Be aware of the business tactics of this company When ordering their $trial you are really ordering an ongoing monthly supply If you ordered the eye cream and face cream it will be an automatic charge on your credit card of approximately $ In small print it states you must call and cancel the order within days of ordering your trial Most may think a trial is a sample but you are really ordering an ongoing monthly supply My credit card company said they they have the most disputes with eye cream companies The skin care portion of the company cancelled any future charges but would not credit the charge or give a reduction in the amount charged I even offered to return the product but they did not want the opened product returned The charge was $ They eye cream company cancelled future orders and gave me a discount of 50% of the $charge This supposed $sample ended up costing me $ Don't make the same mistake I did

Beware of this company! I should have researched them before trying their product and their offer! The product was not good- at least for me - so I decided not to purchase again I noticed two charges on my credit card about three weeks after receiving the trial offer...for $for their skin product and $for their eye product After calling I was informed that I "signed up" for auto delivery at the time of the first purchaseWhen I protested I was told it was written in terms and conditions...so I may have not read that as thoroughly as I should have and take responsibility for that....next I'm told I cannot return the product - even if unopened - because of possible contamination -- I let them know that I KNEW THAT WAS BUNK-- now I asked for a supervisor and was told that she (***) was more than capable of handling this issue I assured her I was not satisfied with her answers and was put on hold She eventually returned and told me I could keep the product (which had just shipped at 3am that morning---I didn't believe that either--) for a 75% discountWhen I protested that I thought the stuff was was awful I was told there would be a $restocking fee PER ITEM ( please note they come together in the same box)...AND that I had to call another number and go through this all over again because the EYE cream was a separate division ! When the products eventually arrived I returned them and tracked the shipment I eventually saw a refund of $for the skin product which was $and $dollars for the eye product which was $ So I get on the phone again and get absolutely NO WHERE ...Daryl had the company line down and I told him they owed me $Again I was told he couldn't discuss the eye product but they weren't going to refund any more...it was "shipping costs" It didn't matter to him that it was not what I was told...Awful awful company and their employees don't give a darn about customer service...I'm sure they must get a bonus to block you at every turn!

Hello, Our Records indicate that the customer is in a chargeback process with the credit card company. At this time, the chargeback processor and the credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and provide any refunds they deem substantiated and necessary. First I need to share that I've never logged a complaint about ANY company beforeBut I am compelled to speak out today This company offers a day trial However, that trial begins the day you order the product, not the day you receive it which can be tracked via the delivery system they use (ie: Fedex, UPS) This is a fallacious practice I received the product and had or so days to try it; needless to say I didn't even get a chance to open it before I was charged full price!
I purchased it on the 7th and was charged on the 21st When I called to cancel I was informed the trial period ended I ask you, in what Universe does the day I ordered, the 7th, plus days not equal 21?? Very misleading and it matters not if the product lives up to its promises!! They could have offered to extend the trial, I may have ended up loving their product and been a lifelong customer What a shoddy business practice Question: When a business operates by deceiving it's clientele what are the chances they will be successful very long? Answer: Nil
When I phoned it appears the staff is trained to argue THEIR point instead of resolving issues with potential continuous customers They even asked me to pull up a calendar to count the days with me thus showing me that I'm not the only one to encounter their corruption
After waiting for a superior (about min) they did offer a 50% refund, wasn't that big of them? Not EVER going to be what they really need, a repeat customer It's a shame they don't treat people respect and try harder to make them happy
