If I could give them zero stars I would! This company is HORRIBLE and so is their customer serviceI cancelled my annual subscriptions with them to on,y have them charge my bank account anyway which caused the account to go into the negativeI spent the day on the phone with them trying to get this correctedThey finally refunded my the original charge amount and we're supposed to refund me an additional amount to cover the overdraft chargesInstead of using the current card on file, they went back and used a card that was no longer validNow they refuse to correct the issue and give me my money

Key item was missing from my order.FFF knew it was missing but packaging slip claimed everything was there.Theyve lied for a week about overnightin it
On 9/my order arrived with a backpack missing.I called to inquire why the packaging slip was signed saying everything was included.They looked at my account and recognized the bag was left out.No one contacted me to tell me this so if I didn't get in touch, they were just going to keep my money.I expressed that I ordered the bag for a trip and a Supervisor said on 9/that it would be overnighted.I called on Monday and a rep said it was in the Fedex shipping que and she would make sure it was expedited.I called on Thursday and a Supervisor said it wasn't shipped yet but he PROMISED it would go out and arrive by SaturdayToday, 9/the bag has not been shipped.I am not leaving and the package will be left one my stairs for monthThroughout the process,FFF blamed the warehouse saying "fedex didn't pick it up" or "USPS didn't work o

Poor customer serviceWon't fix problems they caused, but will blame the customer 100% of the timeAdvertisements on YouTube and other sites say things like boxes ship out August 20th, but their website FAQ says Sept 1stQuite a large differenceWhen I brought it up to them they tried to say it was my fault my box didn't ship because they couldn't process my updated card informationThey never did address the actual issueAlso, they were able to offer me a speedy refund for the Fall box after I complained, but didn't do anything about my complaints regarding the summer boxThis customer service is incredibly shady

The account that fab fit fun is trying to return the refund to is closedNow they are saying they have now way to refund me

Fab fit fun wants the bank to process the refund even though my bank account is closed, They are saying they have no other way to refund me and can not do anything

Account compromised - refusing to remove my financial information
I discovered that my FabFitFun account was compromised (my account was re-activated - not by me)I changed my password
I want my financial information (credit card) removed from my accountThey have refused to do this because they "need it in case of billing for add-ons"I have box left with them which is pre-paid, and will not be purchasing any add-ons
There is no legitimate reason to not remove sensitive information (such as a credit card) when an account has been compromised

I started a subscription and the second month I was not notified to make my selections I emailed that I was unhappy because I'm now paying for items I never wanted I was told that there was nothing that they could do to correct the issue even though it had not yet shipped I was offered a $that could ONLY be applied to the next month box So I kept it for the following month, in the meantime I got a promo code for a free additional item on top of my $credit from the previous month So I ordered the additional item and it never took the promo code or gave me the $I was promised the month before I reached out to customer service who said that the $was only for additional item which they didnt give me so he finally issued me a credit directly to my account Another customer service rep reached out to me and I informed her that several of the items in this box were broken and supplied pictures Her response was that it is the policy of FabFunFit not to offer refunds, FabFitFun purchases are final and non-refundable She continued on, "No worries though, we will do what we can to improve the service so that next time you want to reactivate the account you will not experience the same problem again." I've already spent aprox $and have received broken items that they refuse to correct or refund, why would I ever consider giving them another chance?

I used a gift certificate to purchase a box and used a credit card to pay for the difference and they charged me for an unwarranted subscription
I received a gift card for Fab, Fit, Fun and needed to use my credit card to pay for the difference in FebruaryI checked to ensure this would not result in future orders and it appeared this was a one time purchaseIn late May I saw a charge of about $on my credit card from Fab, Fit, FunThe small purchase from February signed me up for their subscriptionThere was no visible indication of this when I made my initial purchaseI immediately cancelled my subscription that I never signed up for and emailed themI received a response days later with a refusal to refund my money despite the fact that I offered to return the box unopenedThere is no visible information on their website that says a one time purchase will result in signing up for a full blown subscriptionI am looking for a full refund and changes to their asinine policy
