Review: I purchased a cell phone case from this company and received the wrong case. I called and was told they would be sending a return label and RMA number to my email address so I wouldnt have to cover shipping and handling due to their mistake, and also informed the "right" case would be shipped out when they received confirmation of the wrong case was in the mail..... neither the label or rma number was sent.. I then called the next day and was insured it would be sent, yet only received the RMA number but not the label.. I have now called a total of 7 times this week, and every time have gotten the same response of either some sort of glitch with system or need to wait for my manager to create it, (which no matter what time of the day you call - has always just stepped out of the office) this last time I called I conveniently received an email from them as I was waiting to speak to a manager, with what is supposed to be the return label.. but is some *.LYT file.. that cannot be opened on my computer this file is something ive never seen, heard of, or could find how to open it online.. when I called back I got "well im sorry sir but we did our part and it isnt our fault it wont open on your computer" at that point ive about had it..... yes it is your fault! and if I cant open it then it is your responsibility to send me a label that I can open..... how ignorant are these people.. I have now called back again as I am writing this... the 9th phone call now.. and got put on hold... just to be told a manager will be calling me back.. which I highly doubt seeing nothing they promise ever happens... im tired of being screwed around with... this needs to be resolved ASAPAlso they false advertise and rip you off in shipping and handling on their site..After I submitted my order I received an advertisement from them to receive up to 95% another item.. I selected a $2 phone cord and was told it would be $2 additional to ship.. figuring it would be sent out separately, yet received in same package....?Desired Settlement: why am I being charged extra S&H if it isnt costing them any more to ship? thats fraudulence in my eyes and needs to be addressed and refunded.A- A full refund immediately.. I'm not waiting till they get confirmation of the old sent for my money back.. they can make the effort to get their wrong item back on their own time..not mine.B- They have UPS, FEDEX, USPS which ever come to my house to pick up the wrong item at their cost, and my case immediately sent out.. im not waiting any longer

Review: I ordered & gave credit card info about 1.5 weeks ago -- site confirmed the order (#[redacted]) and would confirm shipping in 24 hrs. Since then, no shipping confirmation and ALL efforts to contact company have been fruitless. Automated phone, no service, only music for > 30 min., and on several occasions called, no answer; no response to email and chat (on their site) inquiries. Apparently this is a scam and I want to be sure that my credit card info is not stolen or abused.

Review: I am starting a local cell phone repair and accessory shop. I ordered an assortment of screen protectors, 5 for each locally popular cell phones. The average price was $2.50ea. my total order was around $280. I input my card info, and selected standard shipping. When I got my invoice in an email, I noticed my shipping was updated to first class, and totaled around $130 in shipping. I then called the company and spoke with a female who then informed me that shipping was $2.99 for the initial item, and $1.99 for each additional item, and was told that first class mail was the same as standard shipping. The following day, I logged onto their site, and selected the live chat option. A different female this time. I asked her if each screen protector was being shipped in separate packages, and was told they would all be shipped together. I asked her why I'm paying additional shipping if they are not shipped separate, and was then told that the extra charges are NOT for shipping, instead, its an additional cost tacked on because, "we offer such low prices". I was not fully understood about these charges at the time of purchase, and would have not continued with the transaction if I knew so. This is a shady company who does not make their customers fully aware of these bogus prices.Desired Settlement: I'm not asking to be compensated, I just want something done about these rude, unprofessional people who think that this sort of behavior is going to go unnoticed.

All of the items purchased were shipped together. Why is there separate shipping? I was told over a live chat with them that it WASN'T a shipping cost, but an "extra charge because of the low prices they offer". Their words, not mine. This company does NOT make their charges clear. Very deceptive. The %25 discount applied to my order was nothing more than a promotion they were running, so don't let them tell you they did that as their way of an apology.

Review: I purchased a cell phone cover from cellularoutfitter.com on 4/16/15 at 5:51 AM. Their claim was that they ship in 24 Hours and they have a 110% price match guarantee. On 4/19/15 I found the exact same product on Rakuten.com for about $10.00 cheaper then cellular outfitter's price was including shipping. At that point they have not shipped the product, so I E-mailed them to honor the price match guarantee or if they won't then cancel the order. They said that the product was being shipped but I can send it back. The product did not leave their business until 8:55 PM on 4/20/15 and did not leave the Post office in Compton, CA until 4/21/15. It was not 24 hours but five days after I purchased from them. When I asked the about the price match they said that the website was owned by a Japanese company. I pointed out to them that the seller of the cell phone cover was the manufacturer (EMPIRE) the same company whose product I purchased from them. The cover was sold by and shipped by the manufacturer based in Southern California. The would not honor the price match.

In closing: their 24 hour guaranteed shipping turned into five days and their price match guarantee is totally worthless. That is deceptive advertising.Desired Settlement: I want the company to apologize for not shipping the product when they promised and honor their price match policy.

