I just want the item I ordered it clearly states that what I ordered was aluminum. I paid almost $30.00 and they sent me a cheap plastic case with no packing slip in the order. I would be willing to accept a refund as well.

satisfactory to me.  When I kept running into a brick wall with CellularOutfitter.com, I contacted my credit card company who also contacted the business.  That is the reason for such a speedy resolution, and they were the ones who suggested contacting the Revdex.com.  Thank you for your help with this matter.
