This company is greatI've been getting the boxes for 2+ years now and cannot complainI'm not sure what issues the below people had regarding customer service because any time something has gone wrong with an order FFF has corrected it ASAP and at no extra charges and no headachesGood quality items, great customer serviceI can't complain and I'm definitely going to continue getting these boxes

I paid for a year's worth of boxes specifically so that I would have the ability to customize some itemsAs someone with serious allergies, this feature was important to me so was willing to pay for it

Company refuses to cancel and refund my yearly subscription with them after not given me prior notice of a $charge on my credit card

On may 16,morning l was checking on bank acct and notice a charge for and put me in the negative l called my bank and the time the transaction was in a the pending stage so the thing could was close out my debit card and wait for it to post so in the mean Time l call fabfitfun and the only that matched was my debit card my email address did match and keep explaining to them l know nothing about this transaction and prove it cause my email address was not the one the acct so they keep giving me the run around so l spoke supervisors and the last supervisor l spoke with she was going to credit my acct and give me a good invoice number XXXXXXX and a refund # XXXXXXX and the end of day my still was not credited so l call back and the representative give me another for the refund which l think was kind off and that # was ch-crrCcuNwac70Aas of now the went to post and l got insufficient fee for $

I have received two boxes from FabfitfunThe editor's box and the spring boxI have had NO problems with this companyIt was confusing at first about some of the pricingI started with the seasonal subscriptionI did get notifications that I would get additional privileges if I bumped up to year subscriptionSo I tried it and it has been very helpfulThings sell out fast and getting a head start lets you choose what you wantI LOVE the productsYes, some of them are not exactly what I would buy, but I have loved every one of them that I have receivedI have daughters and they were fighting over who got what, so I gave a subscription to the oldest one and the of us share the items in both boxesIf any of the products I wanted were sold out they gave you links to the website so you could order items from that brandIt exposed me to so much more products than what's available in the small town I live inI am not sure about the company tailoring the box specifically to me through my preferences, I think that they are just polling their users to find what is best for everyoneWhich is fine with meIt is a surprise times a year that is worth the splurgeIf your money is tight and you can only afford to buy exactly what you need, you might want to just look on their website at some of the brands they carry and then go to that brand's website to order exactly what you needI have not wanted to return anything or had any problems, so I have had no interaction with customer serviceIt is easy to click the purchase button, but you should always research what you are buying online and read the fine printI felt like I knew exactly what I was getting and I am very pleased with this companyI would recommend it

This company is a nightmareOver a month since I was charged and I've got nothing but the run around regarding the box not being shipped

I was missing items from an orderI have been waiting since 03/06/to have my items sentNo products sent and no more communication from company
I ordered an additional seasonal winter box and grown alchemist lotion and cleanser duo that were not delivered with the rest of my add ons order I was told by customer service on 03/06/that there was a business day processing time and then I would have a shipping notice email with a tracking number After business days were completed, On 03/20/I again inquired several times to find out where my order shipping status was at I was given a generic answer that it was still being processed I contacted an administrative employee who stated I would be having my shipment upgraded to USPS priority so I would get my order, which was supposed to ship the same day I spoke with her 03/21/ today, I still have no shipping confirmation and still nothing I just want what I paid for over a month ago Nothing more, nothing

On May 15, I signed up for the "Editor Box" as well as an "Add-On" itemAs of 6/1/my items still did not display as being shipped even though I had paid for my purchasesI reached out to customer service regarding the status of my order, I was informed that items were placed on back order and that no shipping date could be givenI requested my account be cancelled and a refund be issued do to the fact no one even attempted to notify my of the back orderI was denied a refund

The business advertised products to be included in a customizable box, but cheaper quality items were selected in the boxCustomer service was dismal

I saw an advertisement on television for the boxesI searched via the web to find out what was in the box (summer 2017) and found a link to their website that had a video showing the contents of the boxAfter watching the video, I ordered the box with a $discount offer from a social media websiteIt took days to get the box (reasonable amount of time)After opening the box, the products inside were not what I saw on the video from their websiteThe products were of no use to me and I would be giving them away to other peopleI would have never ordered the box that I received since the products were useless to meAfter contacting customer service and sending them the link to the video, they informed me that the video was last years boxThe video and the URL address did not have any date within it only that it was a summer boxThey offered for me to return the box (at my expense) and they would refund my moneyThey also offered to send me a tote bagAlso, they wanted me to refer a friend and we would both get $the next box to keep my subscriptionWhy is the video of last years box contents still on their website? They use celebrity's to endorse their boxes, purchase advertising on television but they can't update their website? Needless to say, I am not spending money to return the box and I will be giving away all but products from the boxVery disappointing experience

