and refusing to fix it

Any other company that takes over a month to ship your products after taking your money would most likely be reported here too, but somehow FFF has tried to make its members buy into the fact that this is just practice But nothing about it is normal How mad would you be if you paid amazon $and they sat on your order for over a month? The only communication I have received is notices that products I ordered are running out of inventory and that I probably won't receive all of my order, whenever they finally decide to ship it I will not be renewing my membership Sorry way to run a company

Company never shipped product and charged credit card twice for second shipment and neither were received months later still no products or refund
First time customer signing up for seasonal boxes to be sent out After June 20th purchase they charged $and was supposed to be shipped within days One month later still nothing and they said sorry we never sent it and will expedite sihpemtn immediately One month later still nothing and new charge from them was deducted from my account After this they said they would issue a refund for both the first $and then the second charge of $ They said that would take days and now weeks later they are now saying only one refund is approved and working on getting second one issued When asking for management they will always say they are in a meeting or too close to closing time to speak I am still getting the run-around and nobody will own up to fix this issue I hope something will be done regarding this scam company a

Denied cancellation
I contacted the company to request expedited shipping, asked that they charge it to my card on file, as I am leaving town and wanted my product in a timely manner Was denied, was told it just isn't possible I then requested my shipment to be cancelled and refunded to my card on file They refused, regardless of the fact that the box is not even going to ship for at least another weekUnacceptable customer service
