I am once again having difficulties with REPUBLIC TRASH service, or in their case NOservice. Actually, I have no idea when they are coming again if they are. I am being billed regardless as this service is added to my water bill.  If this is something you have a record of from the previous incidents great. If I need to refile let me know where and how? I should have a copy of my original complaint.This latest disservice started the week of Dec. 19-23 actual pickup date would have been 12/21 on Wed. Then again on the week of Jan. 16-20 with the actual pickup date of 1/18. Twice I have been missed, I went to the West Terre Haute water office to inform then. The lady told me she had also been missed during the Dec. 19-23 week.Here it is, now the third time, I have been missed for TRASH pickup. This week Jan 30th to Feb 3rd. I am supposed to be serviced on each Wednesday, they are two days late this week. This makes 3 missed pickup dates since Dec. 21st. I set the tote out and it sets there.Getting really sick of the way they operate their business.The lady I talked to in the local water office is Nikki K[redacted].  [redacted] is the office number.Thanks, [redacted]

How is it that you completely omit the fact that your employees tore my trash bag open and threw its contents out on the lawn and then left!!! If you wanted to be professional about the whole ordeal then you wold have called me the day when the trash was to be picked up to simply let me know you were unable to pick up that type pf trash! But you didn't call to let me know anything, instead apparently you allowed your employees to do whatever they please like a bunch of pigs! And this morning yet again I found my trash bag to be torn open whenever I was informed by a supervisor THAT YOUR ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT! And to your complaint about construction debris. Really? I've seen you time and time pick up the same stuff from surrounding neighbors, old wooden doors, large pieces of rolled up carpet, and large bags full of who knows what. Did your employees tear their bags open to check the contents?  No they didnt they simply picked up their trash and went on their way. I should have informed the police the day your employees decided to rip open my trash because then you would never repeat the same mistake again.  You're employees are not to EVER RIP ANYONES TRASH OPEN! Would it be ok if I would go to their homes and do the same? And then throw the trash contents out across the lawn? Ive never dealt with a more unprofessional business, that changes their rules whenever they please to suit themselves. What your employees did was illegal. No excuses.

I left a voice message with [redacted] on 7/27/17 at 12:03 PM in regards to this complaint.  I will follow up with Sharon tomorrow if I do not hear back today in order to resolve the issue.

This has been reviewed with the Sales Manager and GM, and has been addressed with the Sales representatives involved.

I have reached out to Mr. [redacted] via email and committed to delivering his 32g recycle cart and removing the 96g carts currently at his address by end of business this Saturday.

This is a completely unacceptable business practice.  When I...

received an invoice from the Company, they received their payment immediately by ACH Debit.  If the check will not be cut until March 2, means that I cannot have my money that they owe me for ten weeks.  How is it that they can use my money in any means that they see fit without some sort of resolution except for the actual amount that I paid in advance for a service that I did not receive.  I am very disgruntled.

I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and made him aware that he will not be receiving any charge for the removal of the container; and his account has been noted as well if for any issue should arise. Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the prompt response and resolution with this issue.

All apologies for not returning your call, after all my bad experiences with the call center servicing this company I wasn't too thrilled to talk via phone/audio. Thank you for actually addressing the issue, I hope this experience has helped resolve some employee issues related to drivers and call center employees, or at least communication between the aforementioned parties with customers.

I have contacted the customer for additional details on his concern and desired resolution.  I have assured him we will work together to bring this matter to a satisfactory close.  I am working with the appropriate departments to resolve this for the customer.  I am keeping in contact...