Products they send are not as advertisedI have emailed several times trying to get a resolution & each response is different.I have asked for refund
They advertise completely different products than they actually sendThe value is no where near what they say it isI have emailed several times asking why and asking for a resolution and each response (if I get one) is completely different as to why my products are differentMy last two emails were demanding a refund for the subscription I paid for as I do not want the other three boxes and they are now ignoring me

After reading several negative reviews, I tried to contact fab fit fun and see if they were a bad as everything saysThey responded within hours, a rather formal response, but a response never the lessI ordered a box and received an email confirmation immediately, and received my shipment in the mail within daysIt's wonderfulDon't believe all the bad reviews, just be smart when you order online!

I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even an enemy! I ordered my first box- Fall box- on September 5thThey took the money from my bank account and said the box would ship in 7-business daysAll is good so farWell business day rolls aroundI email them in the morning to ask when my box will shipI am planning a wedding and getting ready to move so I do not have time to chase down a box!! No response back so the next day, (business days now) I do the chat online and the FabFitFun rep apologizes saying they are backed up and are not sure when it will shipI ask to cancel my membership and get a refund because I was misled on shipping time and still never got a response on my emailThe rep basically ignores my request to cancel until I call her out on itEventually I say the only way I will not cancel is if she can somehow expedite my box to me, shipping it out that dayShe said she could so I say fine and the conversation endsThe rep later emails me saying she successfully got my box expedited to me but did not supply a tracking numberI wait more days and still do not have tracking informationSo I go on chat again, this time getting a different repCome to find out, the first rep flat out lied to meThey are unable to expedite boxesI sent this second rep pictures of my conversation where I was told it was expeditedI am glad I keep copies of conversations for reasons like this!! The second rep kept apologizing and yet still offered to keep me posted on my box which still has NOT SHIPPED!! I get angry and demand my money box so he agreesHe cancelled my box and issued a refundWell I say issued but they say it'll take 3-business days so we will see if it is back in my bank in daysBut again, I have proof if it's not

The company charged my debit card in 3/16/17, even though they knew they were unable to fulfill my orderNow they don't reply to emails
I subscribe to their subscription box serviceThey posted on their website that they had an overwhelming response to the Spring Box and they would ship the remaining boxes out on the 16th and 20th of this monthThey stated they would notify of which date our box would ship, prior to charging our credit/debit cardI was never notified and found my card was charged in the 16thYet when I check the status of my order, it shows it is pendingWhat concerns me is I have reached out to them numerous times and reached I received automated reply stating they would reply soon

Love FabFirFun became an annual member a year agoSure they have some hiccups with shipping or maybe a wrong product here or there but from my experience customer service has always made it right and then some! This subscription is full of wonderful surprises, well worth it!

Looking to order this box and could not leverage my credit card which is a visa Their back office claimed it was my financial institution
I was trying to order this subscription box from fabfitfun on December 11th and could not order as there were issues with the payment I contacted fabfitfun support and they stated that it was my financial institution that was blocking these purchases I contacted Wells Fargo as instructed and there were no issues with my accounts or cards Also my account was not blocking any purchases from fabfitfun as a vendor I contact fabfitfun once again and have their support service agent with me on the phone with my financial institution to validate this concern My financial institution with the rep from fabfitfun listened to my financial rep clearly state that there were no blocks or issues with my card or purchasing any items anywhere Fabfitfun rep calls me back and informs me that their back office is stating that my financial institution is

I received order and one item was missing due to backorder I contacted them to state I needed refund because I'm moving and won't have fwdg address
One of the items I ordered, that showed in stock when I purchased, was not included in shipment received They sent email notifying me it was on backorder after charging me for item I contacted them via email times and left one vcm stating that I am moving out of state and willl have no forwarding address for awhile as I will be staying in a couple hotels I received a response to first email that stated they knew I was excited to received the item, but they were not sure of ship out date??
