I called MrRooter due to a leak under one of my toiletsI requested that both of my toilets be replaced since they were both over year old
The technician came promptly when expected and did an elcellent job

And she did not have to have a hydro scrub because that plumber said it was a waste of money

We recently had major plumbing issues and contacted MrRooter for service as this company covered our area in Catalina Response was rapidsame day service and professional In this context, I would especially like to applaud the work of plumbing tech*** ** who did most of the job himself *** was reliable in that he showed up at the stated time and exhibited a high degree of professionalism and competence He was courteous, explained fully the work he was doing and why and was willing to take the time to answer any questions or refer us on to someone who could answer our questions more fully He was also an extremely hard worker and never seemed to tire although I'm sure this was not the case after such long hours It was a real pleasure having him do our work and he is a real asset to his company I highly recommend MrRooter for needed plumbing work and especially recommend *** as lead worker on any job Thanks *** and MrRooter for a job well done ** *** and ** ***

I am rejecting this response because:All they wanted was me
to use my Gift Certificate !! they had called me to offer new nails to help make me feel better about this company and I ended up having to pay for it !!! They told me I could use my gift certificate and I felt tricked into using it when other companies would have made it free to keep coming back to trust hem more , now I am not so sure about them !!!

The response of Bashir Salem, on behalf of MrRooter, is not adequateSimply put, they did not diagnose the problem, they caused other damage to the home, and their charges were unconscionable
MrSalem analogizes this situation to paying a doctor to diagnose a problemHis analogy is in errorSay you went to the doctor to diagnose a pain in your fingerThe doctor looked at your finger and then cut off your foot and charged you $Then a different doctor revealed the pain in the finger was just a splinter and the cost to remove it was only $That would be malpractice by the first doctorThat’s what we have here with MrRooterThey simply did not provide the service they charged for
To further illustrate their incompetence, they quoted $to repair the problemTHE PART TO FIX THIS ONLY COST $20!
In short, no we are not satisfied with their response and we are in disbelief that they will not refund our money

In MrRooter repaired a water leak in the wall of my kitchen On October 4, we discovered another leak in the bedroom wall and called MrRooter Kyler T*** responded and repaired the leak When he restored water to the lines he discovered another leak He also repaired that leak and explained to me the problem and the only solution was to re-plumb the entire house and abandon the old copper pipes that were continuing to spring new leaks Kyler put in a call to Thai, his supervisor, and he explained to us the problem and the best solution as Kyler had done I decided to get a second opinion and the second company was a much larger company and their bid was very competitive We decided to go with MrRooter because of the rapport that Kyler had established with us by his knowledge and his communication and plumbing skills We weren't disappointed as Kyler did a superb job within the time that he told us it would take, and the quality of his workmanship

A one person very polite was very business like in all his work cleaned up after done Curtiss whole time here

I would highly recommend MrRooter plumbing! Martin, the technician that came to our house was very professional, courteous and showed up on time! There was no four hour window That is what I expect from a service company

After reviewing the invoices dated 2/4/and 5/5/15, *** performed an electrical diagnosis on the heater, he replaced upper and lower thermostats and heating elements for $***.( usual charge is $***) At that time, the heater did not need to be replacedEven if we called
the manufacturer , as we have done hundreds of times, they want us to repair at the lowest possible cost firstmonths later, the water heater gave out, we sent our service technician *** out*** called the manufacturer to let them know the heater was burning thru elements, and only at that point did they send a new heater outWe don't work on *** heaters because of their poor quality, but since *** did the work originally, we decided to help the customer out as their service provider and install the new heater sent to themAs far as taking an hour to do the original service, it had to have taken longer than that to drain the heater and replace the partsThe cost of bringing a certified plumber to the customers home, equipped with top of the line tools, and insurance coverage, workers compensation, gas, etchas a cost to the companyWe have to be able to make a small profit if we are to stay in business We are not cheating customers to up-sell items they don't needwe try to offer money saving options to help the customer outAt this point we don't feel we owe any refunds, and the extended warranty on labor for months that we gave, should honor any issues they may have with a poor quality heater.Thank you,*** ***
