I saw an online offer to trial MiraVie skin care product free, the only obligation was to pay the shippingI placed my order and received it about 8-days later I had not even opened the free trial before noticing a charge against my credit card for $I thought this was evidently the charge for my next order which never arrived I called to ask why I was charged before using the product and making a decisionThey said it was because I checked the box agreeing to let them charge my account in days if I had not canceled my order, but there was no such box to check nor any info regarding this script at all I am very leery of buying online (unless it's Amazon) so I looked it over quite thoroughly before ordering
So after all this, I never even used my 'free trial' although I paid the shipping plus much more I also had to close my credit card, which was a huge inconvenience as I was just leaving for an extended out-of-state trip
I still have no resolve nor refund even though I offered to return the unopened 'so-called free trial' product
I believe I would feel uncomfortable doing future business with MiraVie due to their deceptive business practices

On 9/28/ I ordered Miravie skin cream for $and Miravie eye cream $ On 10/11/my credit card was charged $(two charges of $each) I called the two numbers listed for the charges and one place told me that they had not charged this amount and that my order was cancelled The second told me that I had not cancelled "in time" and I HAD TO PAY the $ I asked for the name of the company (it was billed as TMF...not identifiable) I was told they were not allowed to disclose the name of their company that was charging me $ I finally got the name and number from my bank I am not receiving any product as my orders were cancelled and I was told I will not receive any refund on the $charge There should be a law against such rip-off practices I can't afford to spend $on NOTHING Please help
