the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I received an email on November 1, 2016 from Mobovida. In the email they said that I have been issued a refund and they re-shipped the order. I emailed them back as soon as I got the email to confirm my shipping address but, yet again have failed to reply. In the response they sent to the Revdex.com they stated they refunded me and that the item is no longer in stock and gave me an option to pick something else.  This company is ridiculous. I would never complain about anything like this but I don't want someone else to make the mistake I have made with trusting this company. Attached is a screenshot of the email I received from Mobovida. Please let me know if you would like to me forward the actual email.
