We called them with all the information and they told us they will not work with us. They said for us not to return the dress because they will not accept it, at the point that she ( [redacted]) will not even give us the return address.
They will not give me the money back nor they will give me an store credit. They said that was final so I guess I lost my money to the most expensive dress I ever bought and the most poor quality one.

The confusion here seems to be, when [redacted] chose 1 day shipping, she mistakenly assumed the item would be delivered the next day. The advertised “ships within 5 - 7 business days” is not the time it takes to ship to her destination, but the processing time it takes to complete her order for shipment. Once the dress was cleared for shipment, it was correctly shipped via 1 day express.

My claim is not about your policy. One more time you are twisting all this problem. My claim is because you sold me something different from what you advertise. Your policy may be abusive but we all know any business have the right to write the policy they want.  Now the right you don't have is to sell something you don't really have because the dress looks absolutely gorgeous on the picture you advertise and what I received was a very quality and poor looking dress.
$318.00 is very expensive for me and its very frustrating when you pay that amount for a dress you cant use, not return nor exchange.

Review: I wanted to order a dress from missesdressy.com. My debit card was not accepted and I sent money transfer. The store policy mentioned it as one of the payment options and did not mention it would be automatically converted to nonredeemable amount expiring in 6 months. The email with money transfer instructions that I got from missessdressy.com (May *, 2013) did not mention either that the money would not be redeemable or a subject to expiration in 6 months. I was promised to get a confirmation email once the store has processed the transfer. I send the money transfer for USD 318 on May *, 2013, but I never got an email from missesdressy.com confirming they received my money. I contacted them on May * and May ** and their representative re-assured me that I would get a confirmation as soon as the transfer was processed. I waited a few more days and I contacted them via online chat on May **. A customer service representative confirmed that missesdressy.com received my money and the money became available as a store credit. However, as soon as they admitted during the live chat to have processed the money transfer, they also informed me that the dress that I had planned to order was already sold out and it would be available in around 6.5 weeks ("July [redacted]"). I had an upcoming event on July *, 2013 and the shipping time offered by missesdressy.com was too late to get the dress on time for the event, so I did not place an order. I contacted missesdressy.com again recently and asked for refund. They said that the store credit was about to expire and that refunds required a management approval. They responded to my phone call on November **, but the CS representative claimed not to be able to locate any data about me in the system. She claimed not to be able to locate any data by my email address, by name, or by amount and she advised me to contact them via email again. I sent another email with all the details about the transaction, but I did not get any response. So I attempted to call again on November **. I called twice and I was put on hold immediately both times. I initiated a live chat. During the chat I was informed missessdressy.com had no option to issue the refund, because "the store credit was not used for so long". They collected my money but refused to issue a refund even though no merchandise was ever ordered or sent. They failed to inform me clearly about the consequences of sending money transfer.Desired Settlement: Full refund to the original method of payment (transfer to a bank account)

The event for which I originally needed a dress was almost a year ago and I don't foresee a need to buy a dress from missesdressy.com in the future. Review: I Ordered a prom dress from Misses Dressy, and was assured by them that I would have the dress by April [redacted] 2015, On Monday of that week (4-**-2015) I called to ask about tracking information....Nothing... Same thing on Tuesday the [redacted], they still insisted the order would drop ship to my door no later than the request date they gave. Wednsday call again and no tracking, So I tracked down the supplier of the dress and they informed me that no one from misses dressy had asked them to rush this order or anything close to that, and this place is in Turkey. So I had them cancel the order because we was not going to receive the dress before the date. then I called to misses Dressy and let them know I stopped the order, to which they had no problem with, so I asked for my money back, and now they are delaying in returning my funds, and giving me the run around about it. Please Help!!!!!Desired Settlement: I paid $1,307.00 dollars for a Dress with these guys and would like to have my money back Now.

