[redacted] – A detailed response is attached, as well as emails between [redacted] and the NAPWThis woman’s claims are completely falseWe did not cancel her membership – she was using the incorrect information to log into her profileShe had changed it on her own so it was different than the information she received with her confirmation of enrollment Rather than contacting us for assistance, she jumped to an incorrect conclusion She declined to purchase a plaque, so one was never ordered She did decline an upgrade to her membership, but that did not cancel her existing membership and emails continued to be sent to the email address she provided to usShe did finally contact us to complain about being cancelled and our representative explained what occurredWe have offered to extend her membership at no cost to make up for the time she thought it was not active

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I appreciate the canned response from NAPW that I read on other Revdex.com complaints submitted and the personalization only to outline the dates/time I was not able to answer calls The response only supports my point for request to cancel the membership - I am not available to appreciate all the program has to offer I did not want to answer the phone either only to listen to high pressure investments needed to continue member Additionally, I had an increase in responsibility at work and I am preparing for an executive MBA program It is unfortunate that NAPW does not offer more flexibility in membership knowing women often spin many plates and things can change in availability I do not align to be a member to any organization that has expectation I immediately answer and respond to every phone call or email In fact, I received emails in ½ months, sometimes up to a day! This becomes noise to me and even as a member, harassment Please remove me immediately from your contact database and put my contact information on a do not call listI asked the representative on Nov [redacted] if there were any other options and the response was “no” due to policy The response on 12/through the Revdex.com does not provide any details for me to considerI do not feel NAPW's response provided any gain towards a resolution to my concern, only to defend their policy In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: NAPW Claims they have issued a credit as per the information below that was copied from their lengthy responseAs of today, July **, 2015, a credit has not been applied to my accountPlease advise the amount of the credit and when it will be processedI have unsubscribed from your email listI never once used any NAPW benefitI did not receive a reminder via emailI did not receive a postcard reminderI could not end my membership through the online accountAgain simply stated, I want a refund As a courtesy, we have issued a credit to [redacted] ’s account and we have also deactivated the automatic renewalfunction of her membership, so that it will not renewWe also invite her tocontact us so that we can assist her in using her membership benefits In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding National Association of Professional Women has been resolved (By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.) Sincerely, [redacted]

- Member will be refunded by check [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]I have yet to receive a phone call from this organizationI have received several "888" area codes calls lately, but every time I pick up, the call disconnectsI don't know if they are using an auto-call service or whatRegardlessI do not wish to talk to these people--they will just try to hard sell me again, try to prevent me from cancelling, etcI want a full refund and full cancellation immediately!!!! I have also emailed your customer service address ( [redacted] ) multiple times, and have yet to receive a single emailed responseI would prefer to communicate with this entity via email, so I have a written record of any conversations The only acceptable response to this will be the full and immediate cancellation of my membership, and full refund of the $for this membership as it will be cancelledI don't want to be told about all the great things you offer--I want a cancellationThat is itNo desire AT ALL to have any membership with this group. This group has not offered me a cancellation or refund, nor will they respond to my complaints either I wish to receive emailed confirmation that my membership has been cancelled and that my fee will be refunded In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

While it is our position that [redacted] was advised of the automatic renewal at the time of her enrollment, and was sent reminders of the upcoming renewal three times, she maintains that it is not "her problem" that we have already allocated funds for her continuing membership, which makes no senseWe only ask members the courtesy of either advising us that they do not want the automatic renewal during the enrollment interview, or to let us know at any time during the ensuing eleven months until the renewal comes upWe could argue that it is not "our problem" that she did not pay attention to the information she was verbally given, the terms and conditions to which she agreed and the reminders she was sent, but that seems pointless to her logicTherefore, we have refunded the balance of her fee and removed her from all but archival records

Again, we are sorry that [redacted] is unhappy with the situation; however, as we hav demonstrated, she chose to apply for membership, she was advised very clearly that there were fees involved for access to all but basic benefits, and she called to cancel only after she was informed by her company that they would not reimburse herIt was her responsibility to make sure that her company would sponsor her membership and under the circumstances, we did refund a substantial portion of her feeWe are responsible to other members and shareholders and cannot simply issue complete refunds without cause

[redacted] authorized her renewal at the time of her initial enrollmentWe also sent a reminder of her upcoming renewal via [redacted] at the end of October She did not contact us until two weeks after her membership renewed, and our preliminary investigation has confirmed that this charge was indeed authorized and not fraudulent as she claims. We have attempted several times to reach out to [redacted] to work on a resolution, but she has not returned our callsWe are further reviewing her accounts and all correspondence between to determine if [redacted] 's claims meet the criteria for a full refundWe invite her to contact us directly to discuss a resolution

