Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On January 18th, 2016, Centex Foundation repairs started work on repairing the foundation of my house, according to the contract.Unfortunately, I received an email from a staff member notifying me of a pipe that was broken during the repair She also notified me that Centex will not fix plumbing issues that occur during the repairs I was without hot water for about two weeks Which was turned off because of the leak from the pipe I contracted ARS recue rooters to fix and reroute my pipe I faxed the receipts of the assessment and rerouting that was done by ARS to Centex I received confirmation that all receipts were received by CentexOn March 18th, two months after the repair of the foundation, I received an answering machine message notifying of a drain pipe break I was totally unaware of this new drain line break I have called ARS to assess the drain line and faxed the result to Centex.To resolve this problem, I will like for Centex to conduct their own assessment of the drain line and pay for the drain line leak when found.I look forward to the resolution of this problem and will wait until a positive response from the Revdex.com.Please contact me by email only Regards, [redacted]

I purchased a bed from Morris and it was delivered without all pieces. Three weeks later, still don't have necessary pieces. Bed installed improperly. After purchasing the bed, during installation, the Installers determined not all pieces were included in their kit. Three weeks later and after numerous phone calls to Customer Service and the original Sales person who sold me the bed, I still don't have all of the pieces to the bed and no one at Morris seems to care whether I get them or not. Especially since I had to pay prior to delivery and not after installation. I wonder why that is?

Morris customer service has lied to me, ignored me, and stalled providing service They have ordered the wrong part to fix my issue times I filed a warranty claim for a furniture item purchased from Morris in January This claim was approved in March by Morris' warranty company, Guardian Once the claim is approved Morris orders the appropriate part and Guardian sends a service tech for install Guardian sent a tech to my home and identified the issue It involved a simple cord that connects from the power source to the motor that reclines the furniture Morris customer service [redacted] initially told me Guardian needed to order the part This is false On April 11, Mays told me that the issue was being taken care of He failed to return emails requesting a status update until May On May he told me he would advise Guardian Morris orders the parts The initial part ordered was wrong For three weeks Morris customer service [redacted] ignored me

Found a product to purchase only and quoted a price but then told it would be a different price I found a sofa and ottoman ( [redacted] ) on the website and had seen it in the store earlier in the week I contacted Morris to order the items and was told they were available but would take approximately two weeks to ship Agreed on the price including a warranty and delivery charge The total that I was quoted was $1,At that time I was given a phone number to call and make payment and schedule the delivery When I did, I was told that they had the floor model available, which I did not want and had discussed with the previous employee that I did not want At that time, I was told that it would be a custom order and would cost about $more It does not state this on the website and is advertising I feel scammed They are advertising item that are not for sale and at correct pricing

I purchased a sectional sofa form Morris home furnishingsIt was delivered on 12/10/When it arrived it did not have the feet for itI agreed to accept the couch and the delivery rive contact his supervisor who told him they would order the feet and send a technician to install them by 12/13/No one contacted me by the 12/so I called themI was told by the representative on the phone she didn't see any order for the feet.She told me she placed an order for them and I would be contacted and a technician would come and install themI waited ,again, and never was contactedI called again on 12/22/and the representative told me she didn't see an order for the feetShe then told me she would talk to someone in the parts department and would call me back to let me know when the would have the feetNo one calledI tried to call again on 12/23/and no one answered left a message

Queen bed with mattress purchased and broke 3mo later.I cannot get it repaired by anyone.I get no call backs from Mgrs The queen size sleigh bed and mattress was purchased on 02/22/for $ Approx 3-mo later I called them as we were in bed something broke underneath.I called Morris and they said they would send someone out from Saw Inc to fix it.They came out and said oh we need parts.Also showed me screws and other parts laying on floor under bed along with a wrench.The parts were ordered from China.I cannot remember how many times I called Morris and Saw about the broken bed.I was told oh parts coming from China.Finally almost yr later and prob calls parts were in.Man came out to fix it from Saw he said the pieces that fell off the bed did not belong to the bed they were on.I was flabbergasted.No wonder the mattress was sagging so bad.He left .So now what do I do????????I called to talk to [redacted] and left him THREE messages and noreturn call.This is custome