Review: I ordered a dress ( order no [redacted]) on Dec[redacted] 2013 $668.80 and was advised the order was received and would be processed and provided card details for payment . However I was subsequently notified by email on December [redacted] that the dress in question was sold out and discontinued , an alternative dress color and alternative dresses were suggested for consideration . I advised by email on the [redacted] that none were suitable and asked for a refund .

I was advised by email on December [redacted] that my order cancellation refund request would be submitted to upper management for approval . I emailed the supplier on January [redacted] for a refund update and advised them that the order was not infact a cancellation as per their email of December [redacted] but that they had sold out of the dress and could not provide it as it was currently discontinued .

I was emailed on the [redacted] to advise that my order was cancelled and that the charge on my credit card would be voided and would be reflected in my account in 1-2 working days .

I have subsequently called on 3 occasions to request a refund and was initially advised that a store credit had been completed in error and a refund would be forth coming , I called on January [redacted] and was assured by [redacted] that an oversight regarding the refund had been made and it would be in my bank account within 5 days . On returning from a vacation I called again on February [redacted] asking to speak to [redacted] , was advised she was busy and would call back . I again explained the situation and was assured by [redacted] that [redacted] would call back and a refund would be forthcoming . No call or email has been received in regard to the refund and no refund has been made to my bank account.

It seems that the company is determined to keep the funds and force me instead to accept a store credit despite assurances to the contrary despite their inability to supply the goods and not as a result of an order cancellation as they started to include in later emails .Desired Settlement: Refund the full value of $668.88 with immediate effect and provide the customer service they attest to in their website .

This refund is requested as the ordered item could not be supplied by Misses Dressy despite been available on their site and was not an order cancellation on my part .

Review: I ordered a dress on 7/**/13 and it said there was one available. I double checked with a representative thru email that it was in stock and not a special order dress although their site will clearly state when a dress is special order. The representative verified that it was in stock and not a special order 2 hours prior to me ordering the dress. She also stated that the notification area after selecting size and color would state if it was a special order. It did not, it only stated that there was one available and it would ship around 8/**/13. There was no mention of special order anywhere. I have the emails from the representative saved and forwarded them back to the company but they are refusing to cancel my order saying that it was a special order. I was canceling because I found a dress I liked better on their site. I contacted the call center to explain the situation and cancel the order. The person I spoke with advised me she would put in a cancellation for that order and told me to go ahead and order the other dress. They are also stating that they will not accept a return on the order once it does ship which their site says they offer full refunds. They keep stating that it was a special order when that is incorrect. That is false advertising and fraud.Desired Settlement: Cancel order and refund my money or accept the return and refund my money.

Review: I recently ordered a WEDDING GOWN (Beaded V Neckline Gown by Voyage by Mori Lee Item #6767 by Voyage by Mori Lee (Fall, 2013) for $622.00 online from missesdressy.com, when viewing the item I wanted to purchase it gave options for size and color, gave details about price, shipping, delivery and payments, and then gave specifications about returns. The item itself specified that there was "3 days exchanges & store credit" so I bought the dress. I received the dress and it unfortunately did not fit properly after going by the measurements from the site. I called customer service to find out how I could exchange for the next larger size. The woman on the phone explained that the return policy excluded WEDDING GOWNS and that there was nothing they could do about it. Upon returning to the site to review the return policy I found that to be true here: [redacted], BUT the specific item I ordered did not say it was excluded from the return policy and again said "3 days exchanges & store credit" nor did it say final sale when checking out from the site. I also found that ALL of the wedding gowns on this site say "3 days exchanges & store credit" on the item themselves. And looking further into shipping info here: [redacted] its says nothing about exclusions on WEDDING GOWNS as far as returns. I believe that this is inaccurate representation of information and any person would have made the mistake of purchasing from them thinking there was "3 days exchanges & store credit". Missesdressy.com claims that "Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days and we'll accept the return for exchange or store credit." With that said I would have just liked a larger size in the dress I ordered at least, or be given refund/store credit for the $622.00 I spent on my gown.Desired Settlement: Exchange for the next largest size in the dress I ordered, to alter, if possible and if it is in stock. OR refund or store credit for the $622.00 I spent.

