Our Records indicate that the customer is in a chargeback process with the credit card company. At this time, the chargeback processor and the credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and provide any refunds they deem substantiated and

Miravie gave me only a
partial refund of $(for September and withdrawal from my credit card keeping $for restocking fee) for products I did not order. While I appreciate that, they still have not refunded the additional $and (total $175.90) whichCPF*EyesolaceandANZ*Skinintensity withdrew from my credit card on August and 25, for the samples I ordered on August 9, They withdrew the money for the samples ($and $4.95) from my credit card on August and nowhere in the advertisement in the paper from which I ordered it did it say that they would bill me an additional total of $! The skin cream and eye serum which they said needed to be used together for best results caused my skin on my right cheek to become red and raw even though I followed directions very carefully Needless to say after the sample, which I immediately had to stop using, I was not planning to purchase any more product and I was shocked to find out they had charged my credit card with the additional $which is the amount of the refund I am requesting. Please help me resolve this matter.Thank you for your help]
