Per the customers request the order was canceled on 12/24/15. The customer was sent an email as a reply to his request to cancel the order on 12/24/15. Nothing was charged to the customer.

 I contacted the vendor on 09/22/15.  The vendor offered store credit for the price of the defective batteries.  They claimed that the batteries were not defective and due to missing the 90-day return deadline, did not offer a full cash refund. While I am disappointed in the resolution, this complaint may now be closed.  No further action is necessary.  I will not use this vendor in the future. Best regards,[redacted]

She was contacted by a Lead on 1/18/18 and customer requested the order be reshipped that order 203611897 was sent on 1/19/18 and delivered to the customer on 1/29/18. Attached invoice clearly shows the customer was...

I ordered something on January 5, 2018 and received notification that it was shipped on January 8, 2017. I sent email to support with my order number on it on January 19, 2018. Today, January 22, 2018. I have sat on hold for over 15 minutes telling me to hold for the next Representative. After 15 minutes I got voicemail and was not pleased. I did leave a message wanting my credit card refunded. I checked with my credit card company and indeed when I placed my order they charged my card. This is unacceptable business and needs to be addressed immediately . I will continue to pursue getting my refund by either comsumer affairs or an attorney. I would like my concerns addressed.