Check [redacted] was mailed out todayPlease give it several days to reach you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved *NoteAlthough there is no documented response from the business yet (through the Revdex.com), I did receive confirmation that the amount charged to my credit card WILL be credited back to my account; in addition, they have agreed to stop further paymentsAlthough it should take a few days for this credit to be reflected on my statement, I am satisfied with this response, and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, Kimberly Coghlan

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#? [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was not accepting any membership.? I expected a free trial which I never received.? I was charged way too much money -- then additional charges of $for absolutely nothing.? I did not fill in a profile -- I did not accept this membership -- and it was never made clear that anything was non-refundable.? If it were I would have declined immediatelyI not only had called in good faith only days after this initial charging call -- but have not opened one single email nor filled out any profiles.? I am systematically deleting any emails that come from NAPW without opening them.? Also, I have the original membership pack -- unopened!? And I will return it to the sender unopened.? I am still expecting the correct fair business response of a full refund.? Anything less is simply not ethical or a good business practice -- and I'm afraid I cannot support that - nor can I ever recommend this organization to anyone.Thank you.? ? ? ? ? In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ?

Ms deBrito is incorrectShe was billed WITH AUTHORIZATION, for her initial membership fee of $on December **, She was also advised of and approved of the Profile set up fee of $99.00, which was billed on December **, 2014.We billed [redacted] 's renewal fee of $on December *, 2015, which we refundedThere were no other charges billed to her card [redacted] is entitled to her own opinion, but not her own facts This issue is resolved We cannot refund fees which were billed over a year ago and which were authorized

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I see quite a lengthy response and PR for this company, however this does satisfy my complaint At the time of signing up in 2013, I do not remember being told that my account would be debited every year for membership nor did I sign an agreement or contract to that effect When I called on August *, to complain about the debit for another year of membership, the company gave me one half of the mebership credit, $ The Membership renewed on August *, I do not think that I should be charged because I don't want the membership, have not used the membership, did not know I had to call before August *, to cancel the mebership because I did not know it would automatically renew and debit my Account I want the rest of the $charged credited to my account which would be a credit of $ I do not see how this charge is legal since I do ot have a contract Sincerely, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I did not know/ do not recall that the membership was automatically renewed which is why they never were contacted about itI truly believe that their interviews are designed to distract and mislead youI recall telling the person interviewing me that I was at work and didn't want it to take too longI did not call and complain that no useful services were provided to me in the area and I "walked away" from the initial membership charge as a lesson learned that I should not have gotten a membership to this company in the first placeI definitely am not interested in paying another $for it again and not using it againAs an unhappy customer I have vocalized within seven days of the "automatic renewal" that I do not want the membership for this yearThe reason that I found out that it was automatically renewed is because I saw the charge on my credit cardI have demanded that the membership for this year be canceled and a full refund ($199.00) of the charges on my credit cardThey have given me a partial credit of $with a statement that they have already paid vendors for valuable discounts I can receiveIt is not my problem that they pay vendors "in advance" for discounts their members receive (or don't receive)I guarantee that those vendors are paid regardless of whether or not my membership was automatically renewedI do not believe from December [redacted] to December * they specifically took my money and paid it to other vendorsI want anything having to do with a membership ceased, including emails and I want a full refund of the fees charged on my account In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question aboveSincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] - this member was refunded in full as our investigation showed that she, while not directly asking to cancel her membership, did indicate that she did not wish to move forward

We mailed check [redacted] to the address you provided in this complainton June **, Please understand that because the original transaction took place well over two months ago, we are unable to issue a credit to the card that was billedThis is our standard practice for refunds Therefore, we had to send a request for a check to be issuedThis process can take up to ten business days as it is outside of our protocolsOnce the checks are issued, they are sent via First Class US mail and the time of actual delivery to your address will varyIf the address we used is incorrect, please let us know ASAP

I receive endless spam from this organization They apparently use some sort of referral system that allows spam companies to invite you on their behalf I get calls from them as well, and despite not being a woman they continue to invite me or others in my organization

Signed up for this company thinking I was getting a great dealWhat they don't tell you is that once you pay your astronomical membership fee the first time, you have to pay for almost everything else you want to doIf you don't have the money to attend hundred dollars webinars and pay for additional advertising, you're wasting your timeThey also have an auto renew policy that is not clearTheir rates changed over the past year and they charged me double what I paid this year, without my consentThey claim to have sent me emails- I have no emails in my personal email or my inbox in my account with themThey also claim to have sent letters, neither of which were receivedUpon calling them to resolve this issue, their customer service associates are not friendly and argued with me about speaking to a supervisorIt's looking like I may get a portion of the huge fee they charged me but they claim they cannot refund it in total because they have partners to pay and they will not cancel my membership as I requestedSeverely disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this company that apparently aims to scam "professional" women
