We are in receipt of the Revdex.com Complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] regarding his claim that MyPoins.com, Inc. ("MyPoints") failed to award his MyPoints account with...
the proper amount of earned points in connection with a Survey Offer and Walmart purchase.
MyPoints earns revenue from being credited with member purchases by our partner sites. MyPoints can identify when one of our members clicks through to one of our merchant sites, however the merchant needs to verify that a purchase and/or other specifics regarding the offer has been met on their website. Points are not awarded to members until their purchases and/or transactions are reported as being completed by the merchant.
On August 25, 2014 we submitted an order inquiry to Walmart and they confirmed that this purchase was not credited to MyPoints. Since Mr. [redacted] did not complete this transaction via MyPoints, we are unable to award him any Points for this purchase.
Additionally, our records do not indicate that Mr. Ewestein completed a survey on September 27, 2014 and therefore, we are unable to award him any Points for this transaction.
This information should successfully resolve Mr. [redacted]'s complaint. Should your office or Mr. [redacted] have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me at [redacted]@mypointscorp.com.

the proper amount of earned points in connection with an online Macy's purchase.
In researching this case, we see that the Ms. [redacted] filed a Revdex.com Complaint on July 22, 2014 regarding missing Points from a different online Macy's purchase. At that time, we contacted Macy's and they were able to confirm that Ms. [redacted] made the purchase through the MyPoints website.
In connection with this second complaint regarding a Macy's purchase, our records do indicate that a "click thru" was recorded from our site to the Macy's website, however, there is no indication that a purchase was made from this click thru. Once again we contacted our Macy's inquiring about Ms. [redacted]'s purchase and they specifically indicated that Ms. [redacted] was "Referred by another affiliate". As such, we are unable to award Ms. [redacted] MyPoints account any Points for this purchase.
This information should successfully resolve Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. Should your office or Ms. [redacted] have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me at [redacted]@mypointscorp.com.

We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] regarding her claim that MyPoints.com, Inc. ("MyPoints") failed to award her MyPoints account with the proper...
amount of earned points in connection with an Expedia purchase.
MyPoints earns revenue from being credited with member purchases by our partner sites. Points are not awarded to members until their purchases and/or transactions are reported as being completed via the MyPoints website by the merchant. In some cases, the merchant may fail to either properly report the transaction or provide sufficient information for MyPoints to credit the transaction to the MyPoints member. In particular, it may take up to 60 or 90 days for travel Points to be awarded due to the fact that the travel must be completed prior to Points being awarded to the member.
Additionally, while Ms. [redacted] has provided a generic travel itinerary to us for verification, MyPoints needs to see the detailed breakdown that specifically breaks out the cost per flight, car rental and hotel information since different point amounts were earned for each transaction. Ms. [redacted] should email this information directly to me at [redacted]@mypointscorp.com so that I can expedite this matter.

We are in receipt of the Revdex.com Complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] regarding his claim that MyPoints.com, Inc. ("MyPoints") failed to award his MyPoints account...
with the proper amount of earned points in connection with a GSN.com offer.
Our records indicate that a "click thru" from our offer to the GSN website was recorded, however, it appears that Mr. [redacted]'s registration with GSN was not completed correctly, as correctly identified in Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, which is why he did not receive the Points in the offer. MyPoints earns revenue from being credited with member purchases by our partner sites. If a member's actions prevent MyPoints from being credited by either the use of a non-MyPoints coupon/offer or by visiting the partner site by other means than directly through the MyPoints website, we are unable to award the member Points.
As a one-time customer courtesy, MyPoints has awarded Mr. [redacted]'s account with 11,750 Points for this transaction, the amount of Points he would have earned had he completed the offer correctly.
To prevent Point-crediting issues in the future, we recommend the following:
1. Make sure the member has tracking enabled. MyPoints needs to send information to the merchant and cannot do so if the member has disabled tracking.
2. Make sure the member does not have ad blocking software like AdBlock Plus, WOT or Noscript running.
3. Make sure no other tabs or windows are open at the time the member is making the transaction.
4. Make the purchase or registration immediately after the member clicks through MyPoints.
5. Do not click on other sites after clicking through MyPoints and prior to submitting the purchase order.
6. Never use coupons or offers not found on MyPoints.com.
This information should successfully resolve Mr. [redacted]'s complaint. Should your office have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me at [redacted]@mypointscorp.com.

I purchased a $50 e-Gift card for Chili's Restaurant from MyPoints in November 2015. When I tried to use it at a Chili's in Lake Wales, FL in January 2016 I was told by restaurant staff that the card was closed. Upon checking with Brinker International, the issuer of the card, I was told that it had been used at the Lake Wales, FL restaurant in February 2015... nine months before I had purchased it. Apparently I was issued a card with a bad or expired card number. I've been attempting to contact MyPoints via e-mail and written letters to their San Francisco address without success. They do not ever respond to any of my inquires. I am baffled and do not know where to turn next. I still accumulate points and buy other gift cards and am very active in their program ever since joining many years ado. I do not understand why they will not acknowledge my problem.

My points were taken for a $50 gift card. E-card is not working even though I had to do as they said in the email. I want a physical card! Why can't they understand this. The e-card does not work, and that's not what I wanted. They are a bunch of thieves. I want a physical card for [redacted] in the amount of $50!!!!

We apologize for Ms. [redacted]'s customer service experience and we appreciate her patience while trying to resolve this matter. We hope that she will continue being a valued MyPoints member.

I see that they have given me the points I earned through the GSN promotion. However, I also did a GSN Casino Games BonusMail for 4,000 points, plus 50 points after first deposit and 10 points per dollar played and I still have not received those points. I would like to see those points that I have earned posted to my account. Also, I would like them to answer my emails so I don't have to go to the Revdex.com to get my points.
