? Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They are STILL NOT dealing with the fact that MY comment was altered to make it sound different than it would in it's full & original stateThey have denied me access of the comments..therefore making it impossible for me to show how the comment was actually written THIS violates my rightsThey are known for this type of activity..and they intentionally make it nearly impossible for members to complain by removing ALL content that will make them look badThat is exactly what they have done in this matter...and are preventing me from seeing the entire dialogue that the comments in question were contained inThey are doing that to hide their BIASED actions against me...and to attempt to make them look in the rightTHEY are in the WRONG...and are violating my rights both under THEIR guidelinesand under my given rights of Free speechI also have a witness that was a third party to this conversation that Nextdoor is actively preventing me from contacting...because they fully know this witness will show them, or the complaining party, to have altered the comments that I madeI AM in the right...THEY are damaging my reputation, and they always will do that to anyone that has a different opinion from them
Thank you
Michael ***Sincerely,Michael ***

Nextdoor members are all able to report content that they feel violates the GuidelinesThose reports go the the neighborhood Leads and a copy of the report is sent to the member who posted the commentThat is why this member got an email stating that someone had reported his comment as violating our “Helpful not Hurtful” guidelineNeighborhood Leads will then review the report to determine if it is valid or notThey can then vote to keep content that does not violate or remove content that does violate the GuidelinesWhile a Lead from a Nearby Neighborhood voted to remove the comment from their own neighborhood, it does not remove the comment from all the other neighborhoodsAs previously stated this comment is still active on this members newsfeed

This member contacted Nextdoor Support via email with a request to permanently delete his account and any information associated with it NOV 5TH, AT 10:23AMNextdoor Support permanently deleted this member's account and information and replied to him letting him know we had accommodated his
request on NOV 7TH, AT 10:01AM

? Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They are using an alleged statement form me that is NOT representative of what I saidIt has been altered..not necessarily by them..but possibly by THEIR complaintant..who made the claims about meLeaving a part out..has entirely changed WHAT I actually saidAn example is...If someone said.."No one said that I shot the dog"...but then left the first part out..and claimed the statement to be.."I shot the dog"....It completely alters the entire meaning.! That was what has been done to MY original statement
And as for MY having only contacted them once..THAT is completely falseI contacted them times..and SPECIFICALLY asked the individual..named Andrew..to tell me what his capacity was with the company...and what his full name isHe refused to respond back to meTheir denial is FALSE..and totally mis-represents FACT
Thank you
MichaelSincerely,Michael ***

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I did not use "fake name" yet you had suspended the account without any justificationThis is the whole point of my complaintYour business practices are not adhering to the regulations that you set yourself.Sincerely,Betty [redacted]

? Complaint* ***I am rejecting this response because:First I need to say I'm having problems with this Revdex.com website and I clicked to "reject" and it said "accept" so I tried over and during typing my reply the screen returned to the original email and I don't see any of the reply I typedI don't accept Nextdoor's reply, they are biased in needing to protect their own business at the expense of members, they've ignored and failed to address and be truthful with my concerns and they breeched my privacy and I gave numerous screenshots supporting my accusations when I submitted my original complaint to the Revdex.com They defend in their response inappropriate unprofessional behavior and bullying by one of their Leads, ignoring the examples of screenshots I supplied, telling me I engaged in conversation with her harassing private messages in a row further abusing the person victimized by this improper Lead by saying I answered her when I was explaining or defending myself in responseNextdoor ignores the example in screenshots where *** ***? says I reported her, she uses that to retaliate, Nextdoor defends her behavior saying she did nothing wrongIf I report someone it should be confidential, the person reported should not know who reported themThis is proven in screenshots I sent and Nextdoor's response is illegal, unprofessional and concerningThey don't thoroughly and properly investigate situations, they don't read complete main feeds or private messages to form a complete picture of the puzzle, they defend inappropriate Lead behavior, they don't protect members' privacy, they treat members unfairly and their reply supports my claims, and raises concerns about Nextdoor which seem shared by the public as noted in the stars Nextdoor has on the Revdex.com website with many people raising similar concerns as mineSincerely,Cathy ***

Nextdoor is a social network for neighbors to share locally relevant information and connect with their neighborsNextdoor gives members quick and easy control over which email notifications they receive about their neighborhood's activityMembers can opt to receive all updates, some, none, or
they can choose the specific types of posts they want to be notified aboutMembers can also receive a daily digest summarizing all of the recent activity from your Nextdoor neighborhood
Before we reached out to this member about how to adjust these settings, the member had already located and adjusted his email settings and set them to send only the emails that he was specifically interested in

? Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Only to state that I received a Nextdoor email that specifically stated my comment was hurtful (which it was not) and that the comment was removed for violating guidelines (which it didn't)Please see attachmentWhich is why I made this complaint to begin withIt would be nice to know that whomever monitors comments made on Nextdoor and makes a decision on whether or not to remove a comment is actually familiar with the guidelines themselves! If Nextdoor is going to promote itself as a place where the community can go for opinions on local businesses then it should not be deleting negative opinions about a business, in order to be true to their claim, or it's advertising!
Sincerely,Charles[redacted]

? Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have on several occasions aasking which guidelines that I did not follow and I have asked them repeatedly for which posts that I made to what guidelines were violated and response was ever given to me just the same generic responseI also have on several occasions gave the support team evidence of the lead bullying residents that did not agree with her or defaming residents for their religion or beliefs and using mental illness as a weapon.? Sincerely,Betty[redacted]

Nextdoor is a social network for neighbors to share locally relevant information and connect with their neighborsWith such a specific goal in mind we ask that all members abide by the Community Guidelines: [redacted]b_id=
These Guidelines include rules about using your real name
Every neighbor signs in using their real first and last name, just like they'd introduce themselves in person.Using your real name (and not an alias, pseudonym, or abbreviation) helps to build trust among neighborsThis leads to better communication and fosters a stronger community
Keep in mind that our Member Agreement requires that members use their real name
Accounts with fake names are automatically suspended from Nextdoor in order to limit possible fake accounts exposure to the neighborhood news feed and directory until either the real name is ascertained or until the member provides proof of their name
This members account was updated to reflect her real name and restored to full access on 5/20/

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, Dawn***

? Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
NextDoor has had a one-sided resolve this issue without investigating the actual problem.? NextDoor has been notified on numerous occasions that I have become the target of neighbor who repeatedly reports me no matter what I post.? I am not alone in this battle.? Many of my neighbors have suffered the same harassed in getting reported for violations simply because another member does not like what the post is they are seeing
This resulted in my being blocked temporarily from the site altogether without any investigation on NextDoor's part.? They have run a numbers game without seeking any type of Human Resources search.? ?
It seems the lowest of ethics to target a piano teacher who works out of their home, offering a service to the community.? ?

advertised as suchWhen there is more than one Sponsor in a ZIP code, the ads rotate evenly among agents throughout the month so that each receives equal exposure within the real estate section, within the newsfeed, and within the Digest emails (Thurs-Sat)Note that the Sponsor is different for any given member at a given timeWhile you may see another Sponsor, another neighbor is seeing you, and that will rotate ??" including within the Digest emailThe same Sponsor does not receive the Digest placement for the entire ZIP code on any dayOne neighbor will see you, another will see a different Sponsor, and so on
This members ads have been seen by nearly 4,people during the course of his ad campaign
Per our Advertising Terms and Cancellation Policy, once cancelled, ads will run through the end of the current month before turning offThe advertisers spots will be made available to the next person on the waitlist, and they will not be billed againOur sales team has been in contact with this member about his concerns

Over-posting may result in suspension of one's posting privilegesWe reached out to this member on 1/14/to discuss her posts which were adding up to be between 4-posts everyday
Once this member was made aware of this guideline violation and agreed not to over post in the future we restored her account to full access on 2/6/

I am rejecting this response because:nextdoor takes these comments out of context by failing to read the complete conversations and failing to recognize that my comments such as the examples you gave were not my words but rather said back to a trolling bully using HIS own words to respond, for example [redacted] bullied another woman who lost her dog and kept making jokes about it while she cried.when people asked him to stop and said he wasn't funny he told everyone his humor and wit were a sign of superior intelligence ? to which I gave the reply you showed, I said I hadn't seen any "comedic ability" which is his words in quotesThe person, [redacted], shown in your above examples continuously calls me "Chuckles" and posts a red balloon so I responded, without his name, referring to the person with "little red balloon"[redacted] also kept posting images of flashlights and jokes about searching for lost dogs to the distraught woman who lost her dog which is why I said I could see he could spell flashlightIn the example with DM's post she was also telling [redacted] he wasn't funny and to stop and I was agreeing with her, she's my friend, and I agreed he thought he was funny but was notThe dates Nextdoor ? gave were examples just like these, I do not ever troll or instigate fightsI never abused the reporting system and fail to see any examples of any comments I reported that should not have beenNextdoor also has failed to address the real reason I was suspended which was a result of Lead [redacted] retaliation after she inappropriately sent me private messages in a row as she got madder and abused her power at which time, exactly, my account abruptly shut down despite the fact I wasn't being inappropriate back to herNextdoor has cherry picked these examples and left out most of the relevant facts necessary to make a fair professional appropriate decision which seems to make a case for Nextdoor using prejudicial treatment of its customers which I believe is a violation of the law and my rightsAs for giving me a choice to "reply or agree to these conditions" before reinstating my account, they have not done thatThey should be investigated for their actionsThank you
Sincerely,

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:What I asked in my original complaint was not accomplished and I would like an apology, This business has brought in misinformation to a complaint that it was not directly correlated to and decided that they were going to question my characterI am the Mayor of the Town in which this forum is the focusThey decided to side with an individual who was offensive and insulted me and numerous other community members and abused his position as a moderatorI asked about the process to become a moderator before I was put into read only/limited access mode and when I was put into that mode I then contacted them to question why and when I did not receive a response contacted the Revdex.comThis companies policies are absurd and they are incredibly unhelpful and difficult to work withOne of these heated arguments was me asking a community member and the only moderator to not advise residents on matters of public health in an emergency situation in which they were not involvedI was looking out for the well being of the residents of the town for which I have been elected to represent and lead as the Mayor and Nextdoor decided to side with the individual that could of potentially led other individuals to make a choice that could negatively impact their health.? They then allowed this individual to remove my comments and posts that were made in an effort to protect the community and their healthThis is unacceptable
Sincerely,
