Since joining State Farm in May 2017, I've encountered nothing but issues with their billing practices I enrolled in the recurring monthly payment option with my debit to avoid a deposit as affordability is an issue For some reason unknown, my recurring payment option was suspended in the month of June To date, no one has been able to explain why A cancellation notice was mailed However, I never received it as I was away from town I spoke with my agent multiple times in the month of June and not once did they mention an issue with billing or payment I had no idea my policy was cancelled until I returned and one of my vehicles was flooded in July and I needed to file a claim I processed a payment and they reinstate my policy State Farm gave me the run around with paying off the damaged vehicle Eventually, they confirmed the flood happened before cancellation and paid off my policySince then, I've had nothing but issues I spoke with Brad Bollier's offi