Review: I placed an order from this company on October 24, 2014. I never received an email from them when I first did the order. On November 7, 2014, I emailed the company to get my order information. So I also asked them about my order that it was never received. Just after I email them about the order, on October 29, 2014 I got another email stating that the order was undeliverable. They said that the person had moved. When I did the order, I put in my billing address and my mother shipping address because it was going to her. Now my mom has lived in that same spot since all three of her children graduated and now she has her two grandchildren there, so she is still living there. I have contacted this company over and over about my refund. They are refusing to issue a refund to me. I called on December 2, 2014 to speak with someone and I also asked to speak with a manager, but he was at lunch and she said that she will have him contact me when he return which he did not. I am done and tired of going back and forth, these people are telling me that it takes a while for an order to be returned to them. Review: I ordered $42.90 of products from Cellularoutfitter.com. When I had entered my payment information and completed my order, I saw that I was charged $23.90 for shipping to Washington State! I immediately called their Customer Service number and spoke to [redacted], requesting they cancel my order. He asked me if he could decrease the shipping to $13.00 and would that be satisfactory? I accepted his offer - still in shock - and asked him if I had chosen a more expensive shipping option by mistake? He told me no, that they charge $5.99 to ship the first item and $1.99 for each additional item ordered. I told him that I did not see that anywhere on their website and he said that he understood. Cellularoutfitter.com advertises very low prices on their merchandise but then deceptively charges exorbitant shipping to make up for it. Review: I made a purchase at CellularOutfitter.com for a cell phone case. I am here to complaint their shipping charge. First, on the check-out page, they give me a list of shipping options, such as: USPS First Class (4-10 business days) USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) Express Mail (1-2 business days) - $22.99 However, only "Express Mail" is given the amount, while others not. Second, on this check-out page, they give you only the mount of "Item Total", not the full amount to be charged. They did tell me the full amount by email (Order Confirmation) though, but I really did not pay much attention to this kind of email. I talked to the customer service about this, and got only $2 partial refund of shipping. But I want to complain because this site tricks customers, with the impression of "SHIPPING IS FREE". I was told that the shipping charge is mentioned on other pages. However, I heavily doubt that any customer is going to read through all pages on a site for just purchasing one item. The site should list clearly all charges before the customer clicks "PLACE MY ORDER" button. I clipped the page I am referring to and can send to you as evidence if necessary.Desired Settlement: For me: 1. Give back the full refund For all future customers: 2. I mentioned in my complaint that I did get a partial refund of $2, but not full. I must stress that their check-out page does not show properly the shipping charge together with the to-be-purchased item(s). Instead, the shipping option appears at the top-left corner, and a customer has to click a button to get the exact charge. In fact, I did not see it at all. And without a click, all I was told is the price of the item, as shown in the previously attached screenshot of the check-out page. It makes no sense for a customer to browse other pages first in order to know the exact shipping charge. Why cannot put this shipping charge together with the item so a customer can see immediately the exact total charge? As I said previously, this is tricking (if not cheating) customers. I complain not only for myself, but also for other potential customers.

Here are a couple things:

First, as of now, May 9, I still have NOT received the merely $2 partial refund for the purchase made on April 9.

Second, the capacitive stylus pen (item# STY-PEN-UNIV-02) does not work at all. I believe it is resistive, not capacitive.

Third, regarding their shipping policy, I believe every consumer deserves to see the shipping charge clearly

with the item to be purchased. I have not seen a single e-business web

site having such misleading setup. (If they know one, give me an example

except www.CellularOutfitter.com, their own web site.)

Just in case any Revdex.com staff like to see the final check-out page of CellularOutfitter.com, attached is the screenshot I am resending.

I tried to purchase a cell phone case and after purchase they didnt ship it. I tried to call them to get info on the shipping but they would never pick up. So I called there other company wireless emporium and they finally answered. I asked about my order and they wouldnt ship my order out till I close the dispute on paypal. I told them ship it then I would close the dispute. They refused to ship even after that. So the dispute still stands. This place is crooked. be aware.

The product they recommended for my LG G2 did not fit. We were told by Carlos that shipping (both ways) would be credited whne the return was processed. The shipping was not credited, and neither Carlos nor Cellular Outfitters have returned 3 phone calls!

Review: I have used the unsubscribe link multiple times in the emailed advertisements to get Cellular Outfitter to stop sending me emails. However I have continued to receive them. I have waited for approximately 6 weeks in order to give them enough time to process my request. I have also emailed them directly using the company's online customer contact page to request the emails stop. They are continuing to send the unsolicited advertising. Review: Ordered 5 cases for 4 Motorola MotoX 2nd Gen phones on Jan 16th. They were shipped out on the 16th also according to Their tracking. As of today I have not received them. I called customer service on 22nd of Jan and asked for a refund.They told me if I did not return the cases I never got no refund.Also learned that two of the cases I ordered were for a different phone. Ordered 5 cases for the same Motorola Moto X 2nd not for Motorola Moto X 2013 version. Again I picked out the cases for 2nd gen phones and they changed the order.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund back on my credit card. Review: After placing order on the night of December 23rd for several cell phone cases totaling 7 cases made out of gel at a cost of $2.99 each. Bringing my total to $23.92 there was nowhere on the screen to check the shipping charges until you put in your credit card number. After I put in the number and hit submit I realized the shipping charges were $27.96. I immediately sent an email cancelling the order I emailed a total of 4 times. The following day I received an email telling me my order was shipped. How is it fair that I tried to cancel the order immediately after I hit send.
