I recently purchase Microsoft Office 2010 from My Choice Software and had a very nice professional and refreshing experience. I wasn't quite ready to install the downloaded program so I called their toll free number to ask a question. The representative that I talked with was friendly, helpful and offered to assist if I had problems with the installation.

It's not very often anymore to see such great customer service. I have saved their website to my browser favorites and intend to have them be my first "go to" source when I am looking for software. The price was very reasonable and you just can't beat the customer service.

I have already recommended My Choice Software to several of my friends.

I needed to purchase Office 2013 (the newer versions are not compatible with our work server) and came here - checked reviews first, very favorable and was a googled trusted store. Purchased Office 2013. Installed - there was a trial version of 2016 on the laptop that I was not aware of which interfered with the installation of 2013. I contacted via email My Choice Software - very prompt response, very concise, easy to follow instructions on how to fix. I have already uninstalled the trial product and reinstalled 2013. Very pleased.

Best price for the product I wanted. Easy purchase and download. I ordered the software and received the download the same day. I initially thought I did not receive the code required (turns out I just missed the initial email) so I submitted an email and received a response within 20 minutes resending the code. Would definitely purchase from them again! Thanks My Choice Software.

Had [redacted] install MS Project Professional today remotely on my machine

He was professional, friendly, very efficient and went without a hitch

I was apprehensive about doing this with an older version of MS Project and Windows 10 but [redacted] did a super job in record time.

He stayed on the phone with me till I tested and was satisfied that not only MS Project was installed and running properly but everything else I was worried about still worked.

I had a software problem that I needed fixed and called the My Choice guys and talked to [redacted]. They were amazing! They also have great prices from when I bought the software back in December. But most importantly, I have needed tech support a couple of times due to my own problems with technology and they have always been extremely responsive, helpful and smart. I will buy most or all of my software here going forward.

Helped us work through some licensing problems with Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro Pack upgrade (complicated since Microsoft stopped selling the Pro Pack at the end of October). Though there were some difficulties getting information to them the first evening (apparently sent a wrong key), they provided a working solution the next morning with a correct key. Appreciate it!

My computer crashed and I lost all my software and had to replace it. I didn't want to pay full price, so I decided to go with my choice software. At first I was skeptical, but I called and they assured me that they were legitimate and then helped me find the best priced software. After my purchase they were super helpful with the installation, which I had trouble with bc I am not tech savvy. I am very impressed with their customer service and the knowledge of their support staff. Thank you so much for your help guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about "My Choice Software". I purchased a 2013 copy of Microsoft Project and it works perfectly. I had the "My Choice" tech ([redacted]) install it and he was very fast and efficient. They gave me options on available setup times, after choosing which was most convenient, [redacted] (tech) contacted me and performed the installation for me. It worked out very well for me because my browser would not support the install and he took all the necessary steps to bypass.

All in all it was a great experience.

Review: On 3/25/15 I initiated a purchase of a digital download of Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Student 2011 at 2:23 pm. At 2:25pm that same day I got the e-mail with the download. I opened the e-mail but did not download the program. In the e-mail it stated Once activated Microsoft products are non refundable. At 2:50 pm of that same day I sent a request for a refund. At 3:09pm that same day I received an e-mail stating that I could get a refund but there would be a restocking fee of 15%. There was no mention of a restocking fee on the purchasing e-mail. I also do not know with a digital download what you would have to physically restock.There is a mention on the website of an Open License return of 15%, but there is no mention of the purchase being an open license in the description of the product and the customer service e-mail did not state this was the reason for the fee, just that it was a restock fee. I also got an e-mail at 5:00pm that same day stating that my request for a refund was rejected with no explanation why.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. I did not download the product, and as a digital download, there should not be any physical item to restock. This return process should also be reiterated before the customer hits the payment option or be clear when sending the item.

Review: Hello, I ordered Intuit Turbo Tax 2014 from My Choice Software. I ordered this product on Feb/2/2014. I received the product today on Feb/4/2014. The product I ordered was not the product I received. I MPN(Manufacturing Part Number) for My Choice Software that I ordered was[redacted]. They sent me MPN[redacted]. I called the company and explained this to them. They put me on hold many times for long periods. I was eventually told that the product I want was about $11.00 more than the one I ordered. I proved to them that I ordered the correct one based on the MPN and the UPC found on there website. They told me that I could return the product and they would send me the one I need for the difference. I told them I ordered the correct one in the first place. If Your online ordering system is wrong then why should I have to suffer? You should do the right thing and take care of me. While on one of the many times I was on hold for a long stretch of time, they were in there system correcting there error. I had a feeling they were doing this. They changed the MPN for the one I ordered to[redacted]. The UPC on the one I ordered ends in[redacted]-0. The UPC on the one they sent me ends in[redacted]-5. I paid $38.99 plus s/h. There telling me I need to pay $49.98 plus s/h. I don't think this is fair when I ordered the product I needed. There system was wrong and I'm suffering because of it. I paid there price for the product advertised. Attached is a copy of the shipping manifest. It doesn't show the costs on it but I can provide them. Just let me know. If You [redacted] 'Intuit Turbo tax[redacted]' You will see the product I ordered come up. I have pictures of the wrong product they sent me. I can provide the pictures as well.
