The customer service with this company is absolutely atrocious My Winter Box including almost $worth of add ons never arrived and the company has been an absolute non-responsive disaster Part of the issue was that I had an address change but I will tell you that I have been more that proactive and spent an absurd amount of my time trying to work with them - considering the fact that this package is worth hundreds of dollars - their response has been nothing short of laughable I'm providing a timeline below and I have documentation of almost everything so they can't lie and try to say they performed any form of adequate customer service I was billed for my add ons on Nov 10th At that time I did not know my address was changing On Dec 1st I completed my change of address at Fabfitfun online On Dec 4th I received an email stating that my order had shipped but to the wrong old address I immediately called customer service (I believe that day but I have no documentation as they never followed up afterwards which they said they would) and tried to fix - they explained that addresses actually cannot change anytime between billing and shipment (which in my case was almost a month) which seems slightly silly but okI asked over and over again if they could intercept - they tried to guarantee me that it would be forwarded which I did not understand as it was not shipping USPS Eventually they told me over the phone (I believe I transferred to a supervisor) that they would intercept the package and follow up with me via email That NEVER happened - I never got a follow up from this call of any kind I decided to wait it out and watch the tracking and it did look like the package was being forwarded - however at some point in the process it looks like it got lost by USPS On Dec 10th the package was listed as "forwarded" by the post office at my old address - days later (Dec 19th) it hadn't moved at all according to USPS tracking - clearly something was wrong I first tried USPS with no luck - holiday time and all they were just not helpful and told me I would have to work with the shipper So I decided to go back to FabFitFun and that's where things spiraled On Dec 19th I chatted with FFF customer service - it was a joke Side note I also submitted a request via email to customer care on Dec 19th - it was never responded toBack to the chat - I chatted with Thor - explained the issue - explained the package hadn't moved for almost days and was clearly lost - his response was to just send me a link to tracking information which I clearly already had as I told him what was going on with the packageWe kept hopelessly going back and forth - he offered me a $credit towards my next purchase (for my $400+ missing package - yeah that makes sense) I continued asking him to start the claims process, work with USPS, etc Was getting nowhere - then he tried something truly remarkable: "After further checking here on my end, I can see that the package has already been delivered to your address and this is beyond our control." WHAT!?! Tried to claim it was delivered and there was nothing he could do which is an outright lie At this point I asked for a supervisor and Jonathan joined the chat He was responsive and helpful and it seemed that we were getting somewhere Little did I know it was all smoke and mirrors While chatting with supervisor Jonathon - he agreed to replace the package as well as follow up via email - I felt finally we were getting somewhere so I agreed to end the chat I did receive a follow up email from Jonathon on Dec 19th but it said they wouldn't even process the replacement for weeks This was infuriating because I had stated multiple times in all of my communications that items from this package were supposed to be Christmas gifts And nowhere in our chat did he say that it would take weeks to process the replacement I responded to that email within minutes of receiving it telling him that weeks of processing wouldn't cut it and I needed him to expedite No response for days Then on Dec 21st Jonathon replied and said "Were you given any information regarding the initial order that was placed if it will still be shipped to your address? Looking forward to your response" information from who!? who is he talking about!? He is the only one I've been dealing with as of recent and I asked him to follow up with USPS! Also at this point it seems like he has completely forgotten about the replacement which I am SURE was never even processed I responded within minutes (on 12/21) stating I didn't know what he was talking about - he needed to follow up with USPS and start the claim - and asked what was going on with my replacement NO RESPONSE FOR DAYS! Now I get it - it's the holidays - but I have been responding to him within minutes and he is taking forever to get back to me Not only that - each response has no real tangible information - nothing has been done - just feels like they are pushing me off to delay over and over again Days later on Dec 28th I get this: "Rest assured that we are on top of this situation of yours and we will definitely send you a follemail once there will be an update regarding with your package" Rest Assured?!? No update on the package, no response to the replacement, ignoring me for days on end, we've now missed Christmas which this package was gifts for But "Rest Assured" I mean it's seriously laughable I respond in less than a day (I know not quite as responsive as I had been) on Dec 29th and state I need more concrete updates or I will be filing claims Days later - no response Another point - today - Jan 3rd - it's been over weeks from when I was originally told that a replacement would be processed and I've received nothing - no tracking information nothing So the original week timeline (which I was not happy with) has come and gone At the end of the day - I've been a member of FabFitFun for years and spend thousands of dollars with them TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER Regardless of the address change being a factor in this situation - the customer service and responsiveness has been absolutely pathetic I've cancelled my membership for FabFitFun and will NEVER deal with them againI've subscribed to at least a half dozen box companies in my day and FabFitFun WAS always my favorite and the only one I stuck with for a long period of time But I cannot refer them anymoreYou CANNOT treat your paying customers this way

The company advertises certain products that are availableWhen you click on a specific product, it takes you to the sign up page and you have to enter your payment before continuingAfter you have entered your payment, the item you clicked on is not a part of your optionsThere is a red count down timer that shows how much time you have to change your orderEven if you cancel within this time, they do not cancel your orderYou are billed for and sent items you do not wantCustomer service is not helpful and refused to send return shipping label
