Your website is either poorly designed and operated, or you are purposely hiding information from test takers. When searching for "testing windows" on your website, I found no relevant information as to my actual date for receiving my scores. Until this information is made clear, concise, and easily available on your website; I refuse to decline my complaint. If this information is easily available for PRAXIS to provide test takers, it should be given to them freely when they pay their hundreds of dollars to take your irrelevant, biased, and poorly written standardized tests.Please provide test takers with the appropriate information. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: they are coming up with obvious reason to justify why they kept my moneyFirst and foremost they wanted to say my ID didn't matchThen they are saying I am not entitled back to my phone because I reserved a seatI showed up so that is irrelevant. As I said before I registered as *** *** and everything I have such as credit cards, bank account, social security card, WForm, etcis in *** *** and my signature on my driver's license is *** ***Nowhere has my ID every been an issueI even asked the University of Memphis if I needed to change my name because when I did my background check my first name was used which is *** but they told me I didn't have to change it. So I graduated as *** *** ***On the phone ETS asked me all my personal information and I was able to complySo like I said if I could prove who I am, I should have been allowed to take the test or given a refund

I am rejecting this response because:As I said earler, I was induced in error by the agent who assisted me register online for the testI equally see no logic behind the refusal to reschedule free of chargeThis only shows the company is setting traps to defraud honest and struggling people of their hard earned moniesA company that enriches itself out of the "errors" of others should cease to exist; should be closed down; should not be allowed to operateAt the end of a fiscal year when the company is making its balance sheet, how do they qualify the total sum extorted from honest "ignorant" people? Should that be qualified as part of capitalism, where the rich grow richer exploiting the poor? I totally disagree with their decision that defrauds me of my hard earned savings working $an hour and demand total refund of the $I paid without damagesI'm not exploitativeI just need my money back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this explanation is satisfactory to meI strongly encourage the company to review and reword their claim to make emphasis to all customers that on no terms will a complete refund be available The wording on the website was confusing to me and probably to others I was under the belief that if I waited until days prior to the test to cancel it was then I would only receive a partial refund I would like it highlighted and bolded that "NO FULL REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED" no matter when you cancel, circumstances, etc

A phone message was left for candidate on 1/7/16, advising that the balance on her account has been adjusted and she no longer has an outstanding bill

I am rejecting this response because: no agreement has been reached. I responded to the Company with the following. I totally understand your legal speak, however, it never occurred to me that my "admittance ticket" was not in my current last name. The account I used was the account I used when I took my very first PRAXIS test before I got married. I honestly assumed that it was updated since I have not held my maiden name since 2001. At this point in time I am not able to financially send you the $135, and honestly the only way I will send it in the future is if you will allow me to take the test I registered for, under my current name. I honestly think that it speaks volumes that a company like yours will not accept that it was a honest mistake and that you expect payment for a service that you did not provide.Sincerely,*** ***

days is months as some months have days, some days, and one has daysdays is just thatdaysAlthough we do not feel that the language in the advertisement for the study material is misleading, we have extended the use of your purchased product for days as a courtesy to you. Please note that, at the time of purchase, it is also clearly stated that there are no refunds or returns of the test preparation materialTherefore, I cannot comply with your request of a refund for the Reading portion of the study material.