Be very wary buying a dress from Missesdressy. I found a dress on the Missesdressy website and purchased it, understanding that I could only return it in a 3-day window of receiving it for an exchange or store credit only. Based upon international shipping, I should have received it within a week.
TWO weeks go by, and I keep wondering where my dress is. I receive an email stating that because my billing address is different from my shipping address, I need to provide them with an authorization form. No problem, except for the fact that they had waited TWO WEEKS to email me this notification. The website said that I was supposed to receive my dress in a week’s time! I had paid international shipping to ensure that I would receive it on time, but international shipping isn’t much good when they delay two weeks to ship it!
I wish that were the least of my problems. I received the dress shortly thereafter, only to find that the dress I received was different from the one pictured on the website. Not a completely different dress altogether, but it had an extra band of sequins that was not featured in picture. The—now four bands—of sequins were much darker than the picture as well, and changed the entire style of the dress. I called them—understanding that typically they don’t do refunds—and requested that they would make an exception this time, since the dress pictured on their website was different from what they received. I sent them in a photo of the dress I received, along with the link to the dress pictured on their website. Regardless, they did not budge. They still offered me a store credit, but if I had known the dress I would have ACTUALLY been receiving, I would have never ordered from them in the first place. I have one year to claim my store credit, but I am extremely skeptical of buying any more from their website. Because here’s the catch: the dress I buy with the store credit is a final sale. No more store credit or exchanges after that. What if I receive a different dress again? My trust with this company is broken.
I am disappointed how Missesdressy handled this situation. I was hoping they would be more professional and offer to remedy the situation in a proper way. (Before I sent back my dress, they did offer to throw in a pair of shoes and a bra for the “inconvenience” of my situation. It was a nice gesture, but a pair of shoes and a bra don’t amount up to the $300+ dollars I spent on a wrong dress and shipping.)
Unfortunately I would have to not recommend purchasing from Missesdressy. There are much classier establishments out there such as [redacted] and [redacted]. They offer refunds and are willing to work with you. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache, and do not purchase from Missesdressy.

Review: I ordered a dress from the website on 11/**. I was informed via email that the dress was out of stock. I request a refund rather than a store credit. I have yet to receive the refund on my credit card. I have spoken to the company about a dozen times with the promise that I will hear from the manager and my refund will be processed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the cost of the dress $578.00 and the interest I was charged in December, January, February, and now March.

Review: On 10-**-15, I ordered a pair of shoes. On 10-**-15, MissesDressy emailed and said the shoes I ordered were out of stock and to contact a representative. I called at 4pm the same day and spoke with a woman and told her I wanted a refund to my credit card. She said I would receive an email with the status of my refund. On 11-*-15, I emailed MissesDressy inquiring about the status of my refund. They replied the same day stating: "Your account has been put in "refund" status and it is being processed. Any funds that are being held by your bank (pending payment shown on your statement to Misses Dressy) will be released.." On 11-*-15, MissesDressy emailed saying I had a store credit. I attempted to call them and it took 4 tries to actually talk to someone. The person who answered the phone could barely speak english. They said they were in "shipping" and I asked to speak to someone in customer service. I had to repeat myself several times. They said they would transfer me and nothing happened. I then emailed them the same day stating I had requested a refund, not a store credit and to refund my credit card. They emailed me back the same day stating: "We wish to inform you that your refund is still being processed. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience this may have caused. It's taking a little longer than usual. We will be forwarding an urgent follow up on your concern to the appropriate personnel. Please be assured that our representative will contact you as soon as possible for the updates with regards to your refund. We highly appreciate your understanding and patience on the matter." On 11-**-15, I emailed them again asking where my refund was. They replied the next day stating: "We sincerely apologize for the delay. Your refund is already in queue for processing. You will be notified via email as soon as the refund has been completed. Your patience on this process is greatly appreciated." It is now 11-**-15, almost 1 month since my order and I still have no refund.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card in the amount of $75.00.
