I am rejecting this response because: I provide the testing center with a valid IDThey are assuming that I am not a U.S citizen because of my name (Racists)I am a U.S citizen and I have a *** driver's license with the first and last nameThey mentioned in their response that I failed to provide an ID, that is falseI don't believe the GRE conducts its business in that manner, the whole thing is fraudEducators across the country know that GRE will do everything to take your money.

Please allow me to clarifyThe reason you were not admitted to testing was not due to the type of identification(ID) you provided but rather the name that appeared on the IDAccording to the test center report, your driver’s license indicated your name is "Al-Zain Al-Husein" while your registration is listed as "Al-Zain Al-Zain" As previously mentioned, the ID policy states "You must enter your name exactly as it appears on the primary identification document (excluding accents) that you plan to present at the test center". Because the name on your ID and the name on your registration did not match you were unable to test and you forfeit your testing fees for this exam. I hope this has clarified your concerns. I am rejecting this response because: I understand that's the rule and it's stated in your siteMy problem is that the person in the testing center offered me an option that I could go ahead make a phone call to customer service and be able to reschedule without having to pay $just the reschedule fee of $I'm already spending $with you without having taking my testMaybe there should a better a communication with the testing center to avoid this problem and perhaps use the extra money in fees to improve your customer serviceThis is terrible MONOPOLY! I can't believe they are taking advantage of mistakes that we doWhat's the biggest inconvenience of me not taking a test for you? That you are subjecting people to pay again the registration fee after paying another prior thatThis sounds like a big time businessI'm sure I am not the first one complaining about this very unfair policies where they put money first and then their clientsI'm not expecting you to solve this by waiving by rescheduling fee because the only solution you offer is: You have to pay again because again money is more importantETS THE COMPANY THAT PENALIZES PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY MAKE MISTAKESWHO PENALIZES THEM FOR THEIR MISTAKES?

testingDuring the registration process, you signed an agreement that stated you read and understood all policies and procedures regarding PraxisIncluded in the policies and procedures there is information regarding score reporting and the length of time scores will be available by Educational Testing Service (ETS).Praxis score data is only available for up to ten years after the original test dateUnfortunately, since we can no longer confirm the scores you earned on the test(s) you took, we cannot issue a score report for youPlease feel free to share this correspondence with the institution(s) you were planning on sending your score report to. The reason scores are only kept for years:Because the Praxis assessments measure not only knowledge of subjects educators will teach, but proficiency in current teaching principles and practices, older scores present special interpretation problemsAs you know, the teaching profession, like most other professions, is constantly evolvingAs such, ETS regularly updates the Praxis tests to reflect current practices in the field, and teacher licensing agencies regularly review and update their testing requirementsOlder test scores often do not have the same meaning as more current test scoresThis is the primary reason we do not retain Praxis scores beyond ten years. take the test in question, you were presented with several compliance statements included in the *** Educator Certification (TEC) online registration system, one of those statements included the following text: “I acknowledge that I have had adequate opportunity to review the instructions, rules, policies and all other terms and conditions that apply to my test registration and administration contained in the current Registration Bulletin and on the ETS TExES websiteI understand that in order to be eligible for a refund, I must process the cancellation of my test or service fees within days of the date the initial payment transaction was processedPlease refer to the cancellation and refund policies found in the Registration Bulletin before cancelling your order.” The published deadline for Computer-Administered Test (CAT) test center complaints is must be submitted or postmarked no later than two days after your test date. This deadline policy is outlined on page under “Test Center Comments,” and on page under “Submitting Comments” in the 2016-TExES Registration Bulletin (attached). At the time of your CAT on September 26, 2016, you chose to report the score at the conclusion of your test, and your score was officially reported on October 21, as scheduled. The option to cancel this score at the conclusion of the test was also provided if you were concerned about your performance. However, you did not submit your test center comments until November 30, at which point you were informed that you had missed the two day deadline mentioned aboveYou then waited an additional three months to dispute this decision when again you were informed of the missed the deadline. Had you followed the published policy for submitting test center comments, there would’ve been ample time after the September test date for your concerns to be investigated and remediated prior to the official score reporting on October 21, and/or to even possibly cancel the score if you wanted to go that route. We are unable to retroactively remediate test center comments submitted over a month after the deadline for doing so and after the test score has already been officially reported Since the test in question was delivered and subsequent test score reported, we are unable to process a refund of your test fee or transfer this test fee to another testing date. I am rejecting this response because:This is the first time I am reading these PoliciesThese policies are not clearly conveyed to me during registrationIf it had been clear I would have carried required documentsIf this is the policy, then why was I allowed to give the test and told to repond to email I would receive from ets, for additional identification requirement. Why ETS never contacted its customer, that is me, to indicate that my scores would not be released or would be blocked due to these policies One side I am waiting for further communication since I gave the test and on other side ETS is silently waiting and not communicating on what is the result of my test By not communicating the results and by keeping me in dark, ETS has breached its contract of service If I had not contacted ETS on time, I would have never known about the reasons of my score being with held I now have no chance to even reschedule the test as application deadline has passed

I should be able to provide the information requested from ETS, as I am the one who paid the original bill and did not receive a refund when the tests were cancelled I will forward that email from ETS to my daughter even though I don't think she should have to be involved I am also rejecting their response because their refund policy is unreasonable and is basically theft I think it's appalling that a company can keep money when no services have been rendered My daughter had no choice in this matter She was told that she had to use ETS and I paid the fee When the university withdrew their request we should have received a full refund at the time

I am rejecting this response because: Very little indication was given in regard to the strictness of the refund policyI am needing to retake the test in order to get into my graduate programI have not had any resistance from anyone at the graduate school, but have been met with exceeding obstacles in regard organizations that are meant to support graduate schoolI am asking for understanding in this situation, I am currently unemployed and this puts unnecessary strain on me for a test that I don't have a choice in takingI apologize for the lack of responsibility on my behalf and ask for some way to take the test tomorrow, as I canceled it expecting a refund or some way to reschedule the testThis is not a pleasant situation for me and it is increasingly becoming more and more soIs there some way to reschedule the test, take it tommorow or receive a refund? Very little has been done and I am without dollars, I ask for some effort in good faith

ETS said in response: "You stated that since you were allowed to test with the same identification documents you presented at the test center in May 23, 2015, you should have been allowed to test on June 27, 2015."They misunderstood my complain, I stated that since I was allowed to take the test on May 23, with discrepancies on the names, and I was not corrected at the timeI was confident about my registration and I kept my names the same wayIt also fostered me to do my husband's registration the same way.Not being corrected the first time cost my husband and I, $and precious time
