"My choice" is a JOKE
I purchased 4 Office 2010 licenses. According to Microsoft, we do not own the License Key, "my choice" does, therefore Microsoft will not assist us with ANY support. Microsoft told me straight out...I do not own the program I purchased from "my choice"

Undisclosed Chargeback Fees
Was directed to My Choice Software's website to purchase Dragon Software for Mac. I made the purchase for $149 and received an email with the links to download the software about a week later. That email said, the download did NOT work for Mac. I reached out customer service immediately and was told they didn't sell Dragon for Mac. I never clicked on or used their link in any way. I asked for a refund and was charged back 15% for them to cancel the link. What a EFFIN rip off! The blessing is I found a legit company Nuance who offers the software at half the cost My Choice Software charged, BUYER BEWARE!

Had [redacted] install MS Project Professional today remotely on my machine He was professional, friendly, very efficient and went without a hitch I was apprehensive about doing this with an older version of MS Project and Windows but [redacted] did a super job in record time He stayed on the phone with me till I tested and was satisfied that not only MS Project was installed and running properly but everything else I was worried about still worked Great job!!!! Greetings,We have looked into this case and found that the customer opted in to a subscription upon purchase, and we had first been notified yesterday that this customer did not want this subscription anymoreOn our part, We sent different emails to the customer notifying them that their free trial period would be coming to an end and the payments of $would begin.? I am rejecting the offer on a discount of their products.? I contacted Microsoft support again and asked if the activation keys could be reused and they told me no.? They also confirmed that the seller sold the license keys to more than one buyer.? I have attached the Microsoft chat log with the case number.? It's unfortunate our company was sold pirated keys by this seller.? We now have to take a loss on the original purchases and buy the software again from another seller.?

[redacted] worked very quickly and got my purchase of Outlook up and running I had run out of patience with Microsoft after hours on phone and another trying to get it done He was very courteous also!

Helped us work through some licensing problems with Microsoft Windows Pro Pack upgrade (complicated since Microsoft stopped selling the Pro Pack at the end of October) Though there were some difficulties getting information to them the first evening (apparently sent a wrong key), they provided a working solution the next morning with a correct key Appreciate it!

I needed to purchase Office (the newer versions are not compatible with our work server) and came here - checked reviews first, very favorable and was a googled trusted store Purchased Office Installed - there was a trial version of on the laptop that I was not aware of which interfered with the installation of I contacted via email My Choice Software - very prompt response, very concise, easy to follow instructions on how to fixI have already uninstalled the trial product and reinstalled Very pleased
