After purchasing software, [redacted] from My Choice Software helped me with the installation when I could not complete it myself. It was a good experience, and I would do business with this company again.

Review: On 8/20/15 I purchased a digital download of [redacted] for [redacted] from My Choice Software. I could not download the software because my security system would not accept their Certificate. I contacted their sales department and asked for a refund. I was told that I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. I demanded my refund without paying a 15% restocking fee. The sales person said the restocking fee would be waived. I waited three days and the refund had not been credited to my credit card account. I called and talked to a salesman on 8/24/15 and was told that [redacted] must evaluate whether the software was activated and they charge the evaluation fee of 15% of the sale price, and My Choice Software has nothing to do with the 15%, so I will be charged the fee. There was no mention of a restocking fee in any of the emails. The only statement regarding refund was: *ONCE ACTIVATED [redacted] PRODUCTS ARE UNREFUNDABLE*. I do not accept that I must pay a "restocking fee" of 15% for a program I could not download--and did not activate. At the time of this communicae I have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the purchase price of $159.99; rather than a refund of the purchase price minus 15%.

I had a telephone conversation with a person self-identified as [redacted] and I explained my concerns. He apologized for the inconvenience and advised that he had initiated a complete refund and that it should be in effect in approximately four days. Today my bank records indicate receipt of the refund in full. I am satisfied that the complaint is resolved. Thank you.

Nick Masters was wonderful. I had spent the better part of this afternoon trying to download this software. When he heard that I needed this for a project due yesterday, he went out of his way to go ahead and fix my issues rather than have me scheduled for sometime next week. What a relief! Now I can finish my project this weekend and send it off!

Review: I purchased a NUANCE DRAGON NATURALLY SPEAKING HOME SYSTEM 3.0 as I do a lot of work at home and have problems with both of my hands. I read on the website that this product would be perfect for me to be able to dictate on my computer as I have a small computer.

When I installed the system on my computer, I was very excited to be able to use it. I went through all directions and then sat down to begin to dictate to my Word Program that I downloaded from the apache project.

I began speaking into the microphone (again following instructions), I tried it several times.

However, each time I spoke, the program would type something completely different than what I said.

Having said that I called the company about a refund and was automatically directed to another company in Massachusets. I called the number 800-654-1187. After the initial conversation, I was asked to fax my receipt to receive my refund. I did so, but after it was recieved I was told that My Choice Software was not authorized to sell this product and therefore denied my re fund.

I then called My Choice back and ask to speak to a manager. After asking twice, I was transferred to someone named Brian Church. I explained that I was referred elsewhere for a refund. He then asked me why I wanted a refund. I explained that the system did not work properly and the words I spoke were incorrectly typed by the product and I wanted a refund.

He then told me because I opened the product, he could not authorize a refund.

NOW I AM STUCK WITH A $75.00 PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the full amount of 74.84.

$8.00 Shipping fee

$4.90 Sales Tax

I had a wonderful experience with my scheduled technical support. They where able to log into my computer and install the software I had purchased within a ease. Defiantly will be purchasing here again, their phone support is awesome!

I was looking for MS Office for my wife to learn the suite. I found great price and the purchase and download went well. The installation instructions are well written and need to be followed.

[redacted] was extremely helpful, he went inside and did his thing in a very timely manner.

[redacted] worked very quickly and got my purchase of Outlook up and running.

I had run out of patience with Microsoft after 2 hours on phone and another 2 trying to get it done.

He was very courteous also!

My experience with the online troubleshooting gentleman ([redacted]) was fantastic I am so please to have this assistance for I have been struggling with the download for a mo or two . It is fantastic to have this assistance available to the purchaser.
