We called them for leak detection We let the technician know we were told it was probably the pool I spoke to him to verify he had tested the specific valve leading to the pool He told us the pool was fine and it was the water main into our house We were quoted $to repair, not including cutting out concrete steps out (and whatever the cost to repair that would have been.) We called another company to do leak detection who confirmed it was the pool This person even pointed out the affected areas He also stated that certain unscrupulous plumbing companies replace perfectly fine water mains for the money So this technicians was either incompetent or crooked

Failure to honor 25yr warranty for *** plumbing restoration using the *** system
On Thanksgiving day the main line for our hot water system failedWe called MrRooter Plumbing and were told by one of their technicians that the *** epoxy had blocked the inlet pipeThe epoxy system was done on July 25, and was paid in full ($7,800.00) on our credit card (***)Upon completion of the work, we were given a statement of warranty for years against failureMrRooter plumbing refused to do the required repipe as covered in the warrantyWe therefore had to get bids for the workWe paid a total of $10,to restore our hot water line

It was a bad experience with MrRooter Plumbing of Las VegasOver the phone, I was quoted $to fix a clogged kitchen sinkThe plumber was scheduled to arrive between 3-5pm so I took off work two hours earlyKenneth arrived at the door at 4:30pm and the price switched to $which was a total ripoffI told the plumber I was not happy but he didn't seem to careHe said "go ahead and write a bad review" so here it isNeedless to say I will never use nor recommend MrRooterDon't get ripped off!

I am rejecting this response because: L*** *** (MrRooter; *** N Aviador Street; Camarillo, CA called me on June It is the one and only time he has spoken or communicated with me (after not returning my calls and e-mails that go back to April 2015)I told L*** *** that we are insisting on a full refund, plus damages, compensation for our time, travel and other related costsIt is my understanding that L*** ***'s MrRooter franchise has been banned from doing septic work in Santa Barbara County because of their totally unsatisfactory setpic tank and leech field installation they did at our homeDue to his negligence, we had to hire a reputable contractor to inspect his work (along with the Santa Barbara County inspector)I don't think any of us have a seen a more incomplete, illegal, and TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY installationThe septic tank was not level, it tilted towards the house, it did not have the necessary gravel around it, and was not sufficiently buriedWe paid for Mr Rooter to install an foot leech fieldAfter digging it up, we found it was less than feetIt ran up hill so sewage could not drain into it, did not have necessary gravel, was not deep enough (about a foot deep)We also found that while excavating the ground for the leech field MrRooter had cut into the electrical cable to the house, they did not report it, and wrapped it with tape presenting a saftey hazardSo Cal Edision had to be called to repair itOn the North side of the electrical cable, MrRooter laid more leech field THAT WAS NOT CONNECTED TO THE LEECH FIELD SOUTH OF THE ELECTRICAL CABLE! In the end, we had to have L*** ***'s MrRooters work completely redoneA deeper hole for the septic tank, gravel added, leveled the tank and an entirely new leech field installed to county code (> feet deep).
Yes, I will speak with L*** ***I would hope the conversation starts with him taking full responsibility for his negligence, a sincere apology and a complete refund, plus damages, plus compensation for the stress he has inflicted upon my family and elderly parentsI am also pursuing this with Contractors State License BoardWe will hold MrL*** *** fully accountable.

Darrel with MrRooter was absolutely the best service technician I have ever encountered He was exceptional right from the start He took time to explain everything and answered all my questions so I understood what was to happen I can't say enough about him and I trust him and his company I would recommend him and MrRooter to my friends and family

Byron was amazingThe cost may have been a little pricey compared to a quote years back, but Byron is top notchHe takes his time and gets it right the first timeAny questions or updates I asked for over the phone he was more than willing to give details on where he was at in the projectWe definitely trust his work and would have absolutely no problem recommending him to anyone

I believe the homeowner was trying to use Revdex.com as leverage to not pay her bill Her accusations are not true We don't have a $service call fee - never have We were called to clear the main sewer line which the customer agreed for us to do - again we provided pricing up
front and got approval to do the work The tub to which she refers, was clogged separately from the main line clog We know that because the customer said it had been clogged for a long time We offered to clear the tub too, but she declined - fine The sink and washer clogs were like the tub, separate issues that did not clear with the main line cleaning The customer knew she had clogs there too, because they also were going on before the main line issue This customer deferred routine drain cleaning for her sink and tub prior to her main line clog We did clear her main sewer line and the toilet worked fine This customer never called our office to raise a complaint She never called us back to say the main line wasn't working right - we gave her a day warranty If the line wasn't clear, wouldn't a homeowner call us back instead of registering a Revdex.com complaint? Instead she stopped payment on a check because she wanted to get a service for free I think she realized she may have engaged in illegal behavior by stopping payment on a check for serviced performed I think instead of calling us back to check her main line under warranty, she wrote a bunch of falsehoods to Revdex.com Our tech called her when we saw the complaint I told him to negotiate with the homeowner to rescind the complaint I thought this would be the easiest path forward; however, the complaint is still here, I've had to respond, we've got a negative on our history with Revdex.com based on a customer trying to get out of paying a valid bill

The technician came when he said and wouldHe did the job for the price quotedAnd no plumbers crackIt doesn't get any better

On 9/18/we received a call from *** *** requesting video inspection of the line due to a sewer line issue We dispatched our underground specialist to go and video inspect the line We found there is an issue with the line We gave the customer an option to take care of
the issue The customer was well aware of the charges on the camera because when they called we gave them the price over the phone since we are running a special on video inspections Instead of $we did the video inspection for $and we told the customer the price before we even dispatched our underground specialist At this time we do not feel like we owe a refund to the customer and that was discussed with *** when he called We explained to him that we did the camera inspection on request and that does not fall under the free estimate because a job was performed As far as *** Energy and *** saying that there is no issue in the line, our finding was that there was some root intrusion in the line and customer indicated that the work was performed by another contractor If you have any further questions in response please feel free to do so

When Eric came to my house to take over a Job that a co worker could not handle, He was so completely confident and professional in what needed to be doneHe got to work right away after the job had gotten delayed for three days.If I ever have any problems in the future, I do not want any other person or company to deal with itI will absolutely call on MrRooter and especially for ERIC !!! And a will Highly recommend Eric and his company to everyone I know

A Very Dishonest companyI just needed to get a slow draining Kitchen sink cleared$to snake a cable as advertised, then they said we need to use preassured water to drill thru, now its $hours later, supervisor came out, he said there's a blockage, its now going to cost me $To clear a clog, I said I need a 2nd opinionThen the supervisor Justin said "I deal with people like you all the timeYou obviously can afford to buy a house in this neighborhood but you don't want to spend the money." So I rold them to pack up and leavedays later I decided to put my handyman hat on and work on it, snaked a cable while my wife poured hot water, CLOG FIXEDAnd they were gonna charge me $1,I checked their YELP reviews, THEY HAVE LOTS OF REVIEWS OF THE SAME SITUATIONHOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL OPEN WHEN THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF OF THOUSANDS IN UNECESSARY REPAIRSPLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS
