On September 22, at 9:I placed an order and paid $for shippingThe "terms and conditions stated that "If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within Days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything elseYour enrollment date is the date that you submit your order for the trial product." I called this morning, October 6th (exactly days later) to cancel my subscription but was told, "we charged your credit card at 3:this morning and cannot give you a refund because you checked the terms and conditions box when you placed your orderI asked whey they charged me before the days were up but the argument was that days means they can charge any time during the 14th dayFor my "inconvenience" she could offer me a 35% refundAs I pushed that refund amount went to 40% then 50%, finally after talking with her supervisor she came back with 60%I asked if I kept pushing would we get to 100% and she stated this was as high as she would goI responded that because they billed my card before the days were up I was going to file it with my bank and immediately she said, "if you file with your bank we won't give you 60%"I said okay, and then asked her to process the 60% and give me a confirmation number that the transaction had been completedShe said, "before I process the refund, I need a taped statement from you saying that you will not take this up with your bank." So, if I keep my mouth shut about their dishonestly, they'll pay meIf I squeal - they continue to scamI had almost the exact same run around with the MiraVie Eye care but finally quit after they dropped my calls twice and just took it up with my bank

This company is a con! MiraVie Skincare and MiraVie eye serum..are all a big scam! BEWARE My story is like all the rest in here...a crying shame that they are getting away with this even with all these terrible reports I took up the matter with my bank but MiraVie even sent rebuttal papers to my bank which are NOT even the company names or web sites that I ordered from(Meaning they perhaps have several different ways of scamming people via many different links and also giving their products various different namesThey hide their so called policies in micro print and blurred, embedded deeply in pages upon pages or not....I never did see it) They use the Name of DrOz and also Diane Keaton among other well known people They make you think there is no obligation by telling you to only pay a slight shipping fee for a free trial sample or samples if you get the combo dealHA! NO DEAL! Just lots of heart ache They charged my account $300.00!! They will not even accept unopened returnsThis is such a con gameIt's been over months and I am still at odds with them and their rude customer serviceThis is the worst nightmare I have ever had

I would like to share my experience with MiraVieOn 1-14-I called to order the skin care, cost was shipping charge only; after days I would be billed cost of the productAfter confirmation of my order, (all automated) I was asked if I was interested in the eye cream, alsoI was not, so I hung upFollowing day, I looked at my bank account and was charged for both the skin and eye creamBeing that it wasn't a big amount I let it goOn 1-I called and canceled thru an automated system On 1-I was charged $I called MiraVie, as usual, the automated responds; it asked if I wanted to cancel, so I thought I would check to see if it actually canceled the first timeIt just canceled, a second time, then I spoke with a representativeI told her about my charges and that I had canceled, she said you just now canceledI said no, she checked her notes and said you did cancel on the 22nd, but you only canceled one of the productsI told her, I called, only, one number when I ordered, the packing slip has both products listed on one packing slip; there are not separate packing slips, they came togetherSo why do I have to cancel by calling two different phone numbers, she said she would refund 50% I told her no, and told her I only ordered one product, but received two and I let that go; I called and canceled using the same phone number that was used when ordered I told her I would get my full amount and was going to my bank to report the unapproved amount and told her I was reporting them to Revdex.com She said I will talk to my manager and put me on hold; she came back and said, if you do not report us to Revdex.com, we will refund the entire amount in 3-days I told her I would expect the refund on the fourth day, which I did receive My issue has been completed, I received a refund, except for the shipping charges But, I am reporting to Revdex.com, because I don't want this to happen to other people Thank you,

This company withdrew almost $from my account based on small print in a reportedly 'subscription agreement' that I 'signed' when I ordered a sample for shipping fees onlyI continued to receive additional boxes and thought there was some mistakeI called the company to return all the product (which is still in the shipping box!) and was told they would not accept the return and it was my own faultI was hung up on and still have not received these 'terms' from MiravieThis is a huge scamIn addition the product caused my eye lids to burn and my skin to break out

I cancelled the shipments on this product on 2/29/and spoke with a representative and talked to a person who assured me that both the skin cream and eye serum would be cancelled On 3/15, I rec'd a shipment of the eye serum and called customer service again on 3/to return and ask why it wasn't cancelled I spoke to [redacted] to said he could cancel however there would be a "restocking" charge of approx$according to the policy I told him I understood the restocking policy however I had already cancelled and I did not want to pay the restocking fee & asked to speak to a representative He transferred me to Mr [redacted] who said I would have to call a different number to cancel the eye serum; that they only could cancel the skin cream which I cancelled on 2/29/ I called her out letting her know that [redacted] just told me he could cancel I asked her to listen to the recorded call & she claimed that I cancelled thru the automated system and there was no recording of me talking to a person which was another lie she told She gave me a return # for the package and said I would be refunded within 3-days of receipt of shipment less the restocking fee of around $ I let her know I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com Do not do business with this company!!!
