UNSECURE SITE! I made two separate purchases with two separate cards on two separate occasionsMy card information was STOLEN BOTH TIMES! This is NOT a secure site despite their privacy policy guarantee

I ordered a car seat canopy online for my sonAnd was told it would be there between the 5th- or 9th of March since I ordered it on the of FebruaryI still didn’t receive it and was told that I should get it by the 9th if not I should contact themI asked for a refund since NOW it’s saying I won’t get it till the 14th of MarchThey liedAnd I want my money backOn the 14th of March would be days less of a month since I orderedThat’s advertising and not delivering what is advertised on their site at www.carseatcanopy.com

I received an order that was incorrect from the companyAfter calling their office multiple times over a time period of a week and a half, I never reached anyoneThe message I received when calling was that it was outside of their business hours, which was incorrect as I made sure to call during the correct timeI left multiple voicemails with no returnI sent an email to the company, with no responseI sent a message through their website, with no responseI even posted on their Facebook page, with no responseFinally I found the "live chat" feature on their website and immediately received a responseThe rep helping offered to correct my order immediately through the chat, although during the conversation I requested more than once I wanted someone to call meThe rep, Jaymi, was kind enough to ship the correct item to me immediately, but I requested she leave a message for a supervisor to contact me immediatelyThis is the worst customer service I have ever experiencedI like the one item that I received correctly; I hope I receive the second item as I ordered it and that I like it just as muchI should receive the corrected item within 1-weeksDue to the poor customer service I experienced, I will never refer anyone to this company

I ordered a product from this company for our baby on the way, however I was gifted the same product at my baby shower, therefore would like to return itI never opened it from its original packaging, but have been told that I can not return as they can not guarantee that it has not been tampered with since it left their facility! I attempted to return this the same day I received it to assure or show it had never been opened, irregardless the company refused to take it back and states all sales are final! I think this is unreasonable!!! I can understand if it was removed from its original packaging, but it has NOT!

I ordered baby leggings from their baby leggings website in September I got an email that two of the patterns were out of stock and that I could either pick two different patterns or wait until they became availableI decided to waitIn a confirmation email it said that my order was shipped out on Nov18, I was hoping to at least receive these before Christmas so I could give then to my children as presentsI Called the phone number the week after Christmas to see what was going on with my order, left a message, no call back yetI Facebook messaged them a couple days ago, it says they 'seen' the message and I have no reply to that as wellI have reached out multiple times to this company regarding my order with absolutely no responses

I received a gift card from my obstetrician to purchase maternity and newborn material for my unborn child in advanceApparently, the company provides these gift cards for promotional useI went online to utilize this gift cardThere is and was no fineprint on the website nor gift card that stated the gift card, which came from this company, did not cover the shipping and handling chargesAfter making the purchase with the gift card and returning home to check my statement, I noticed I was charged an exaggerated amount for shippingUpon calling the company I was unable to speak with a representative and I also could not leave a voicemail as the automated system disconnected several timesWhen I tried to send an email, the email kept coming back as a rejection and I received an error that the email recipient did not existLuckily I did process my payment through PayPal so they are working to rectify the situation but I don’t feel there is much hope if they have the same contact informationI do feel that the gift cards are misleading because the gift cards do not cover shipping and handling and nothing on the website or card mentions thisI feel it’s misleadingI am also disappointed that there are no means of contact to access the company in the event of an issue

There might be too many issues to list hereWhile you do receive "Gift Cards" from the OB (as well as many other "coupons" that say you are saving a lot of money, you still end up paying to dollars in shipping (doesn't come close to what the cost is to ship the items or most likely even what the items are worth
Overlooking that issue because the business does need to make money and maybe there is a reason for it that I am not seeingI signed up as a "rep" (can't remember their term)At this point I have been able to see the Dashboard one timeCan not sign in, haven't gotten a response to many emails I've sent asking about how to fix the issueAND...while I could access the "Live Chat" agents before, now I get "no agents available" messagesI have tried to make contact at various times during the day and night, as well as on various daysNOTHING
I can't say for sure that this company is a scam or doing anything technically illegal but it really isn't a good company eitherNo customer service and not great deals despite the appearance of the coupons and gift codes

I received an email from CustomPacifiers.com, owned by Mothers Lounge LLC, stating I received a $Custom Pacifiers Gift Card I went to the website to use the Gift and the website tells me I cant use it on Shipping cost I reviewed my email and found the email did not say anything about "Cant be used on shipping" so I contacted Customer Service Via Chat I spoke with a customer service representative that advised me "I apologize for the inconvenienceBecause we already offer such a big discount we are unable to offer free or discounted shipping." then stated that the email did not mention the Gift Card could not be used on shipping and I received this response, " I am very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you for the E-mails say that the order is free you just need to pay shipping so I deeply apologize if that was missed in your E-mailThank you for your time." The customer Service agent then ended the chat and I was unable to communicate with her

I ordered two nursing pillows from this company, they compared their products to the boppy and mumboTheir product is not even HALF the size of the competitors
They also will tell you, too bad we lied your out of luck NO RETURNS! Horrible customer serviceThey will also delete your comments on facebook if they are honest

I received a "gift card" for several of their websitesI quickly found out that their "gift cards" do not cover shipping and handling costs no matter how much of a balance is left on the gift card after you have selected your itemsThe shipping and handling cost was roughly $for a few pieces of clothHere's the kickerI live miles away from where these would be shipped fromI asked customer service if $was really necessary and if I could just pick these up myselfNo budgingThis is a scamThey make most of their money charging exorbitant fees and masking it under the name "shipping and handling." I will NEVER do business with these people again
