Our records indicate that the customer has filed a chargeback with the credit card company.  AT this time, we are unable to refund the customer due to chargeback being processed.  Once the chargeback is settled a decision will be made by the Credit card company and the decision is final.

This company is dishonest and clearly attempt to be misleading. They indicate they offer a free trial but what you do not learn until later is that after 14 days of your order date you will get charged roughly $90 for what was said to be free that is in addition to the shipping of a next month for another $90.
When they ship they include no details on the packing slip, no invoice number no website nothing but an email and a phone number saying feel free to call us with any questions.
If you decide to return the product their website says:
"If you have any questions or concerns about the products or about your purchase, please feel free to contact the following customer service department via email, or by using the toll free phone number." and they provide a return shipping address, however when you send them an email and tell them you have returned the product they tell you that you are not allowed unless you call a specific number and then they offer to give you 75% back even though it is unopened and in the same box.
Aside from that they send you NO second shipping notification, no doubt so that people are caught by surprise and have no ability to cancel the subscription for the ridiculous price for this product.
There are many many reports out there about this company that indicate the same thing I am saying - it is a total scam and they are just trying to trick people and charging them. If their product was any good at all they would not need to do this.

This company withdrew almost $500 from my account based on small print in a reportedly 'subscription agreement' that I 'signed' when I ordered a sample for shipping fees only. I continued to receive additional boxes and thought there was some mistake. I called the company to return all the product (which is still in the shipping box!) and was told they would not accept the return and it was my own fault. I was hung up on and still have not received these 'terms' from Miravie. This is a huge scam. In addition the product caused my eye lids to burn and my skin to break out.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept the action because I only received the original two bottles of the product.  I would not have made the connection because if the terms stated were "obvious" I would not have accepted the product. I just received two refunds of approximately 90 dollars each. I only received one shipment.  I returned the sample they sent on December 1, 2015.  Where are the products?  I did not receive the product.  I want a refund for the products I did not receive after the initial shipment in September 2015.

This product did not work as declared and promised. I gave it a full 4 weeks and saw no improvement. In fact, my face was continually dried out and depleted of any natural oils even though it was a cream.
I had 2 unopened boxes which I attempted to return for a refund but they would not accept the return, Even though this was a TRIAL (their words). The 3rd box was sent to me within 2 weeks of receiving the 2nd. That's when I found their number through the Revdex.com. They did offer to send me $32.17 refund.
I will never order a product via online again.
