Clayton R. was very respectful, courteous and kind. He came to clear up our washing machine hoses that were clogged which was causing water to backup and come through the vents. He stayed until the job was finished and still stayed around a little longer to make sure we wouldn't have any future problems. It was a pleasure having him here.

I had a issue with my air conditioner, it happened on Thursday night 07/02 I called Morris Jenkins and they were prompt and arrived on time Sean the technician was very nice and seemed to fix the issue which seemed kinda expensive, he left and the air conditioner worked that afternoon however the fan stopped and so did the motor so I had to call back and had another tech come out his name was Chris he was prompt and polite and knew his stuff I wasn't happy I had to call a 2nd time I paid $683.00 in the morning and then he called his supervisor when he came out because the job he was attempting to do costed $796? There was no way I was gonna pay that so he worked out a few for the fan and motor for $170.00 to be honest that should have been done for 0 due to all the drama and not fixed properly the first time... they are very professional but very expensive

The service representative was polite and helpful. He cleaned both drains quickly, and gave us a few suggestions to keep form having this problem again.

Jim was dispatched within hours after we called. He quickly located and repaired a pipe leak. The next day, Javier and Will installed a new water heater. They arrived on-time, explained the work they were going to do and cleaned up afterwards. Shawn provided all other information and documentation as requested. All were professional and did good work. I would recommend Morris-Jenkins

Jonathan was here promptly at 8:00 am today to determine why the air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. So professional, he donned the shoe covers and got to work! He discovered the starter was the problem and after he explained how it works and what may happen I agreed the repair. Jonathan is a nice representative of Morris-Jenkins. Oh the air conditioner is dispensing cold air!

MJ Customer Service

We were charged an additional $200 for running and extra line to the tankless hot water heater they installed which ended up to be unnecessary.
Also, we haven't received any information about the warranty for the unit they installed.

Thank you for forwarding the customer's feedback to us, we appreciate the opportunity to address our customer's concerns.

Our Plumbing Director reached out to the customer the day we received the complaint and has been in communication with him over the last week. The original Plumbing Service technician that went to their home electronically sent them a copy of their work order, however, the proposal and warranty information didn't attach to it. Our director has sent the customer that information.

There was initially a misunderstanding about how the line needed to be run to the tankless water heater, but our Plumbing Director explained to the customer why they were installed that way. The customer said that he has been a bit under the weather, but when he is feeling better, he will inspect the water lines himself in the crawl space.

For now, we believe the customer is satisfied, but we will wait to hear back once he inspects the lines.

Richard was AWESOME! I felt valued, like my satisfaction mattered to him and that he wanted to establish an ongoing relationship when I have plumbing and HVAC needs. He truly went above and beyond to diagnose and correct my plumbing problem. Thank you!

Called on a Sunday not expecting service until later in the week and someone picked up right away and the scheduling process was easy and friendly. Someone cane out within 2.5 hours of my initial call at no extra cost. Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He performed the service with professionalism and was respectful to not only me as the customer but to my house and belongings since having to go in the attic (not damaging anything). I recommend to anyone considering work to be completed.

I had my Priority Advantage AC maintenance visit performed by Daniel R. Daniel was on time, courteous, and respectful of my home! Total experience was a breeze from scheduling to completion of the visit. I paid Morris Jenkins almost $300 for no value add to the situation. Using them was a waste of time and money.

I called Morris Jenkins on 6/16/2020 because I noticed a patch of mold in my garage and believed there was a plumbing issue. It's a complicated situation because I'm in a condo, my neighbor lives above my garage and then I live above them. I figured a large company like Morris Jenkins would be well equipped to identify where the leak was, maybe their experience, technology, or equipment to make diagnostic easier. The next day they came out and I paid their $95 fee to come out just to have the tech tell me he can't do anything, he then went up to look at the neighbor's bathroom right above the leak and said he couldn't identify where the leak was (this is important).

Because of COVID I did not enter my neighbor's property. So I had no idea what he saw in the neighbor's bathroom.

I had a company remove the mold and drywall in my garage the next day, and the Morris Jenkins tech came back that afternoon. He looked up and said, yep there's a leak. We then had the neighbor run water to see if it was their pipe, and then I ran water to see if it was my pipe, it turned out to be my drain stack. He then said he wanted to remove my toilet to try and diagnose the issue. He removed the toilet, looked down with a flashlight, put the toilet back and then charged me about $200. I was not told he was going to charge me to remove the toilet, I thought it was part of the diagnostic. I've removed a toilet, it's not difficult and it sure shouldn't cost that much. He then told me it would be about $500 more dollars to do the work to identify the leak and then an additional cost to repair.

It's at this point I went onto Nextdoor and found a local plumber. He came in, took a look at the neighbors and my bathroom and told me that the tech never should have removed my toilet, he could tell the leak was in my neighbor's wall and there was clearly water damage in the and his guess was that someone drove a nail or screw right into my pipe when trying to hang something on the wall. He said he would recommend cutting a hole in my neighbor's ceiling and he would be able to look in the wall and generally locate where the leak is coming from, and he said he would have looked up to see if the leak was coming from above before ever removing my toilet. He also showed me pictures and I could clearly see the water damage was on the wall, below the height of where someone would hang something so his diagnosis made sense. He charged me $85 for coming out and locating the leak far less than the $500 more dollars that Morris Jenkins would have wanted to do the same work.

I paid $300 and they had not yet even identified the leak, and wanted $500 more before even getting to the repair, which would have been $300+ according to the Morris Jenkins tech.

I paid the other guy a bit over $300 to identify and repair the leak.

I spoke with the supervisor and he was very nice. Even the plumber who came out was a nice guy. They resolved the issue by refunding the toilet removal. Much of this experience was my naivety and being optimistic that Morris Jenkins was more equipped to solve these issue. I would probably use them again if I had an issue where I needed someone ASAP. As a larger company their availability is an advantage.

I love the service I get from Morris-Jenkins. Last night and today..I had a plumbing issue and Terry , Cody and Will Lewis came our to service it. They was knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing . I really do appreciate how they explain everything to me. I learned something today that I had to clue about when it comes to pipes & toilet. It was nice to have someone explain to you what they are doing and why .These guys gave the best customer service and they also cleaned up after themselves....

Matt the technician was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions. He showed me pictures and explained in detail what was going on with my HVAC system. Morris *** has the best employees. Everyone that has come to my house has been so kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an HVAC issue. Lisa P was dispatched . She was incredibly thorough! Diagnosed our issue , gave us recommendations and options for repair. She also inspected our entire system and let us know about items from the initial install by the builder.
We couldn't be happier ..

Branden H. was very knowledgeable. He was careful to complete the plumbing issue with minimal damage to the downstairs ceiling Sheetrock. I felt he cared about me as a customer when the contractor who created the plumbing issue showed up and tried to blame it on something else. I truly appreciated his expertise and customer service! Would highly recommend!!
