I ordered products from this businessI ordered udder covers, car canopy, nursing pillow deluxe, and baby sling at the 1am hour, as I was scheduled for a hour retinal surgery the morning after I placed my orderRight after I placed my orders, my daughter texted me and told me that my daughter in law had these itemsI immeadiately emailed the company and requested that they please cancel my ordersI left my # if there should be any problems and asked that they call after 4pm as I was having eye surgeryI heard nothing backI now have my eye fixed and am down in GA from NJ and my daughter in law mentioned that she received so many promotional itemsSome of what she mentioned was things that I orderedI checked my email and saw that they had shippedI called today and spoke with a Kimmy, and explained what happened and was told that they did not have a cancelation policy, but was also told that they try to cancel orders before they shipI placed and canceled all my orders between the 1am-4am hours well before the comany opened as per KimmyThey sent these orders out anywaySo now I am out separate shipping and handling feesI find this to be very poor customer serviceMy daughter in law had no clue that I was the one that sent her these items, as I never intended them to ship She also mentioned how they were packaged like promotional items, and gave them away on a free FB page

We have looked into these transactions and found that one of the charges from Ruffle Buns and two charges from Carseat Canopy were declinedIf the charges did go through on your card, you will need to contact your bank in regards to those charges

Sizes are inconsistent, and customer service is the worst! They refuse to exchange unopened items as they state they can't because they are baby items, I've never heard this from Buy Buy Baby, Babies R Us or frankly any other company The representative then went on to say the items were free as she claims the $is for shipping in handlingWhen I challenged that as clearly it did not cost $to ship a few pairs of baby leggings in an envelope, she continued that it helps to cover overhead as well but not the product cost Ironically they'll exchange ruffle buns if you pay for it which is a baby item but not baby leggings, to this the representative responded all sales are final and you can try reaching someone else but you won't reach anyone Moms stay clear of this company!!!!

I had placed an order with carseatcanopy and rufflebunds on 4-3-and when I went to pay for the order of car seat canopy it said my card was declined I try that twice and both times it was declined so I tried with my checking account debit card and it went through I did the same thing with rufflebuns I tried my card once it was declined so I tried my debit card it went through but when I went to check my bank accounts my card that was supposed to have been declined twice was actually charged twice for the carseatcanopy and and it was charged for the decline for rufflebuns too so not only was my debit card charged but so was my bank card I was charged times for the one order of carseatcanopy and I was charged twice for the same order at rufflbuns and I need to be reimbursed the extra charges

I ordered baby leggings from this company in June 20th, I paid extra in shipping costs so that they would arrive by June 28th, because I needed the leggings by then due to pairs were a baby shower gift and the shower was on July 1st and another pair were for my son to wear on July 4th for Independence DayNow, they are saying that the leggings will not arrive until July 5th even after me paying the extra shipping to ensure they would be here on timeI called the company on June 28th and they said it was an issue with the postal service USPS and not through them so I would need to call the postal serviceI did so and the postal service informed me that the package had just left baby leggings shipping facility and had not even arrived to them yet so there was no way what the customer service agent I spoke with was true

I received a gift card from my obstetrician to purchase maternity and newborn material for my unborn child in advanceApparently, the company provides these gift cards for promotional useI went online to utilize this gift cardThere is and was no fineprint on the website nor gift card that stated the gift card, which came from this company, did not cover the shipping and handling chargesAfter making the purchase with the gift card and returning home to check my statement, I noticed I was charged an exaggerated amount for shippingUpon calling the company I was unable to speak with a representative and I also could not leave a voicemail as the automated system disconnected several timesWhen I tried to send an email, the email kept coming back as a rejection and I received an error that the email recipient did not existLuckily I did process my payment through PayPal so they are working to rectify the situation but I don’t feel there is much hope if they have the same contact informationI do feel that the gift cards are misleading because the gift cards do not cover shipping and handling and nothing on the website or card mentions thisI feel it’s misleadingI am also disappointed that there are no means of contact to access the company in the event of an issue

This business uses advertisement to market their productsSince the products are free and the shipping costs are obsorbed, the customers are left with unsatisfied and non usable products, and are out the amount paid for shipping which is a ridiculous amount This company needs to stop preying on new and expecting mothers and just go away! I believe the stars reviews are made up and the company is responsible for it along with the advertisementsShame on this company.

I purchased a nursing cover called ConnorThe product sent to me was defective looking as if the print was messed upThis was misleading and not as advertisedI contacted customer service several times for a replacement but was told the product print was supposed to look "distressed." Description did not say product would look faded or distressedThey would not send me another since product is "supposed" to look that wayI asked them to ship out a different print but was refusedCustomer service then proceeded to make my complaint insignificant/irrelevant by saying I got a good deal on their product with a promotion and only had to pay for shipping
