registration could be canceled without adhering to the 50% refund policy you agreed to at the time of registration. I am unable to locate a phone call wherein you were given incorrect information regarding our refund policy. The calls that I did locate were on August and the information given to you was how to send in a complaint regarding our refund policy. If you could please be more specific about the date, time and phone number you called from, I can try to locate the call where you indicate misinformation was givenWe record all calls to this office. with your name, signature and photograph to be admitted to the test centerBut it also states in the next paragraph that "ID requirements vary based on your country of citizenship and where you plan to testBe sure to visit www.ets.org/toefl/ibt/register/id to see the specific ID requirements for your location" Furthermore you have tested three times this year where you would have had to present your passport as your IDIn addition you tested at the Mount Lake Terrace center on June 11, the same center that you had problems with on October 8, I am sorry but I cannot comply with your request for a refund or reschedule If you have further questions, please contact me. I have reviewed the
response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and can only partially accept this resolution as being satisfactory ETS continues to ignore the fact that their administrators and representatives are all not in accord with the acceptable identification (ID) guidelines which clearly state that an alien resident (green) card can be used in place of a passport as long as it is accompanied by a secondary ID; both of which must be valid and have the same exact name used when registering for the exam. That said, there is no need for me to register in the name listed on my passport as *** D*** indicates in her reply. I want to make this clear because I already registered a second time under the same name listed on my alien resident card (not passport) prior to MsD*** correspondenceThis was mentioned to MsD*** during our phone conversation I also do not have a secondary ID that matches the name on my passport as MsD*** suggests is also required in her reply What I do have is a resident alien (green card) and a secondary ID (school ID) which are both valid, contain my photo, signature, and match the name I used when registering for the exam. The combination of my alien resident (green) card and secondary ID are acceptable forms of ID that should be accepted according to ETS's acceptable identification (ID) guidelines This is what I used when I was denied entry to the testing center the first time and is what I will attempt to use again when checking into the testing center the second time While I do appreciate the fact that MsD*** is granting me a refund, this complaint shall remain unsatisfied until the business responds by verifying that an alien resident (green) card and secondary ID are acceptable forms of identification as long as they are valid, signed, contain a photo, and match the name used when registering for the exam so that it is documented in the event I am denied access to the test center a second time. It is an error in your system that has the business department code for ECU incorrect. It is not this students fault. It is yours. It's as if you haven't investigated this matter at all as your answer does not apply to my situationMy reports were "AUTOMATICALLY SENT" to my states dept of education and I opted them to be sent to my college and my states department of health. The following organizations need my test for licensure and certification: ASHA, MDE and MSDH
Over the phone, ETS stated that if the test is required for license, it is automatically sent to your states dept of education (who does licensure as well as certification of teachers)Praxis is mostly taken by teachers, so they are accommodating teachers (who do not have a national organization like ASHA that requires results for certification) Speech Pathologists need their test sent automatically to ASHA, the certifying organizationSince SLPs are such a small group of their test takers, they aren't attuned to their needs...teachers only need their praxis sent to their state dept so it works out well for themNo $mishaps because they forgot to list their certifying agency. Again, I am requesting a $refund; it's unfortunate you didn't truly investigate my claim as you reported to me you would

I have been out of town for weeks, and am just now following up with Revdex.comI understand how you catalogued my complaint, BUT, if possible I would like to give ETS-GRE a fair shake; they did reach out to me and the issue was resolved with a one-time credit which allowed me to reschedule my test under my legal name.

I am rejecting this response because:Thanks for getting backI have taken many tests earlier and test administrator were kind enough to replace the scratch sheet with a new one as they knew it's important not to get distracted in the middle of the examAnyways is it not possible to get both the options ? 1) If I still might end up reaching my target score even after all this mess ,I could be able to apply to dental schools on time so cancelling the score would prove to be blunder then 2) if this experience does prove to affect my target score, then retaking a test for free would be the way to goSo I would appreciate if u give me both the options of getting the score for this exam, as well as having a chance to retake it as well Or if for some reason, that's not a possibility then can I decide till my scores are published next week that which option I want to choose?

After that time, the records are purged and are no longer on file. Once the records have been purged, there is no way to retrieve them. The original score report for your July 25, exam was processed and mailed from our facility to you approximately days after the test date. Our records indicate an additional candidate copy of your score report was ordered on October 1, 2015. We are sorry that you have not received either of them.As you may or may not be aware, all score reports are sent using the United States Postal Service via First Class Air Mail delivery. Unfortunately, once the report has been mailed, we have no control over the mail delivery system in other countries. you asked for assistance during the testAlso, it should also be noted that proctors are available for system issues and test security, As the test centers offer many different tests for several different testing companies, they are not required to know how to proceed through every test offered. In view of your concerns, I reviewed your Examinee Performance Report (EPR), which records all system events in a testing sessionThe report indicates that while you viewed the first question in each Listening part, you did not answer any of the questions in the Listening section of the testAs indicated on the TOEFL website at: https://www.ets.org/toefl/ibt/scores, you must answer at least one question each in the Reading and Listening sections, write at least one essay, and complete at least one Speaking task to receive an official scoreBecause the Listening section did not have any questions answered, your test could not be scoredPlease be advised we cannot produce a score report with just section scores The TOEFL test is designed in such a way that all sections must be completed during one testing session in order for scores to produce.
