A voice message was left for [redacted] on Friday October 27th and a follow up email sent so that the Advocate and [redacted], could work out a resolution to her issue. They spoke today, Monday October 30th and although [redacted] isn’t 100% satisfied, they did agree to a compromise.

Please see our customer response below:[redacted] Thank you for your reply to the Revdex.com concerning your concerns with your April 27, 2017 GRE General Test. I am truly sorry if the test center staff provided you with misleading information regarding the outcome of your concerns with the ID policy. I have forwarded your complaint about the staff to our test center development department. They have opened an investigation into the test center and will also develop an improvement plan directly with the test center. We are aware that test taking in itself is a stressful experience and again we thank you for expressing your concerns to us. As previously mentioned, it is the candidate's responsibility to read and understand the identification requirements prior to arriving at the test center for the exam. According to our records, because of the customer frustration, a one time exception was made and a full refund was granted. A message was left for the customer.

Please see the response from the Office of Testing Integrity: As stated on page 11 of the Praxis® Information Bulletin, admission to the test center does not assure that the presented ID is valid and that scores will be reported.  All reported cases of questionable ID are subject to review and approval and ETS reserves the right to cancel scores in the event that the ID requirements are not met.  It also stated that the test fees will not be refunded if scores are cancelled because of invalid or unacceptable ID.

The cancellation was not made on my behalf , there was a glitch in the GRE MOBILE WEBSITE I click on the view schedule details tab and somehow the next screen showed a cancelation notice. Immediately I contacted a customer service representative that states that should of never occurred. I am not requesting a refund I would like the opportunity to take the exam I paid for and if that's impossible based upon GRE system malfunction I am requesting my full payment reimbursement.thanking you in advance

score reporting of your recent Praxis tests. Please see the paragraph below that is copied from the Praxis website about getting your scores. There are two types of Praxis tests: continuous and window testing. Continuous testing is offered all the time and the scores are available online 10 - 16 business days after the test date. Window testing is offered during specific test date periods and the scores become available 10 to 16 days after the test date window closes. Both of your tests [redacted] code [redacted] and [redacted] are window testing. Official scoring of the tests begins once the window closes on January 16. Also the reporting date depends on the type of test whether the test is only multiple choice or whether the test is multiple choice and constructed response. Your EE Multiple Subject tests are multiple choice only and are due to report on January 29, 2016. Your PLT K-6 test is multiple choice and constructed response and is due to report on February 5, 2016.
I am sorry that the types of tests and reporting dates were not made clearer to you. Please let me know if you have further questions.

There are no exceptions to this policy based on length of time between the cancellation and your test date. A 50% refund, only, will be issued when you cancel your test up until four days prior to your testing appointment.

responses were not graded correctly. It is important to note that all of our graders must follow the same set of scoring guidelines when grading exams. You can review these guidelines and sample responses, by visiting [redacted]. It is worth the time to read the scoring guides carefully and review the sample responses at each score point. It may also be helpful to review the Analytical Writing Score Level Descriptions at http://www.ets.org/gre/revised_general/prepare/analytical_writing/score_level_de... describe, for each score level, the overall quality of the analytical writing demonstrated across both the “Issue” and “Argument” tasks. The primary emphasis in scoring the Analytical Writing section is on your critical thinking and analytical writing skills rather than on grammar and mechanics. In reference to your request for detailed information on the scoring of the Analytical Writing Section, as you mentioned, individual feedback for each test taker is not provided. However if you felt the score you were provided is not sufficient, you may request a score review of the Analytical Writing measure of the GRE revised General Test that you took up to three months after the administration. To request a score review, mail or fax the completed form (see below) with payment to the address or fax number indicated on the form. Allow four weeks for the results of the review to be mailed.
