Review: This situation happened when I accidentally pressed order when I just browsing around with a pretty good deal cover for a cellphone.When I accidentally ordered this cellphone cover, I right away try to contact the live chat because in their website has live chat, but nobody ever picked up. Because I would like to cancel it before they ever send it to me because......I DO NOT WANT THE MERCHANDISE.I was thinking, "well.....it's saturday morning (1 a.m.)."On Monday I tried to contact them, nobody picked up in their toll free number.I contacted their live chat, nobody picked up.I tried to call their headquarter from their "contact us" information, still nobody picked up.I emailed from "contact us" email address, and somebody, "[redacted]" emailed me back after 3-5 days later.I emailed it back to her the situation that I would like to get the steps I need to do to return merchandise.I emailed and emailed, nobody ever returned my emails.I called again to all channels like I tried before.
