Went almost months between first delivery and assembly of a bed Poor communication, non callbacks, and lack of job knowledge by customer service I had purchased a kids bedroom set from Morris to be delivered on Sunday November 5th, After cancelling our morning plans and getting off work Sunday afternoon Morris called around 9:AM cancelling our delivery due to all the items not being in the same placeI rescheduled for the first weekend in December due to not having the availability to fit in their schedule No problem My husband got a call a few days before confirming delivery and they assured him everything was ready for delivery and would be on the truck On Friday December 1st, two very nice delivery guys came to my house As they were finishing up getting everything off the truck before assembly I noticed the only thing they had brought upstairs was the bunk bedAfter questioning where the rest of the set was, they informed me this was the only piece they we

The furniture I purchased had problems from the beginning and I kept calling customer service with issues Fabric stretching on seat and back and not holding it's shape, tears in fabric, ottoman's top cushion not staying on top, kept sliding over the side, back cushions didn't have enough polyfil so they didn't retain their shapeThey always had different responses about the problems I was having, my pieces were from overseas and it would take months to repair, my pieces weren't properly coded so that I could get a replacement, that's wearMy calls were never returned, and when I called it was always "I do apologize" every single timeI was the one calling relentlessly for an entire year only to have a technician come out times to try to fix the problem and him actually tell me that it wasn't going to help, it was how it was madeFinally, after a year, they agreed to take it back minus 15% restocking and delivery feesI agreed, to get it done and over with, only it wasn'tThey picked up the furniture on September On September 28, I called for an updateAshley C [redacted] (Customer Care Manager) said I was given a refund on September 11, it could take billing cycles to postWhat?! I called my credit card, they said no, it only takes 48-hoursI waited and waited and contacted Ashley C [redacted] again, she stopped respondingI had a very difficult time getting her to call me back when it was escalated to her many months priorI finally had to dispute the charge on my credit cardIn December, Rachel N [redacted] (Accounting Department) said yes, I was due a refundBut she wouldn't credit my account til this dispute was resolvedSeriously? It took months for them to credit my account with constant vigilance on my partI will NEVER EVER make a purchase from Ashley Homestore again

My bed frame has been broke since Sept 18thThe bed was delivered to me July 18thI have been giving the run around for months We bought entire bedroom sets and custom living room furniture from them in JulyPaid cash for everything no financingIn September my bed broke, I was told it will take 2-weeks to fixweeks passed, bed was not fixedI contacted them, they never even ordered the partSo then they ordered the part and said it will be 9-days for the part to be shipped to meI contact them again after days and they tell me your part was shipped you should be receiving it in a few daysA week passed and I call them again to check on the eta of the partI was told UPS damaged the part and they sent me out a new one "this morning"I received the part and the company they sent out to repair it gets here and opens the part and it's a piece for a total different bed in my houseI contact them again regarding the part and then send out the correct part and it ar

Morris Furniture sold me a living room set in 11/2017, the product fell apart months later, no resolution to date I purchased an electronic reclining Sofa and Rocking Recliner in 11/2017, both pieces of furniture are breaking down and falling apart within months of purchasing, Morris refused to replace the furniture, advised a technician would have to come and review the pieces, it was determined that Morris would have to rebuild the furniture, I refused and wanted either new furniture or my money back, Morris refused once again stating they only could rebuild the furniture I've been waiting since 2/for the parts to come in, since that time, the furniture has stopped rocking and reclining all the while still breaking down Last week I received a call that the parts were in and a scheduled technician was supposed to come to my home today and rebuild the furniture, the technician showed up and said he was only here to replace a decorative piece that Morris was supposed to

I purchased Lazy Boy furniture and have had multiple problems Some have been addressed However the recliner continues to have the same issue Please ask the company to read the history I have had several service appointments whereby I have to take off work They had removed the chair for a week and supposedly replaced a defective part Upon returning the chair, it not only continues to have the same problem, it is worse In addition, there are no call backs when leaving messages on their customer service I finally talked with a Clarence who said a SAW rep would contact me to again do an in-home service review I never got the call I left more messages at Morris, with no return call and finally reached someone today (I think her name was [redacted] or [redacted] ) She told me to call SAW and I refused I asked to talk to manager but she was going into a meeting I then instructed the rep to have SAW call me which they did and stated there was an appointment set for March 3rd o

All work agreed to under Agreement has been completed Customer upset about a change order that was necessary Such change order possibility was noted in the Agreement, "Note-drainage improvements recommended; limited access at time of inspection, any proposed work found to be unnecessary will be credited to customer at final invoice; any additional work will be for an additional cost; leveling may be limited due to floor memory and additions" This about covers everything she is upset about This matter has been move to civil action on our part for collection

Customer service regarding purchase and delivery of furniture that did not happenDifficulty resolving complaint at store level I purchased a bed frame (headboard, footboard and rails) and two night stands They were to be delivered before the holidays, only one nightstand was delivered and the bed never did comeWhen we went into the store to resolve the issue, the floor manager was unwilling to meet my priceWe were $off my original purchase and he let me walk for $It was not the money but the way he handled the complaint and my desire to gain a satisfactory result from all the issuesI waited three times for delivery only to have them not show up with my merchandiseI had originally spent over $in my original purchase and this was to be the second purchase It was not the money it was the attitude that he wasn't going to resolve the issue and his treatment was very unsatisfactoryI will never shop there again, but I just wanted this to be on their record
