Complete equipment and great staff
The gym has everything I need to get a complete workout. This place helps me to boost my confidence and be more healthier. The staff and instructors are friendly and helpful if there is some equipment that I need to learn how to use. I also like how the members treat everyone like their friends; it adds to the great experience I received at the gym.

Malicious charges
I was told my gym was closing due to covid 19, and my membership transferred to a location I can not reasonably be expected to travel to on a regular basis. Despite multiple attempts to contact new york sports club and cancel my membership, I have yet to receive any response. Now I am suddenly seeing an even larger charge which I can only interpret as retaliatory for trying to cancel. The next step will be likely be legal recourse.

Good Day,We were unable to bill [redacted] 's son's account in November because the credit card on file had been reported lost or stolen On December *, 2014, we billed for December and November Please verify your credit card statements regarding this payment On December *, the membership was placed on the day notice to cancel by the club The membership effective cancelled on January*, and was billed the applicable rate lock fee on January*** Any membership that is still active on January [redacted] is subject to the fee The fee is to maintain the rate for the life of the membership and not for the following year.If the consumer has a confirmation of the cancellation request in November, we will be happy to refund an over charges Without documentation, all charges appear to be valid.Thank you

At this time, I have been contacted directly by New York Sports Clubs regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I recieved $credit for $69, but not $or $(service charge that hit my checking due to error in original charge) On 12/*, I emailed the NYSC [redacted] , [redacted] , to refund charges and asked for an email confirming the refunds and stating he would cancel my membershipOn 12/**, recieved an email from him that he had cancelled my membership I emailed AND called asking about the fees and, he did not email me back but on the telephone, he said I would recieve a credit in 7-business days, which I have not On 12/ [redacted] I emailed him asking for a response and have heard nothing and have also not recieved any credits to my account They currently owe me $and $and are basically ignoring me PLEASE ADVISE In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
