Was looking around the site when it charged me for a VIP subscription I did not wantThe web site never gave me an option to choose
I asked them ti adjust my bill about minites after they charged my credit cardThey have a bait and switch type buttonThey ask if your interested in getting an extra box then as soon as you click it charges your credit card $They never give you a chance to opt out or tell you that you are signing up for an extra chargeI spoke to customer service and they said they would adjust it but after reading more onsite I see they are just blowing me off

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FabFitFun My first order for the Spring box went off without a hitch However, the Summer box was another story They had no problem charging my credit card on the appointed day (June 16) but were totally unable to actually ship me what I paid for After the allotted business days for shipping I contacted their customer service to be told that
"I am so sorry for the confusionI forgot to add, due to an increase in volume and in an effort to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible, there is a chance processing could exceed business daysBut we hope to have your box shipped before the first week of July ends
I hope this helps clarify, please feel free to reach back out if you have any more questions! We really appreciate your understanding and membership!"
When I then told them that it was completely unacceptable, and I was filing a dispute with my credit card company and canceling my membership, she again wrote back a completely useless and not satisfactory response of
"I know you are very excited to get your boxAnd we are currently having inventoryBut we really hope that your box will be shipped no later than first week of July endsI'll be sure to send you an update with your
tracking as soon as we have it!
If there is anything else we can help you out with or if you have further questions and concerns please don't hesitate to reach back out and let us know!"
My response was that I would be filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com and I got an email not even minutes later that my money was being refunded
I really wanted to like this company and service, but they shouldn't be in business if they can't provide what people pay for when they say they will They are not a monthly, but seasonal, box so it's not really clear how they could be this unprepared I would avoid the frustration of signing up for this

the Fall box received did not contain what the celebrities advertisement I did not receive exactly what the celebrities received
The Fall box revealed a pink beanie cap which is the reason I even ordered this box Nothing was disclosed that I would receive a faux cheap looking black belt which was only worth $at discount stores There was no option to make a choice between the two items When I complained about it, I was told by *** that the choice option ended 8-30-and I ordered the box on 9-12- The celebrities were still advertising the box with the beanie cap on 9-12-so I ordered it The website never revealed that I may receive items not disclosed previously I requested to cancel my subscription if they would not send me out the pink cap They told me I can just cancel which I did Not sure if they really cancelled me or not This company should not mislead consumers into thinking they are receiving what the celebrities received They sh

Fab fit fun is an amazing company! Their products are high quality and reasonably pricedTheir customer service is so helpful and niceThey are quick to fix any issue or any questions I may haveI would highly recommend Fab fit fun to everyone!!

I have been charged for misleading prices twice now and the second time when requesting a refund I was denied

I ordered editors boxes and specifically picked an item for each box as gifts I did not get what I ordered and they send something else instead When I contacted customer service, they were like, "oh well" They have apparently pulled the bait and switch a lot The customer service is the worst They do not help solve the problem

I had cancelled my account and then I had informed FABFITFUN that my account was closed before an order was shippedI literally waited days before someone had emailed to let me know I cant send back my package that I didn't orderI was trying to do the right thing, since I didn't pay for the package that was shipped

*** was very nice to work with and tried to remedy the situation - Unfortunately how the matter was handled shows a very lax attitude towards the consumer relationship and the responsibility towards the publicNobody is perfect, and mistakes happen but when you make a mistake -especially when it comes to the advertising of products that does not allow for any returns or refunds - You remedy the situation fully - Especially of you the business is at fault
Advertise what you sell and sell what you advertise - I suppose I should be happy that I received perfume and not waterThis is not acceptable behavior

Fab Fit Fun sent and charged me for the wrong productIt was supposed to be the seasonal summer box instead got a starter box

This company is horribleI never received my first box which was ordered weeks ago, then got charged another $and they automatically shipped something elseI don't even know what they shipped! Like many subscription services, the FabFitFun box delivery is difficult to get out ofAdditionally, they offer 'gift cards' that become an obligation after the amount has run out, and it is on the giftee to cancel the subscriptionMy qualms with the company are purely financial - after being charged for a second box that I didn't order and didn't want (see gift that turned out to be a subscription) I cancelled the subscription but was unable to stop the current shipment and chargeThen I was charged again in September, but this time was able to show proof of cancellation and was able to cancel the shipment and get a refund - after a back and forth with a service agent who wanted me to still pay for the box at a discounted rate
The service itself is a cool idea and if I had money to burn I might be into it - who doesn't like to get a bundle of surprises every few monthsThe service downside is that they don't fully take in your requests (I received pierced earrings after stating that I do NOT have my ears pierced, and food items after requesting no food items due to allergies.) But the shipments were easily trackable and well packaged, and the sizes and variety of products allowed for more than a tester experience which is uniqueI've gone on to purchase two of the products when I ran out, and only a few of the items have gone straight to a friend without even being openedI really wish that the financial side of the transaction hadn't soured me to the company because the first gifted box was really a fun experience

This company is shady I purchased items from a sale on 1/7/My invoice states that items will be shipped no later than weeks after being billedWhen weeks passed *** my order did not ship, I reached out on separate occasions I was told each time that a label had been printed but there was no way of knowing when my item would ship I repeatedly asked for a refund, but was refused Shipping labels being created DOES NOT mean an item has been shippedIf you do not meet the terms of the sale as you have previously outlined, you must offer me a refund

I got the run around on chat so much I am going to post this on here in hopes they will follow up like they did for Kim Mand admit to their poor customer service and finally give me a solution and estimated ship date which is all I wanted in the first chat sessions anyway Just so I could make other arrangements for Christmas gifts I was planning on when purchasing the additional add ons, but nobody would give me a straight answer, each rep had a different excuse or escalated it to a supervisor that also never followed up
This is a company I originally fell in love with, recommended to my friends and sent out free boxes I am torn to continue without a proper follow up and communication-regardless of what the news is Transparency would be much appreciated
