On 9/13/I purchased auto insurance from my local State Farm agency, (Amina Shade Ins.).I was required to pay a $security deposit along with my first month premium also $130.18.I kept the coverage for one month(9/13/to 10/13/17).I cancelled the policy effective 9/13/17,because I was offered the same coverage with another insurance company at a lower rate.I was told by the agent there would be a small termination feeIt turns out the small termination fee was $out of my $deposit I feel that was more than a small termination fee.For the record my policy # [redacted] .My local agent said there was nothing they could due that it was a Corporate policy.I never signed any paperwork where this policy was stated with such a huge termination fee.Please review my complaint and get back with me Thanks, [redacted] ***

On march in Tulsa OK while my car was parking in the parking lot at work when a their customer reversed on my car and damaged substantially including an elongated slit of my windshieldThe person damaged the passenger side head light, the bumper and grill, dented the side and the bonnetHe left a note under my wiper blades which I did not even noticed until I was ready to depart to TexasI had to delay my departure to contact state farm insuranceThey told me that they would establish a claim and since the accident happened in Tulsa, I have to have a damaged estimate done in Tulsa and when I get to Baytown I could use any shop of my choice to have the damage fixedThey also told me that when I got to Baytown, I need to give them a call to go to their approved collision center for another estimate for the vehicleWhen I arrived in Texas, I spoke to Ashley who told me that the estimate in Tulsa was void and null and this is a clean slateThey will pay me for my extra two days
