I canceled my service in the beginning of May for a few reasonsI was double billed and triple billed,always got e-mails stating they could not deliver,would deliver the next week,etcThis water was for my daughter, trying to be a good MomShe graduated,moved home the begining of May,so I canceled the service; Today I was billed(double again).for a delivery to a canceled accountThey claim my daughter called them and asked for the delivery,but since she no longer lives tgere I doubt that it is trueEven if she did(she did not) ,the call was alledgedly made May 18, I canceled May 1st,she dosent know my password or my payment info

SINCE POLAND SPRING HAS BECOME READY FRESH THE DELIVERIES ARE NEVER ON TIMETHE DATES OF DELIVERY ARE ALTERED 2-TIMES PER MONTH WITHOUT NOTICEI HAVE HEALTH CONCERNS AND RELY ON PROMPT DELIVER ESPECIALLY IN LIEU OF THE CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE POOR SERVICETHE BILL DOES NOT DETAIL THE COMPLETE SERVICE FEES

We have been Deer Park customers over yearsWe have been rescheduled gallon delivery days this monthIt's a recurring problem, will be looking for competitorsThe customer service reps make promises the company cannot keep

It is absolutely appalling that an automated message is sent to families preparing for a hurricane that the water ordered for delivery Thursday, well ahead of the storm, will not be arriving We now have to try to find water from other locations and are ill-prepared for this storm due to your company's poor ability to, apparently, track inventory
I am sick over the fact that this has happened when it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow prior to noon Either fulfill your end on the sale, or allow customers to cancel orders

I have been a good paying customer for more than yearsMy complain with this company is their refusal to give credit to the $payment my bank send to them electronically on July 23, I have faxed them a proof of payment (*** *** *** statement) and they said they received the faxHowever no adjustment is done in my account to show the paymentThey still email me a bill two days in a row although payment was paid days agoI also requested them to cancel my account as of August 10,

Ready Refresh should be fined for their lack communication and complete dishonesty regarding everyone's ordersThey lie every time you call and push the date back another dayI have cancelled our service and now am waiting for them to pick up their equipment since MondayToday is now Thursday I called again as I have been everyday and allegedly it is now tomorrowWhen I tried to obtain the specific branch's phone number I was told they do not have itHow do you employ a branch for delivery but have no way to contact themThis company is BEYOND shady and I hope they lose all their clients

Customer service is ExcellentHowever deliveries each month are incorrect # bottles and/or empties are not retrieved nor are the bottles left according to instructionsEveryOnthI have to contact them again and customer service are always extremely polite, but delivery is never carried out according to agreement

Having been a customer for years, we were always pleased with Deer Park WaterThen Nestle bought the company and everything went downhillDeliveries were never when they said they would beWe would get a schedule in the mail that would tell us one date, on the bill it would say a different date, then a confirmation call would come with yet a third date and then you just had to hope it would get here at allTrying to speak to someone - anyone - at the company became impossible! After months of this nonsense, we decided to leave the company and switch to a local water delivery company in our townNo one at Nestle ReadyRefresh caredNo attempts were made to keep our business after years of being a loyal customerThe icing on the cake was we left the company and arranged with Ready Refresh a date that they would come to pick up the remaining bottlesThey gave us one date, then said two days earlier and then showed up at our door this morning, two days earlier still at 8:a.mBuy your water anywhere but here!!!!

To whom it may concern,Amount in question is for bottle delivered March 7th never credited back to customerThe April 6th delivery was charged but there was no duplicated charge for April 8th.*** *** has disputed the charges with his credit card company and we have been charged back for more than the disputed amountIt appears our account services department will not pursue this any further. Nestle ReadyRefresh did not deliver my April scheduled water, nor my June waterThey did not respond to messaging that I placed via their website (*** in their "Contact Us" section, and their number consistently says "We can't answer due to high call volume, please call later" (no option to remain on hold or to leave a message)So there is no effective way to get a hold of them to cancel serviceThere is no "cancel service" option on their website

To Whom It May Concern, Elyse B***, a Customer Experience Specialist spoke with *** *** on October 12th, regarding her delivery concerns. In order to resolve the delivery issues she has experienced, Elyse has agreed to personally follow up on the account before
deliveries to review delivery instructions with the branch and request the account is prioritized for delivery on the dates scheduled. Due to unforseen circumstances, it is possible the delivery may not always arrive as scheduled. Elyse will do everything she can to avoid this from happening by proactively communicating with the local service branch to adhere to the schedule as well as possible.