As part of their advertising/philosophy, Morris Furniture states "We are totally committed to your satisfaction and making sure that you always get more at Morris." This past Holiday Season, my daughter surprised me by getting me a new recliner from MorrisWith back problems and circulatory problems, this was a very much appreciated and thoughtful giftHowever, after about months, one of the arms started to feel lose and became increasingly looser and wobblyI called Morris and explained the situationIn less than a week, they sent out a "furniture tech" to check the chair (either repair or replace since it was still under Warranty.) I had to pay a fee because I didn't have the chair delivered by Morris when I bought it but picked it up and brought it home in my carThis is a usual practice and understandable I received an e-mail telling me what time my repairman would be at my home as well as a picture of himI just had to click on "Confirm Appointment" and that was itThe repairman arrivedVery professional and obviously a craftsmanHe carefully removed the fabric from the arm of the chair and discovered that the loose arm was caused by a manufacturing flawHe was here for an hour, carefully and painstakingly working on the chair and re-securing the arm to the frameIt was repaired and just like new again and the charge to come out was cheerfully refunded and I have my like-new recliner again Long story short? Morris Furniture really does believe in Customer Satisfaction and proved that to me with my recent experienceAnd the people I interacted with were all very friendly and professionalAll in all, it turned out to be an easy, pleasant experience which furthered my belief in Morris Furniture and their philosophy of Customer Satisfaction...and another reason why Morris always has been and will continue to be my choice in home furnishing storesThanks to all at MorrisYou are awesome John

THE REP STATES THAT MY PART WAS NOT ORDERED AGAINAFTER MORE PHONE CALLS I FINELY GOT A VOICE MAIL FROM A MANAGER STATING THAT SHE GETS IT, AND THAT IF IT WAS HER SHE WOULD BE UPSET ALSOSHE ASKED THAT I GIVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE AND MY PART SHOULD BE IN IN DAYS AND SHE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE KEEP ME INFORMEDI DID RECEIVE PHONE CALLS AFTER THAT STATING THAT THE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH

The couch I ordered was delivered damagedThey stated they would fix all of the issues It has been over months and no repairs have been made I ordered a sectional and ottoman from Morris Furniture on Morse Road in Columbus on July 7, Order # XXXXXXX [redacted] Purchased July 7, Delivered October 8, Sales Rep: [redacted] Payment amount $6,(MC payments 7/7,7/10,10/and 10/6/17) They told me to expect 8-weeks for deliveryI called on 9/26/because it was over weeks -and they told me it wasn't in yetThe couch was delivered weeks after I ordered itWhen they delivered it they took the legs off to get it in the house and were unable to put the legs back onand they ripped the dust cover In addition, there was a couple spots on the ottoman and legs were dented and broken The delivery men did not know what to do about the legsThey had NO idea what to doSo, I called the store and they ensured me that they would resolve all of the issues

I ordered a recliner from Morris on Wilmington Pike which I paid $for The correct chair did not come and I tried contacting customer service, but they keep saying they can't do anything because it was a special order The chair is now broke after having it not even months I have waited weeks for a technician to come out He can't fix it and said it would probably be another month for him to get parts I have tried calling customer service to see about getting another chair or a refund and they keep saying there is nothing they can do My family has always shopped at Morris, but we will not be going there any longer I would not recommend it to anyone

They do not want to cover my sectional under the year fabric warranty they only want to fix other issues not replace the sectional I purchased my Jayceon sectional from Ashley Furniture online on Feb22, I received it per delivery on Mar8, sales # [redacted] I started noticing a problem with the overall fabric within days I called in they said to buy a fabric shaved and shave it and it should resolve itself so I did I shaved it but it still wasn't right I couldn't remove some of the strings and the fabric looked really worn...started to notice it kept getting worse and they're were lots of strings about an inch long in lots of places upon further inspection I found that the back of the chaise cushion was coming apart and stuffing was showing then on the side of the chaise the metal tack strip was coming away from the frame I also had issue with the way the back cushions are all deformed so I called back in on Dec 27, and they made a appointment with a 3rd pa

By far the worst shopping experienceThis company managed to lose the same piece of furniture two timesTwice the delivery was scheduled and confirmed my text message and E-Mail confirmationOnly to receive a call stating, the furniture was lost Needless to say, I won't be back
