my company workers compensation policy was cancelled back in September 25, I have an Acknowlegement of Cancellation Request letter in hand But today I get a letter from a collection agency contracted by state farm which is demanding payment of $ I already contacted my agent Keith Florczyk, and another agent Steven Rimm about this several times but nothing has been done about thisI see fancy TV commercials about state farm agents magically appearing whenever the customer needs help but in reality state farm has some automated billing system which just constantly attempts to increase prices and doesnt respond to customer problems like this one unless you go to the Revdex.com If this does not get resolved quickly, I will start contacting Keith Florczyk, and Steven Rimm frequently like a collection agent would, and let him know that he better start paying attention to this because I dont appreciate it when I have to deal with collection agents about is

I have recently cancelled my renters insurance policy with State Farm and a few weeks later received a refund check by mail in the amount of $ After I cashed/deposited the check into my personal account, I'd received another letter from State Farm stating that such check was not to be cashed "DUE TO A PRINTER ERROR" By the time I'd received this letter, it was already too late and as a result of this error, my bank charged me a "return check fee" of $ State Farm issued a replacement check for the same amount it was cashed soon after Now State Farm is refusing to issue a refund I was charged from my bank for their error My local State farm office has all copies of bank statements showing fees charged and returned check Please advise at your earliest convenience

I was involved in an accident on 10/31/with an individual who was a client of State Farm Insurance During this time, they agreed to pay ALL damages plus medical bills that occurred from the accident We reached a settlement in Jan but I found out in April they had hid ambulance bills from me which are now in collections I reached out to them and they claim they were included in the settlement but can provide zero proof they were The amounts they told me over the phone were incorrect from what I finally received from the ambulance company in May of The ambulance company sent the bills directly to them instead of me and I had no way of knowing the bills were not paid The denied payment times Since the settlement was agreed upon, my options are limited and they are unwilling to return my calls or emails

Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company spoke with over people from State Farm about returning money back 5-business days they said it would be returned to my Boyfriends card but never got returned they refused paying his bank back after filling a dispute so now he owes the bank but then on my cancellation statement said I owed them from that month and this month which is $so how am I that behind when they took his money & refused to pay the bank back?? So happy when I received that cancellation notice bye bye State FarmWatch your bank accounts and if someone is helping you pay for a month don't do it because they will use that card even when told by the card holder one time use only & they will take it out their your account!!!!

They have their motto to make life easier for when disaster hits but it looks like that is not true at allI work for the army and there are lots of soldiers getting dropped from State Farm because of the hail storms I guess State Farm doesn’t care to help the troops so we will make sure people know not to go through them for any types of insurance
