I need an address to send these "Free"(just pay the shipping the ad said, which I did) samples back as they are obviously not "FREE". I need the $89.95 and the $85.95 refunded as I did not receive anything for those charges.

I cancelled the shipments on this product on 2/29/16 and spoke with a representative and talked to a person who assured me that both the skin cream and eye serum would be cancelled. On 3/15, I rec'd a shipment of the eye serum and called customer service again on 3/16 to return and ask why it wasn't cancelled. I spoke to [redacted] to said he could cancel however there would be a "restocking" charge of approx. $10 according to the policy. I told him I understood the restocking policy however I had already cancelled and I did not want to pay the restocking fee & asked to speak to a representative. He transferred me to Mr. [redacted] who said I would have to call a different number to cancel the eye serum; that they only could cancel the skin cream which I cancelled on 2/29/16. I called her out letting her know that [redacted] just told me he could cancel. I asked her to listen to the recorded call & she claimed that I cancelled thru the automated system and there was no recording of me talking to a person which was another lie she told. She gave me a return # for the package and said I would be refunded within 3-5 days of receipt of shipment less the restocking fee of around $10.00. I let her know I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Do not do business with this company!!!

 The statement is untrue. There was nothing for me to click to acknowledge any such thing. I also, called within minutes of ordering the " free trial sample" and it had not been shipped and therefore no shipping and handling would have been paid out by them as the product had NOT shipped. They refused to let me cancel the free trial. There was nothing to click to acknowledge anything they are claiming. There are hundreds of complaints about this same issue all over the internet. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Let me be more clear about MiraVie Trial and their financial charges.To date, MiraVie (MV) has charged a total of $1307.50. $10.80 only was authorized in good faith for the trial sample. The amount in dispute is $1296.70 that MV charged over time as per “terms and conditions” they claim I agreed to by way of a check box at the time of filling out their online form. They appear to concede in their response that this is their one and only attempt to inform the customer not just as to what is being agreed, but also it is the only opportunity for the customer to sift through a page of fine print and find out what is actually being ordered.Email “confirmations” of these orders made no confirmation or attempt to remind me of these conditions whatsoever --- not just conditions, but the simple fact that I was subscribing to a recurring replenishment and monthly charge scheme. Simply calling what I had purchased as “Trial,” and leaving it at that, is deceptive beyond belief, to the point of criminal.This is not just a “term and condition” issue. It is a deceptive practice with a deliberate attempt to withhold what is actually being marketed, after allowing a moment only of review.To date, in response to a returned sample marked “return to sender” on the outside and received in August, a direct call on 9/26 and Revdex.com complaint filed and forwarded on 9/28, MV has returned a total of $661.29.Yes, that is 50% of what they charged, but I did not agree to this as a resolution, clearly stated this at the time of my direct call to MV and in my Revdex.com filed complaint.I believe that I was wronged by a deceptive website and practice and am entitled to a return of the full amount of $1296.70 and consider $661 yet still unpaid. I am not now asking compensation for the time and bother this episode has put me through.MiraVie should be aware, if not resolved to my satisfaction via the Revdex.com resolution process, formal complaints will be filed at the Federal level via the FTC and other agencies, and all other options will be pursued.MiraVie’s resolution of this matter as described above would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,[redacted]

the customer filed a chargeback with their credit card company for the amount of $85.94 and and additional $89.95.  The Customer was credited as we did not dispute the claim.  Also,  in regards to the Terms and Conditions, everything is outlined within the ordering site.  It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer
agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer must call in and cancel
their account before the 14 day trial is over. If the customer fails to cancel
their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed
onto our monthly subscription.
