? We purchased a piece dining room (new), additional side chairs (new), arm chairs (new), a side board (floor model), and a storage cabinet (floor model) on November 10th This furniture was delivered on November 18th During delivery we immediately noted that the table was received with different colors of paint drips (red and white) and minor surface scratches This did not look like a 'new in the box? table We also noted that the doors to the storage cabinet did not look correct and a hinge looked bent We again spoke to the store and agreed to take a discount on the piece table and have a service technician repair the hutch Our service call was set for 12/22/ The service technician arrived and identified that the hinge was not bent but that it appeared that the cabinet had been dropped and the frame was busted He indicated the cabinet was not repairableOn 12/26/I visited the store and met with [redacted] (store manager) to discuss the technic

Was guaranteed that any kind of damage to the couch I purchased would be covered under the warranty we purchasedWas not the case My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa from this storeWe purchased it because we were told it was a sturdy fabric and that if something did happen to it (spills, snags, tears, etc.), it would be covered by the extended warranty we paid $extra forThis was not the caseNot only were we told that we couldn't get it fixed under our warranty, but we were also told that they could not replace the couchThe sales people at this store are incredibly misleading, and the store manager was completely unresponsiveEvery time I would call in to explain the situation or attempt to check in on what he claimed would be a resolution to my problem, I just wouldn't hear from him and would be told "he's unavailable"I understand that I only have so much time to return/replace a purchased piece of furniture, however I am completely displeased with the misleading

I would have purchased one at garage saleAshley wanted to replace itAfter seeing how poor their custome

We paid $for a year warranty, the padding went flat and when we called for service were told the warranty didn't apply We purchased on 8/20/and paid $1,for a leather recliner sofaWe purchased the year guardian protection for $Our understanding was the warranty purchased was inclusive of the sofa for yearsThe padding reached a point on the recliners that the boards can be felt in the back and the seat cushions sunken and the vinyl attaching the leather to the arms is crackedWe called Morris Furniture and were told we had to contact the warranty companyThe warranty company told us the only thing covered by the warranty was wear or tear on the leather, nothing elseMorris said the manufacturer wouldn't do anything so if we wanted it repaired we would have to pay for itWe specifically asked when we purchased the sofa if the warranty covered everything and were told yesWe do not have a copy of the warranty

Purchased a defective couchHave been waiting on repair since december I am very disappointed in Morris and will never be making another purchase from youWe purchased a couch from you in February The couch started breaking down on both endsWe had a service tech out in December He said that the frame had been bent from being dropped during shipment/delivery and would have to have new parts for repairHe told us he would order the parts and they would be here in a couple of weeks and then they would come back out and complete the repairIn January I had not heard anything and called the service departmentThey said the parts were coming from China and could take weeksIn February I called again and was told they were still on order and could take several more weeks due to the company they were coming from was shut down for a month in celebration of the Chinese New YearAt that point I asked if we could just have a replacement instead of repair since they had no i

Horrible service, been lied to, still do not have the product I have paid for I purchased a bedroom set, when it was delivered a month ago, they had the wrong slats to put the bed together, the delivery men said we would be in contacted 24-hours to let us know when the correct ones will come, week later, no call, we called the store and was promised delivery fee to be refunded and they were going to check and call us back that day, no call, called back the next day, was told they had no record of the slates even needing ordered or the refund for the delivery chargeWas promised a call back, no call! We have had to call repeadtly, finally they promised delivery today from 10-1, at 110, no call no show, called and was told they forgot to put it on the truckAfter arguing the manager offers 10% of the slatsI said absolutely notI asked for his manager and he said he would have someone call me in 24-hoursStill no resolution, paid for product I don't have and can't use the bed

I have been trying to have my NEW couch repaired for over months...and there is still no end in sight I purchased an expensive sectional couch approxmonths ago Shortly after delivery, I noticed one piece of the sectional was not level (the frame is bent) and stitching was coming off another piece of the sectionalAfter waiting a few weeks for a repairman to be scheduled, the first repairman came to my house on 3/4/ He was able to fix the stitching but stated the frame was bent and would need to be ordered He said to "give it weeks" for the new frame to be delivered and then call back to schedule the repair At weeks (4/4/17), I had not received the new frame and was told it would take approximately more weeks I called back on 4/14/and was told the part was coming from overseas and would not be here until the end of June After talking with a couple managers about this being too long to wait for a repair, I was told on 4/20/they were able to find a rep

I purchased a product from this company (king size bed)on February 18, They charged my credit card on this day, and promised delivery of the product on April 21, They are now changing the delivery date until May 7th and will not guarantee delivery on that date because they have officially been out of stock on the item since January They have continued to sell the product and collect consumers money knowing they do not have the productThe management at the store is very matter of fact in that she can't deliver what she doesn't have and could care less that customers have designed and purchased other products around items she is selling and can,t deliverIt's very deceptive and unethicalThey are offering a refund but since they have had my money for months, I feel I am due more than that Plus I now how to find a new bed after two months of waiting These businesses should have to take ownership but they just send you from one corporate department to another

They did not even make sure the couches were working before they left my houseI called to let them know and they told me it would be another week or two before they would come back outOnce they scheduled me, they changed my appointment time THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY causing me to have to leave and go to work as they were not there in the morning as promisedFast forward a week later and someone FINALLY came to look at my couchHe said THE WHOLE ENTIRE BOTTOM NEEDED REPLACED AND IT WOULD TAKE 2-WEEKS TO GET THE PARTS TO FIX IT! I told them that was completely unacceptable and they needed to replace this ASAP.The manager at Sun Center was semi helpful and said he could replace it for me and take HALF OFF THE COUCH but it wouldn't be until

Misleading advertisementsI feel like I was hustledEven when I asked about the 6million voters in the contract I was just told that it was 69% We purchased our furniture on November 6, during the vote for free furniture promotionAdvertising for the promotion stated that if voter turnout for Ohio voters reached 69% in the general election then everyone who participated in the promotion would receive their furniture for freeBefore I completed the paper work and signed the contract I noticed it said million people have to voteWhen I mentioned it to our sales rep [redacted] he said that equalled 69% of votersI took his word for it and signedThe problem arose on November 9th when 69.3% voter turnout was reported on the secretary of state website and the same day Morris furniture claimed no one would get free furniture since million people didn't voteIn all advertisement for this promotion it said 69% voter turnoutWe met that and exceeded itWe purchased ki
